크라우드펀딩은 자금조달이 어려운 스타트업과 중소기업을 위한 대안적 자금조달 방법으로 혁신적이고 창의적인 특징을 가진다. 크라우드펀딩을 진행하기 위해서는 화면 구성을 위한 디자인, 대중을 대상으로 하는 마케팅 및 홍보, 모집된 자금을 관리하는 회계, 리워드 구성을 위한 제품 제작 및 구매 등 다양한 기능이 필요하다. 또한, 단기간에 완성해야 하는 프로젝트로 팀원들 간의 협력이 중요하다. 이에 본 연구는 이러한 크라우드펀딩의 특성에 주목하여 크라우드펀딩을 진행하는 팀 특성이 팀성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 연구하였다. 본 연구에서는 팀 특성 변수로 기능적 배경 다양성과 공유리더십을 측정하였고, 팀성과로 객관적인 성과인 크라우드펀딩 달성 금액과 주관적인 성과인 업무완성도, 팀혁신을 측정하였다. 총 79개 크라우드펀딩팀에 소속된 220명을 대상으로 회귀분석을 통해 연구가설을 검정한 결과, 기능적 배경 다양성과 공유리더십은 업무완성도와 팀혁신에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 펀딩 금액에는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 크라우드펀딩을 진행할 때 필요한 요소인 팀원의 기능적 배경 다양성과 공유리더십 등 제안자의 특성이 크라우드펀딩에 미치는 영향을 밝혀냄으로써 크라우드펀딩의 연구를 확장하고, 크라우드펀딩팀 구성뿐만 아니라 혁신적인 아이템을 기반으로 조직을 운영하는 스타트업과 중소기업의 팀 구성에 시사점을 줄 것이다.

It Is a typical scenario in concurrent engineering/design that different perspectives of each team members participating In the project exist, and those perspectives lead to conflicting decisions. The model 'resolution network' proposed in this work provides system-mediated resolution for all related team engineers to consider to optimize the manufacture in general. This paper focuses on development of the general architecture of the model and a search engine called Mediator to determine a resolution network from a given constraint network. The Mediator manages the constraint network, determines the most optimistic resolution called optimal point in terms of satisfying overall production goal , and use the optimal point to mediate controversial issues among teams. The biggest merit of our model is that it provides teams with resolution with logical and rational reasoning.

When constructing buildings, planning, design, construction, using & maintenance as building life cycle. Due to industrialization in 1960s and development of new town from the late 1980s to the early 1990s, Korean housing supply rate reaches almost 100%. After construction companies confronted limit of new building construction, they recognized remodeling as a part of construction, and organized remodeling team or FM team to improve sustainable industrial area. However, since companies in Korea are lack of experience and research activities for remodeling, it makes obstacle to improvement of remodeling business. So the objective of this study is to help carry out remodeling business by suggesting the counterplan through investigation of a risk of apartment remodeling business.

A context-aware services platform supporting mobile agents consists of sensor nodes and a sensor coordinator. Sensor nodes collect environmental information and transmit the collected information to the sensor coordinator through wireless sensor networks. The sensor coordinator passes the information to the context-aware service module, and the mobile agent. The context-aware service module or the mobile agent performs services suitable for a user's situation based on the environmental information and a service actuation message is delivered to an actuation node through the sensor coordinator. In this paper, we present a context-aware services platform structure employed in our project, and describe context-aware services platform interfaces with a context-aware service module and mobile agents.

Aluminum rear lower arm is designed for luxury sedan and manufactured by hollow sand casting in the present study. Here we present the relationship between local microstructure and coupon tensile test in the rear lower arm. The characteristics of the local tensile deformation are supposed to be dependent upon Si distribution and DAS (dendrite arm spacing). Si distribution affects the yield strength and DAS affects the elongation of local area in the part, respectively.

The relationships among leadershipm leader-subordinate interpersonal communication and outcomes in research teams were investigated for six research institutes sponsored by the Korean Government, Consideration and initiating structure of leader behavior were used as leadership dimensions. Subordinate satisfaction with supervision and with work, and project success were considered as outcomes in research team. Leader-subordinate interpersonal communication was positively related to both of consideration and initiating structure of leader behavior. Outcomes in a research team were differently related to the communication according to leadership types. Finally, several theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.

A comutation server is needed to provide analysis programs to Korean biologists, especially genome researchers, on GINet. For each analysis program, we implmented an input form with HTML and a CGI program for interface between an input form and an analysis program with C language on GINet computatin Web server. We made two construction methods of CGI programs for analysis programs, and implemented all CGI programs based on the methods followed by modifying each CGI program for specific processing of each program. On the server ten programs are availabel now, which include most frequently used ones and those developed by our team, and most programs with will be ported or developed by our team will be available on the Web server.

Pb-Free Technology was born with environmental problems of electronic component, Being connected by big and small project of every country. Also, in each country environment is connected and various standards of IEC, ISO, MIL, JIS, KS, JEDEC, EIAJ etc. All products can divide at solder part and finishing part These can tested each and synthetically divide. This research is reliability evaluation for three kind of ph-free SnCu solder plating solution and it's deposit. First, executed analysis about Pure Sn, SnCu solutions and plating surface by way similar to other plating solution analysis. Next, executed reliability about test method and equipment for reliable analyzer system construction. Next, data comparison and estimation, main estimation test method and item's choice. In this paper the systematic surface analysis and reliability for plating solutions and it's deposit in metal surface finishing processes could be shown.

This paper presents a six sigma application case study for an automobile steering wheel manufacturing process using rolled throughput yield improvement activity. Hidden factory and first pass yield concept is introduced and a DMAIC procedure is implemented to maximize the first pass yield. The result of the six sigma project amounts to the reduction of failure cost of 1.2 billion won per year in the steering wheel manufacturing process. This paper can benefit six sigma practitioners in some ways.
