파이썬을 활용한 온라인 기반 프로젝트의 집중학기제 운영사례 : S 여대를 중심으로 (A Case Study on the Intensive Semester Operation of Online-based Project Learning Using Python : Focusing on S Women's University)

  • This study deals with the case of online-based project learning, which was designed for the purpose of university educational innovation and enhancing learners' competencies required by society, operated during the COVID-19 pandemic. The course was applied Python programming language, team-based project learning, and intensive course system, which is required by our society and companies in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. Also it was operated as a non-face-to-face online class, which would have been operated in an offline class if it had not been for Covid 19 pandemic, to explore the possibilities and educational effects of online learning. To do this, 32 university students participated in online-based project learning during 8 weeks, and then conducted a survey. The survey results were analyzed in terms of i) non-face-to-face online learning, ii) team-based project learning, and iii) application of the intensive course system. Results say that most of the learners were satisfied with the online learning, team-based project learning, and the intensive semester system applied in this course at a high level, and also they clearly presented the reasons. Thereby, it has been confirmed that the learners were already well aware of the pros and cons of each learning method. Based on these results, the implications were discussed.

IT 프로젝트의 고객참여 및 만족도가 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Customers' Participation and Satisfaction on Performance of IT Project)

  • 본 연구에서는 SI 프로젝트에 참여하는 내부조직 구성원들 즉, 고객사 조직구성원들이 얼마나 열심히 참여하는가에 초점을 두고 조직구성원의 참여가 IT 프로젝트의 만족도와 성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 K 은행의 차세대 인터넷 뱅킹 구축 프로젝트를 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, IT부서의 참여도 및 현업부서의 참여도가 모두 프로젝트 만족도에 매우 유의하게 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 만족도는 시스템 성과와 산출물 성과에 모두 매우 유의한 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 검증되었으며, 이러한 연구결과에 대한 실무적, 학문적 시사점을 제시하였다.

Synthesis of Novel 2'-Spirocyclopropanoid 4'-Deoxythreosyl Phosphonic Acid Nucleoside Analogues

  • Efficient synthetic route to novel 2'-spirocyclopropanoid 4'-deoxythreosyl phosphonic acid nucleosides was described from 1,4-dihydroxy-2-butene. Cyclopropane moiety was prepared via ester enolate alkylation using (2-chloroethyl)dimethylsulfonium iodide. Synthesized nucleoside analogues 16, 19, 23 and 26 were tested for anti-HIV activity as well as cytotoxicity. However, none of them showed any anti-HIV activity or cytotoxicity up to 100 ${\mu}M$.

  • Novel mercaptophenyl carbocyclic C-nucleoside analogue was synthesized via a cyclopentenol intermediate 10, which was prepared using a sequential [3,3]-sigmatropic rearrangement and ring-closing metathesis (RCM). Friedel-Crafts alkylation was then used to couple the thiophenol.

  • The synthetic route of novel 3′-C-methyl carbodine analogue is described. The construction of tertiary alcohol at 3′- position of carbodine analogues was successfully made via sequential [3,3]-sigmatropic rearrangement, ring-closing metathesis (RCM) and stereoselective dihydroxylation reactions starting from ethyl glycolate.

공학교육에서 PBL 교수법과 Project-team 교수법의 학습효과 분석-사례연구 (Analysis of learning effects of the problem based method and the project team teaching method in engineering education- A case study)

  • 많은 나양한 교수법들이 존재하지만 일반적으로 공학 교과목에서는 PBL교수법과 프로젝트 팀 교수법을 가장 많이 사용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 2018년 2학기 공학 프로그래밍 교과목을 3개를 선정하여 PBL 교수법과 프로젝트팀 교수법을 적용하였고, 두 교수법의 학습만족도, 교육성장도, 학업성취도를 설문조사하여 학습효과를 분석하여 보았다. 그 결과는 저학년은 PBL법이, 고학년은 프로젝트 팀 교수법이 학습효과가 좋았다. 따라서 같은 프로그래밍 교육이지만 학년에 따라 교수법을 달리 선택할 필요가 있다.

ACTIVITY-BASED STRATEGIC WORK PLANNING AND CREW MANAGEMENT IN CONSTRUCTION: UTILIZATION OF CREWS WITH MULTIPLE SKILL LEVELS

  • Although many research efforts have been conducted to address the effect of crew members' work skills (e.g., technical and planning skills) on work performance (e.g., work duration and quality) in construction projects, the relationship between skill and performance has generated a great deal of controversy in the field of management (Inkpen and Crossan 1995). This controversy can lead to under- or over-estimations of the overall project schedule, and can make it difficult for project managers to implement appropriate managerial policies for enhancing project performance. To address this issue, the following aspects need to be considered: (a) work performances are determined not only by individual-level work skill but also by the group-level work skill affected by work team members, each member's role, and any working behavior pattern; (b) work planning has significant effects on to what extent work skill enhances performance; and (c) different types of activities in construction require different types of work, skill, and team composition. This research, therefore, develops a system dynamics (SD) model to analyze the effects of both individual-and group-level (i.e., multi-level) skill on performances by utilizing the advantages of SD in capturing a feedback process and state changes, especially in human factors (e.g., attitude, ability, and behavior). The model incorporates: (a) a multi-level skill evolution and relevant behavior development mechanism within a work group; (b) the interaction among work planning, a crew's skill-learning, skill manifestation, and performances; and (c) the different work characteristics of each activity. This model can be utilized to implement appropriate work planning (e.g., work scope and work schedule) and crew management policies (e.g., work team composition and decision of each worker's role) with an awareness of crew's skill and work performance. Understanding the different characteristics of each activity can also support project managers in applying strategic work planning and crew management for a corresponding activity, which may enhance each activity's performance, as well as the overall project performance.
