By the developing of Internet. the environments of the company have rapidly been changed. Especially. managers in the Internet shoppingmall have been try to provide excellent e-Services to their customers. e-Service i~ defined comprised of all interactive services that are delivered on the Internet uSing advanced telecommunications. information, and multimedia technologies. but according to study of e-Satisfy. com［2000］. customer service through internet is still neither effective nor efficient and poor service will impact on company's profit but excellent service can improve their value and quality of the service or product. In order to customer-oriented e-Services. this study suggested the QFD linked with e-Service quality model for the Internet shoppingmall service system. which can help determine design characteristics being relevant to customer's e-Service quality requirements. this hybrid model have two stages. In the first stage. we do measure service quality and find priorities of service quality attribute by purchase process. and in the second stage. on the basis of priority of e-Service quality attributes, we find design characteristics to maximize customer satisfaction. From this study, we provide internet shoppingmall managers with the implications for improvement of service quality, measuring quality of e-service, providing design characteristics for customer-oriented service quality.

In this study, the project manager-oriented organization model has been verified by analysing it with forming a clear definition of detailed unitary duty entity to develop current non-efficient CM system constituted by functional organization with the decentralized responsibility and apply the model As a result from verification that the model provides valid solutions by comparing it with the existing, the model is better than the existing in cost savings, target profit sales rate, total rate of new on sales. Moreover, various activities in cost savings and cases where improvement is feasible are executed. However, the model caused some problems in organizational operation, project management and in division of duties so this study proposed improving management method

The contemporary concept of publicness is reinterpreted from the point of view of contemporary publicness. Contemporary perception of public space has now branched and grown into a multitude of non-traditional sites with a variety of programs in mind. In this study, the aim is to discuss how contemporary public library has been evolved as public space and how to create User-centered interaction. In the case of developed countries, the Public Libraries have showed the expected effects because they have more systematic and efficient plan. Also, these libraries are placed with each facility, not distributed separately. It promotes the accumulation of profit on the space and Increases the efficiency. They support more effectively users' activities through the linkages between each facility and create the active interaction between users. Formation of the various interactions and synergies between space had been induced. Publicity means that the state will relate a combination of a number of specific public area. In addition, open space, public place, shall be directed to: This place as one of the users in order to have meaning, must be equipped with the facilities and space to communicate and understand the local role. Methods of the study are to analyze the concept and role of the users with the concept of modern publicity, to examine the concept of multi-complexity of public libraries for the user-oriented publicness, to learn about the characteristics of public spaces in the public libraries that appear in the advanced countries, to examine how to affect these characteristics in the public libraries, and to suggest the possibility and the various application methods on the characteristics of a public space. In the end, the public libraries for the realization of the publicity, support program complexity such as education and culture, welfare facilities, and public service facilities. In the 21st century, these complexity to improve the quality of service in public libraries. These spaces can be an alternative to be kept comfortable in a more vibrant area, and can affect the social, natural, cultural, and environmental aspects of the physical environment and the objects and relationships, as well as expand.

The 'Grand Challenge' in the global level raises fundamental questions on the role of private firm as a profit maximizer. From the new perspective, firms are recognized as a social entity with social and environmental responsibility. Particularly, the importance of transition-orineted firms, which pursue an objective of socio-technological system transition, have increased. These environmental changes request a new understanding on the identification of firms and the evolution of sustainable business model from the technological innovation perspectives. This paper aims on the new understanding on the motivation of firms who participated on the sustainable system transition and the proposal of 'transition-oriented firms' concept. Based on literature survey, this paper reviews the role of firms in the process of socio-technological system transition, the cases of transition-oriented firm, the types of sustainable business models and their strategies.

This study explores what kinds of strategies are appropriate or needed for the academic librarians to upgrade their skills in the digital age. Printed and electronic sources related to this topic are gathered and examined, and communication with some academic librarians in USA is used for this study. The skills suggested in this paper mostly come from business-oriented concepts ike Learning Organization, Knowledge Management, Team Management, Customer-Oriented Services, and Change Management. As a result of this study, it is found that these skills can be used without much difficulties in academic libraries to improve their services. However academic librarians need to keep in mind the core values of academic libraries as an academic forum and non-profit organization when they endeavor to provide better services for customers in the digital age.

Customer-oriented supply chain system focused on information sharing, cost reduction, inventory control, lead time reduction, quick response on customer demand. How we can measure the performance of successful SCM is issued on the approach of Balanced Scorecard which evaluates 4 perspectives such as customer perspective, internal business perspective, financial perspective, and innovation and learning perspective. This can project the blueprint of textile fashion business to right direction with vision.

The demise of the native franchise markets and the emergence of competitive markets in electricity generation service is substantially altering the way that operation and planning activity is conducted and is making it increasingly difficult for market participants such as generation firms to prospect the future electricity markets. Traditional generation expansion planning (GEP) problems which centrally determine the least-cost capacity addition plan that meets forecasted demand within pre-specified reliability criteria over a planning horizon (typically 10 to 20 years) is becoming no more valid in competitive market environments. Therefore, it requires to develop a new methodology for generation investments, which is applicable to the changed electric industry business environments and is able to address the post-privatization situation where individual generation firms seek to maximize their return on generation investments against uncertain market revenues. This paper formulates a new generation expansion planning problem and solve it in a market-oriented manner.

The present study examined the symbolic levels of early pretense in 67 children from 19 to 48 months of age. Subjects were selected from 3 non-profit, play oriented daycare centers. Children were observed during free play. Age and sex differences were examined with 2-way ANOVA performed on case analyses of individual children. Results showed that the symbolic level of pretense increased with age, but no significant sex differences were found. Some children below 2 years of age showed high levels of symbolic play, presenting the possibility of high levels of representational thinking from this early age.

Digital technology With the popularization of computers and IT technology development is causing a dramatic change across the human life. Increase of profit in fashion industry has a significant impact on the overall industry. It has been studied to develop consumer oriented higher value-added fashion products of including clothes using digital technology abroad. In this paper, we propose a system that when user stand in front of display, user can show body captured depth camera look the coordination of a variety of costume and fashion concept through a magic mirror. Using the system, we will satisfy the convenience of user and be used as a way appropriate to clothing shopping in the shortest time. The system will develop personalized fashion content industry enhanced interaction.

The studies on the logistics has been mainly centered on the logistics information system and logistics performance on the supply chain for the enterprise's profit making. For sustainable development, it's being required the construction of recycling-oriented system, and it's also necessary to construct the efficient system not only in forward but in reverse channel. In addition, it's required to construct information system for supporting reverse logistics smoothly. In this study of manufacturing enterprises, recognition on the environmental problems is set as the adaptation degree to the national environmental regulations and enterprise's concern to the environmental logistics, and it presents the direction through analyzing the effects of such environmental logistics recognition on reverse logistics information system and performance. In order to achieve these aims, it was performed through combining philological and positive studies.
