"Tolerance" is considered as an important professional quality of a modern specialist, which is manifested in an active moral position and readiness for constructive interaction with other participants in the pedagogical process; characterized by the manifestation of humanity, tolerance, friendliness, focus on resolving conflict situations in the professional sphere on a non-violent basis. The article considers scientific approaches to understanding the phenomenon of "tolerance". There are a number of factors that significantly affect the formation of tolerance in students. The way to the formation of tolerance is the rejection of social prejudices, negative social stereotypes, the development of an objective attitude to man regardless of his individual characteristics, the formation of skills of tolerant interpersonal interaction, the use of lectures, discussions, games and training in educational work. The purpose of this article is to highlight communicative tolerance as a necessary component of pedagogical practice of future professionals. It was emphasized that tolerance is the basis of religious tolerance and peace, prevention of all kinds of extremism, which are of particular importance for a multinational and multi-religious Ukraine.

본 연구의 목적은 치위생(학)과 학생이 임상실습 중 경험하는 무례함과 스트레스가 전문직 정체성에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이다. 연구대상은 총 297명이며, 분석 결과, 일반적 특성 중 지원동기, 학과 만족도, 실습기관 만족도에서 전문직 정체성이 유의한 차이가 있었다. 무례함과 임상실습 스트레스는 정적 상관관계, 임상실습 스트레스와 전문직 정체성은 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 전문직 정체성 영향 요인으로는 학과 만족도와 임상실습 스트레스의 하위요인 중 환자와의 갈등이었으며, 설명력은 17.9%였다. 이에 전문직 정체성 향상을 위한 임상실습 스트레스 감소 및 대처 프로그램 개발과 적용이 필요하며, 학과 만족도를 높이기 위한 구체적인 방안이 필요하다.

NCS의 성공은 직업능력개발훈련 기관인증평가자의 역할과 역량에 달려 있다. 이 연구는 NCS기반 직업능력개발훈련 기관인증을 위한 평가자의 역할과 역량을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 델파이 기법을 적용하여 평가자의 구체적 역할을 다각적으로 탐색하고, 필요한 지식과 기술, 태도 그리고 특성을 도출하여 그 타당성을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 교육훈련 전문가와 심사평가 전문가를 패널로 선정하여 3차에 걸친 델파이 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 평가자의 역할은 총 8개로 운영자, 조정 중재자, 협력자, 분석가, 검증가, 기관평가자, 기관컨설턴트, 학습자로 분류되었고, 각 역할에 따른 역량은 총 25개로 도출되었다. 지식 영역은 HRD 지식, NCS 지식, 직업능력개발훈련 지식, 훈련기관인증평가 지식의 총 4개의 역량이 포함되었다. 기술 영역은 갈등관리 능력, 대인관계 능력, 문서작성 능력, 문제해결 능력, 분석 능력, 사전준비 능력, 시간관리 능력, 의사결정 능력, 정보이해 활용 능력, 종합적사고 능력, 직업훈련기관에 대한 이해 능력, 커뮤니케이션 능력, 피드백 능력, 핵심파악 능력의 총 14개의 역량으로 구성되었다. 태도영역은 객관성 및 공정성, 서비스 마인드, 소명의식, 윤리의식, 자기개발, 책임감, 팀워크의 총 7개로 정리됐다. 이 연구의 결과로 도출된 역할과 역량은 평가자가 일정한 요건을 갖추어 공정하고 체계적으로 인증평가할 수 있도록 평가자 대상 교육프로그램을 설계하고 운영하는 데 유용할 것이다. 특히, 평가자의 경험과 역할에 따라 기초교육 및 향상 교육을 실시할 수 있도록 역량별 교육 프로그램을 모듈별로 설계하고, 지속적으로 평가자의 품질을 관리하는 데 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 회계투명성 결여로 인해 세계 최하위수준인 국가신인도 제고를 위한 회계실무교육제도 관련 정책제언에 그 목적이 있다. 국가신인도가 최하위인 이유 중 가장 큰 것은 감사인의 자유선임제도이고, 다음으로 회계에 대한 교육이 제대로 이루어지지 못하고 있다는 점이다. 본 연구는 우리나라 회계교육 개선방안에 대한 선행연구들과 각종 공청회, 보도자료, 정부의 정책자료 등을 정리한 서지학적 연구라 할 수 있다. 회계투명성을 높이는 길은 자유선임이라는 현행 감사제도의 개선과 회계실무교육을 제대로 담보해내는 것이다. 여기에서 감사제도는 2020년부터 주기적(6+3) 지정감사제도로 입법화되었기에, 문제는 회계실무교육으로 그 대상자가 민, 관 등 모든 영역에 속해 있기 때문에 정부차원의 회계전문교육기관인 (가칭)'회계연수원' 설립을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 통해 회계정보의 생산 이용하는 자들의 전문적인 실무교육훈련을 통해 회계투명성을 높이고 나아가 국가 신인도 제고에 기여할 것으로 예상된다.

In modern society, the organization of the educational process plays an important role in education. Traditionally, it is through communication and dialogue between the teacher and the student that professional competence is acquired. As society develops, the demand in the global labor market changes and the requirements and criteria for specialists increase. Therefore, a new approach to managing the pedagogical interaction between a teacher and a student in the process of education in a higher educational institution allows a positive impact on the system of training specialists and opens up new prospects for the formation of competitive specialists. The issue of the quality of education is a key one and is covered in the documents regulating the process of educational activities. Also an important problem today is the transition to qualitatively new and innovative systems of training specialists and the departure from outdated models of managing pedagogical interaction in higher education institutions. The process of managing the pedagogical interaction between a teacher and a student is one of the most important for studying in the context of higher education. The media is an effective means of preventing crime. It can be known to members of the media presiding over the most widely and rapidly. Because of this, the mass media is a good way to prevent such crime. Related to general crime, marine crime will have unique characteristics and about Crimes reported by the media, it is also true. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, it is required that the more accurate present article must be published and reported. Secondly, for more accurate presentation of measure, there is a need to enhance professional training for reporters. Thirdly, the marine weather report is the most important political purpose of considering marine crime prevention. Forthly, marine crime is likely to be a lack of evidence. Therefore, in order to supplement the lack of evidence maritime security agency should be utilized for a news source.qualification Fifthly, the need for regular inspection of the articles is requested. Sixthly, for judicial control maintenance of the media related laws should be strengthened. Finally, the arbitration institution for media rights should be established under the Korea Ministry of Land Infrastructure and Transport. This is practical action for marine crime prevention.

Under the WTO system in the world, our country's apple industry must be set in quite a new aspect. For new apple industry with competition power, we should establish apple industry development strategies as follows. First, to change the present apple trees to the lowered or dwarf tree with high density planting system using M9 rootstocks. Second, to expand the size of apple orchard management and to bring up as professional apple farmers. Third, to develop the integrated apple production system considering environment and human being. Fourth, to innovate improved harvest, storage and shipment system. Finally, Rural Extension Institution should activate the farmer's training and produce the apple nursery trees of better quality.

The article examines the process of professional training in educational institutions, media technologies and methods of media communication in the educational space of the institution, characterizes the place of media technologies in the educational space in the context of the term "educational space" itself, systematizes the methods of media communications in education. The peculiarities of media education as a set of means and methods of teaching young people adequate media perception are pointed out.

Tobacco abuse is a major preventable cause of premature death and disease, including various cancers. The Global Adult Tobacco Survey India (GATS) 2009-10 revealed that more than one-third of adults use tobacco in one form or the other. Nearly two in five smokers and smokeless tobacco users made attempts to quit the habit in the past 12 months. Tobacco dependence is a chronic condition characterized by susceptibility of relapse over years. It can be well handled by sustained professional support from health care providers mainly through behavioral counseling and pharmacotherapy. Dental professionals can play a pivotal role in diagnosing and effectively managing tobacco dependence. Dental Institutions have rapidly grown in last two decades across the country and so has the curriculum been adapted to improve student competencies to accommodate changing disease patterns and technological advances, but not in regard to tobacco cessation. Untapped dental manpower like undergraduates, dental hygienists and other paramedical staff need effective training to be more penetrative. The present review paper explores the potential role of dental training institutions and recommends various approaches to counter public health jeopardy of tobacco related diseases.

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라의 학교폭력예방을 위한 학생보호인력의 전문화방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이 연구는 학생보호인력의 문제점으로 학생보호인력의 법률적 한계, 전문성의 부족, 채용기준의 적합성 부족, 교육훈련의 미비, 관련기관과의 협력문제, 윤리적 문제가 도출되었다. 이와 같은 문제점을 개선하기 위한 전문화방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교보호인력관련 법률의 개정 및 제도의 강화이다. 둘째, 학생보호인력의 적합한 채용기준의 마련이다. 셋째, 학생보호인력 전문교육훈련기관의 설립이다. 넷째, 학생보호관련 기관과의 긴밀한 협력체제이다. 다섯째, 학생보호인력의 윤리강령의 제정이다.
