This study selected college students in Anhui Province as the research subjects and used a questionnaire survey method to understand the current implementation status of the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education. The survey results indicate that college students have insufficient awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship; Poor integration of curriculum construction. This study analyzes the reasons for the problems from four aspects: the government, enterprises, and universities, as well as the subjective will of students. Based on qualitative and quantitative research, the following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed: firstly, strengthen top-level design; Secondly, promote the integration of curriculum construction; Thirdly, expand the teaching staff; Fourthly, a practical platform for school enterprise co creation; Fifth, cultivate students' innovative awareness and guide innovative practice.

Objectives : Daeganghwal-Tang(DGHT) is one of the prescriptions used for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) in oriental medicine. The present study aimed to examine the analgesic effect of DGHT on a rat model of CFA-induced arthritis, and the relations between DGHT-induced analgesia and endogenous nitric oxide(NO) and inducible NO synthase(iNOS)/neuronal NOS. Methods : CFA-induced arthritis model used to test the effect of DGHT was chronic pain model. After the induction of arthritis, rats subsequently showed a reduced stepping force of the affected limb for at least the next 18 days. the reduced stepping force of the limb was presumably due to a painful knee. DGHT dissolved in water was orally administrated. After the treatment, behavioral tests measuring stepping force were periodically conducted during the next 4 hours. Results : DGHT produced significant improvement of stepping force of the hindlimb affected by the arthritis lasting at least 2 hours. DGHT produced the improvement of stepping force of the affected hindlimb in a dose-dependent manner. Both NO production and nNOS/iNOS protein expression which is increased by arthritis were suppressed by DGHT administration. Conclusions : The data suggest 1) that DGHT produces a potent analgesic effect on the chronic knee arthritis pain model in the rat and 2) that DGHT-induced analgesia modulate endogenous NO through the suppression of nNOS/iNOS protein expression.

The purposes of this study were to check the effects of positivity and family communication on organizational commitment among long-term professional soldiers and examine the mediating effects of self-efficacy between them. For those purposes, the study conducted a survey with 241 long-term professional soldiers after getting an approval for cooperation from army, navy, air force, and marine units for research on professional soldiers from Ministry of National Defense in 2015. Collected data were treated with the SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs to analyze the relations. The findings were as follows: first, the organizational commitment of long-term professional soldiers had positive correlations with their positivity, family communication, and self-efficacy. Secondly, the study conducted analysis by taking into consideration all the variables affecting their organizational commitment and found that the fitness of measuring and structural models was good, that their positivity and family communication had positive impacts on their organizational commitment, and that their self-efficacy had partial mediating effects between them. Based on those findings, the study proposed effective implications for the organizational commitment of professional soldiers.

Purpose: Nursing communication has become more important than ever before because quality of nursing services largely depends on the quality of communication in a very competitive health care environment. This article was to introduce ways to improve nursing communication using conversation analysis. Methods: This was a review study on conversation analysis, critically examining previous studies in nursing communication and interpersonal relationships. Results: This study provided theoretical backgrounds and basic assumptions of conversation analysis which was influenced by ethnomethodology, phenomenology, and sociolinguistic. In addition, the characteristics and analysis methods of conversation analysis were illustrated in detail. Lastly, how conversation analysis could help improve communication was shown, by examining researches using conversation analysis not only for ordinary conversations but also for extraordinary or difficult conversations such as conversations between patients with dementia and their professional nurses. Conclusion: Conversation analysis can help in improving nursing communication by providing various structures and patterns as well as prototypes of conversation, and by suggesting specific problems and problem-solving strategies in communication.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relations among family structural environment, materialism, and adolescents' delonquency. The instruments of measurement were Materialism Inventory and Delinquency Scale. The 483 male adolescents were selected randomly from the second grade of high schools in the city of Taegu. Factor analysis, Cronbach's α, MANOVA, and Scheffe test were conducted for the data analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1. The materialistic level of adolescent was different with maternal occupation and education level. 1) Adolescent of mother whose occupation was general administrator indicated higher degree of possessiveness. 2) Adolescent of mother whose occupation was professional technician or administrator more regarded possessiveness as success or happiness than the other. 3) Adolescent of mother whose education level was junior college graduation or higher indicated more envy. 2. Each sub-dimension of materialism affected on the adolescents' delinquency differently.

Study was made for the work study application in industry by sampling one thousand manufacturing companies. Small and medium industries are far behind in systematic application of the work study technique. Large industries are gradually introducing the work study technique systematically in line with the nation-wide quality control movement. Major sessions that the industries feel important in IE curriculum were QC, Work study and Cost accounting followed by the Organization theory, Industrial psychology, and Labor relations. Most of the industries were still less aware of the sophisticated fields such as OR, SE and Simulation. They put more emphasis on QC and TQC and as a result, work study should be closely bounded to TQC in order to systemize the work study application in the future.

The purpose of this study was to investigate salesperson's perception of fashion company in the middle management system of department store. This study was conducted by a qualitative research method. An in-depth interview was managed to 14 fashion shop managers and salesperson who have three or more years of work experience at the department store. Interview details were classified three categories: relations with fashion company and others, concern with products supply, concern with products sales. First, the positive factors on relations with fashion company are mutual trust, stability of fashion company, coordination and consideration for shop, communication with fashion company, methodical IT system, methodical education, and social gathering support. The negative factors are unilateral breach of contract from fashion company, communication problem, gap between sales status in shop and product design in fashion company, lack of professional education, difficulty of participating in education, and inadequate employee benefits. Second, the positive factor on products supply is priority of products supply. The negative factors are lack of main items, product procurement lacking rapidity, and problem of securing a supply. Third, the positive factors on products sales are brand pride, display and information support about products, and free gift support. The negative factors are unfair selling commission policy, sales pressure, and excessive responsibility.

The aim of this study was to examine relations among critical thinking disposition, professional self-concept and moral sensitivity in nursing students. This study was conducted on 280 nursing students between March 3th 2015 and March 10th. 2015. The data was analyzed by using SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Moral sensitivity significantly differed depending on one's experience in biomedical ethic education. Significant positive correlations were witnessed between critical thinking disposition and professional self-concept as well as between critical thinking disposition and moral sensitivity. Considering the results, the ways to develop critical thinking disposition and to ameliorate the current clinical training system are needed to firmly establish professional self-concept. Finally, I Suggest a study to develop and validate training program for the improvement of nursing students' moral sensitivity.

Recently, comprehensive financial service system based on individual, households' economic security and financial independence has emerged as a professional service system in America, while it has not been studied in our country. In order to develop conceptual model of Financial Service System, this paper reviewed ; 1) the concept of financial problem divided into tow dimension, such as financial resource and financial demand, 2) theories of financial service system, further this work also included the identification of relations between financial problem and financial service system.
