셰일 저류층에서의 핵밀도 함수를 이용한 확률론적 궁극가채량 예측 (Probabilistic Prediction of Estimated Ultimate Recovery in Shale Reservoir using Kernel Density Function)

  • 생산성을 증대시키는 기술의 발달로 상업적인 생산이 가능해진 비전통 가스에 대한 개발이 북미를 중심으로 진행되고 있다. 셰일 저류층은 유체투과도가 낮으며, 일반적인 석유자원과 달리 수압파쇄로부터 생성된 균열을 통해 가스 생산이 이루어지므로 초기의 생산 감퇴율이 큰 반면 후반부에서는 감퇴하는 변화율이 매우 작은 특징을 나타낸다. 이러한 셰일가스의 생산량 변동성으로 인해 단일 예측값을 산출하는 생산감퇴곡선분석기법을 생산량 자료 분석에 적용할 경우 불확실성을 고려하기 어렵다. 이 연구에서는 미국 Eagle Ford 지역의 생산정 자료에 대하여 확률론적 기법 중 하나인 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션을 적용하였으며, 생산감퇴곡선인자에 대한 난수발생 시 핵밀도 함수를 활용하여 분포에 대한 가정 없이 자료의 특성을 반영한 확률분포를 도출하였다. 또한, 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 Arps 쌍곡선함수와 치밀/셰일층의 특성을 고려하여 생산량 예측이 가능한 Modified SEPD 적용에 있어 단일값이 아닌 확률에 따른 궁극가채량을 예측함으로써 불확실성을 최소화하고자 하였다.

의암호 유역에서 발생하는 자체생산 유기물 저감방안에 관한 연구 (The Study on Decline Plan of Primary Production Organic Matter of Uiam Lake Basin)

  • The present study was designed to evaluate primary production organic matter in basin of lake around by execution of total maximum daily loading. BOD influent loading of Uiam lake was 2,819 kg/day, which was less then 28.3 percent, total effuluent loading as 3,619 kg/day, in comparision with BOD, total nitrogen influent loading was 4,681 kg/day, which was less then 10.0 percent, total effuluent loading as 5,150 kg/day. But in case of total phosphors influent loading was 73.3 kg/day, which was more then 34.2 percent, total run off loading as 48.3 kg/day. The result of survey reduction plan of primary production organic matter in basin of lake around which objectives of abstract is as follows. First plan was reduction of primary production organic matter by moving the outlet of municipal wastewater treatment center from present place to lake downstream. Secondary plan was improvement by diffusion type of outlet municipal wastewater treatment center. The third plan was reduction of environmental impact by passing and storing of municipal wastewater. Finally plan was decline water surface level which was present hydrouric retention time was reduction from 7.6 day to 6.0 day per meter.

A Case Study about Koreanese-Japanese Students' Convergence Cartoon Using Photovoice

  • Today's universities have a keen interest in educational reform. The issue of population decline in college-age due to population decline is not new. Universities have been developing quantitatively for a long time and are now considering ways to survive rather than qualitative growth. Since the sharp decline in the school-age population due to the population decline has no clear solution immediately, universities are overcoming this crisis by creating many alternatives. Attracting international students is one of them. In this study, the effectiveness of photovoice was examined through the analysis of the case of the Korean-Japanese convergence cartoon class. The photo-voice method has sufficient potential as a teaching method for foreign convergence classes and can be expected to play a role as a teaching method suitable for students participating in convergence classes with different social, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds. In particular, in the convergence class, since participating students generate research materials through photo production, it can be a tool for inner exploration necessary for webtoon production and a tool for narrative inquiry for storytelling. It is expected that expanding the understanding and use of photo voice will have the methodological value of convergence classes. In addition, the teaching method using photo voice produced in the composition of photos and stories is likely to be used as an appropriate tool for convergence classes for students with different social, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds.

  • Forty seven amylolytic Bifidobacterium strains were isolated on starch-containing agar medium from the faecal samples of the various age groups of Korean. From these amyloytic Bifidobacterium spp., two strains of KFRI 1535, identified temporarily as Bifidobacterium longum, and KFRI 1550, identified as Bifidobacterium breve, showed great macrophage-stimulating activity for the production of tumor necrosis factor-$\alpha$ and inteleukin-6. As the cell concentration increased the cytokine production increased, although in some strains the cytokine levels started to decline over cell concentration increased the cytokine production increased, although in some strains the cytokine levels started to decline over cell concentration of $250\mu\textrm{g}$/ml. the strains which showed high cytokine-stimulating activity generally showed greater production of nitric oxide even though differences were less between strains. Selected Bifidobacterium strains were compared for their fermentation capability in saccharified rice solution and in apple pomace mixture.

Effect of Ensiling Sudax Fodder with Broiler Litter and Candida Yeast on the Changes in pH, Lactic Acid and Nitrogen Fractions

  • Sudax fodder (Sorghum sudanense ${\times}$ Sorhum vulgare) was ensiled in laboratory silos with or without 20, 30, or 40 percent broiler litter and 6 percent molasses with or without Candida yeast. The samples were analyzed for pH, lactic acid and nitrogen fractions at the start of the experiment and at 5 days interval, thereafter till 40 days. A sharp decline in pH and increase in lactic acid content was observed on fifth day of ensiling. Thereafter, the rate of pH decline decreased till 20 days and that of lactic acid increase till 25 days and the remained constant. Increasing levels of broiler litter had adverse effect on pH drop and lactic acid increase of silages. Total-N content of the silages had little variation throughout the ensiling period. A sharp decline in protein-N and increase in ammonia-N content was observed on day 5 of ensiling. Thereafter, the content of protein-N increased till 20 days and that of ammonia-N decreased till 15 days, but these changes were very small compared to that occurred during the first 5 days of ensiling. The level of broiler litter had inverse relationship with protein degradation and direct relationship with ammonia production. The yeast inoculum failed to produce any significant effect.

Effects of pH Early Postmortem on Meat Quality in Beef Longissimus

  • The effects of type (high and low voltages) and time (3, 40 and 60 min postmortem) of stimulation on drip loss and meat color at 24 h post-mortem were determined on M. longissimus dorsi of 38 crossbred steers and heifers. In addition, the effect of pH early postmortem (70 min postmortem) on the rate and extend of meat tenderization was examined. Either high or low voltage stimulation at 3 min showed a tendency for faster pH decline (p=0.052) and higher drip loss (p=0.08), and improved the color dimensions of L*, a* and b* (p<0.01), compared to stimulation at 40 min. This was equivalent to approximately one unit of an AUSMEAT color chip. On the other hand, although there were significant differences in pH decline between high voltage stimulation at 40 and 60 min, and between low voltage stimulation at 40 min and control sides, drip loss and meat color did not differ significantly (p>0.05). The results suggested that early application of stimulation, regardless of type of stimulation, improved overall meat color at 24 h postmortem through its effect on faster glycolysing rate. However, if the pH decline was moderate, the benefit of electrical stimulation on meat color was not apparent. An intermediate pH decline resulted in the lowest shear force. Due to differential ageing rates the optimum pH at 70 min postmortem increased with ageing time from 5.96, 6.07, 6.12 and 6.14 for 1, 3, 7 and 14 days postmortem, respectively. This implied that a small difference in the rate of pH decline was important, especially carcasses stimulated for very early postmortem, and the optimum rate of pH decline varied with intended ageing period. The study suggests that the beneficial or adverse effects of electrical stimulation on drip loss, meat color and tenderness is determined by the rate of pH decline, rather than by stimulation treatment and time of application per se.

부산 신발산업의 집적화와 쇠락 요인: 산업클러스터 모형의 재구성과 적용 (Agglomeration and Decline Factors of the Footwear Industries in Busan Metropolitan Area)

  • 본 연구는 부산신발산업의 집적과 쇠락요인을 산업클러스터의 경쟁력이라는 이론적 관점에서 접근한다. 이를 위해 M. Porter의 클러스터 모델을 재구성한 '산업클러스터의 구성요소와 연계 모형'을 제시하고 그것에 기초하여 부산신발산업의 집적화와 쇠락에 영향을 미친 요인들을 검토하였다. 그리고 신발산업의 부산지역 집적 및 쇠락과정과 현황을 고찰하고 부산지역 신발업체들을 대상으로 관련 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 부산신발산업의 집적 및 쇠락과정은 상당히 복잡한 요인들에 의해 영향을 받았지만, 노동집약적 경공업의 특성상 노동력 등 투입요소부문이 가장 결정적인 영향변수였던 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 1970년대 중반 이후 OEM 생산을 본격화하면서 글로벌 생산네트워크에 편입된 바, 그것에의 진입과 배제과정에서 산업클러스터의 성쇠가 보다 급격히 발생한 것으로 판단된다.

Future Outlook of Refractories for Iron and Steelmaking

  • Refractory industry in technologically advanced countries has long been on gradual decline due to leveled-off steel production and decreasing unit consumption of refractories for steel. Notable technological achievements by refractory industry that contributed significantly to steel production are briefly reviewed covering from blast furnace, basic oxygen furnace to continuous casting. Future possibility to revitalize the refractory industry is discussed on the basis of the review, taking into account opportunities available in environment and energy related sector of industries.

산업집적지의 위기와 회복 가능성: 동대문 패션산업 생산네트워크와 공간적 특성 (A Hint of Crisis Resilience of Industrial Agglomeration: The Production Networks and Spatial Characteristics of Dongdaemun Fashion Industry)

  • 본 연구는 서울시 동대문 패션산업 집적지의 위기의 원인을 포착하고 해결방향을 모색하기 위해 그 공간적 범위를 획정하고 가치사슬 및 생산네트워크의 형태, 집적지의 공간적 특성을 살펴보았다. 동대문 패션산업 집적지의 공간적 범위는 동대문시장의 확장과 생산 배후지역의 확산을 통해 기존 연구 결과와 달리 동대문시장을 중심으로 서울 동북부지역에 넓게 분포한다고 볼 수 있다. 그리고 동대문 패션산업에서는 임가공방식의 생산방식을 채택하여 가치사슬의 각 단계가 발주업체인 도매업체를 중심으로 분절적으로 연결되어 있다. 각각의 생산네트워크는 방사형 네트워크 형태로, 생산네트워크 간의 경쟁관계와 이를 반영한 생산 과정을 통해 개별 수준의 방사형 네트워크 특성이 전체적으로도 유지된다고 할 수 있다. 이 때문에 동대문 패션산업 집적지는 이를 하나의 전체로서 바라본 기존 연구 결과와 달리 생산네트워크의 형태에 따라 공간적으로 분절되어 있는 분절된 산업집적지라고 볼 수 있다. 최근의 동대문 패션산업 집적지의 위기는 수요 감소라는 외부 충격에 취약한 방사형 네트워크의 위상구조적 문제이자 내재적 문제로 해결 방향도 그에 따라야 할 것이다. 본 연구 결과는 기존 서울시의 동대문 패션산업 연구 의 한계나 오류를 일정 부분 극복함과 동시에 현재 위기를 겪고 있는 산업집적지를 연구대상으로 삼음으로써 산업집적지 연구를 확대시켰다는 데 의의가 있다.

탐사저널리즘의 주체 변동: 공영모델의 조락과 비영리모델의 부상 (Change in the Leading Provider of Investigative Journalism: the Decline of the Public Service Model and the Emergence of a Nonprofit Model)

  • 2010년대 공영방송에서 탐사보도가 쇠락한 반면 비영리 매체 <뉴스타파>가 신뢰받는 탐사보도 기관으로 부상했다. 본 연구는 그 이유를 탐사보도의 현실적인 조건, 즉 저널리스트와 체계, 제작문화가 공영방송과 뉴스타파에서 어떻게 구현되었는가의 관점에서 살펴보았다. 정부의 압박과 경영진의 탈저널리즘 정책으로 공영방송의 탐사보도는 위축되고 제작진의 의지는 약화되고 그간 형성된 제작전통도 무너졌다. 뉴스타파는 저널리즘 실천의 의지, 자율적인 제작문화를 바탕으로 단시간에 영향력 있는 탐사보도 기관이 되었다. 역량과 의지가 있는 저널리스트와 장시간의 취재를 지원하는 시스템, 그리고 제작의 독립성이 보장될 때 의미 있는 탐사보도가 가능하다는 사실을 증명한다. 탐사보도는 해당 방송의 저널리즘 환경과 제작문화의 소산이다.
