맞음새 관련 요인과 의복평가기준이 의복만족도에 미치는 영향 -체형, 치수중요성, 활동중요성을 중심으로- (Effects of Fit-Related Factors and Clothing Evaluation Criteria on Clothing Satisfaction)

  • This study was explored the relationship of fit-related factors and, clothing evaluation criteria to clothing satisfaction. A total of 247 completed responses were obtained from a convenient sample of female students in their twenties. The statistical analysis methods included factor analysis, an ANOVA, and a multiple regression analysis. First, clothing evaluation criteria included practicality, product trait, and symbolism. Second, a comparison of clothing evaluation criteria and clothing satisfaction in groups divided by fit-related factors showed significant differences. In particular, the fat body type group showed higher level of the product trait and the thin body type group showed lower level of clothing satisfaction. The high activity group showed higher levels of clothing evaluation criteria and lower level of clothing satisfaction. Third, body type perception (-) and activity importance (-), fit-related factors, and practicality (+), clothing evaluation criterion had significant effects on clothing satisfaction. Therefore, These results suggest that fashion firms should make efficient use of fit-related factors and clothing evaluation criteria to enhance consumers' clothing satisfaction and to stimulate their purchase intention toward fashion goods.

전자상거래에서의 관여수준별 고객만족과 재구매의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Customer Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention by Involvement Levels in Electronic Commerce)

  • As an electronic commerce grows in a rapid speed today, it has a great effect on not only our consuming lives but also the marketing activities. The study on involvement levels and consumer satisfaction in physical market in the existing studying papers in home was made progress rapidly. But, the study on involvement levels and consumer satisfaction in virtual market leaves much to be desired. This paper aims at considering the relationship between the involvement levels and the consumer satisfaction factors in the electronic commerce through the internet shopping mall whose importance is emphasized day by day. In this paper, three following questions were studied: (1) what is the difference among the factors(product/service/image) of consumer's satisfaction in accordance with consumers' involvement levels, (2) what is the difference in an intention of repurchase in accordance with the consumers' satisfaction factors, and (3) what is the difference in an intention of repurchase in accordance with the involvement levels and the consumers' satisfaction factors. As a result of analysis, only the service one of the factors of consumer's satisfaction has a difference in accordance with high/low involvement, and also, the factors which have an effect on the intention of repurchase were product, service and image.

Multimodal Sentiment Analysis for Investigating User Satisfaction

  • Purpose The proliferation of data on the internet has created a need for innovative methods to analyze user satisfaction data. Traditional survey methods are becoming inadequate in dealing with the increasing volume and diversity of data, and new methods using unstructured internet data are being explored. While numerous comment-based user satisfaction studies have been conducted, only a few have explored user satisfaction through video and audio data. Multimodal sentiment analysis, which integrates multiple modalities, has gained attention due to its high accuracy and broad applicability. Design/methodology/approach This study uses multimodal sentiment analysis to analyze user satisfaction of iPhone and Samsung products through online videos. The research reveals that the combination model integrating multiple data sources showed the most superior performance. Findings The findings also indicate that price is a crucial factor influencing user satisfaction, and users tend to exhibit more positive emotions when content with a product's price. The study highlights the importance of considering multiple factors when evaluating user satisfaction and provides valuable insights into the effectiveness of different data sources for sentiment analysis of product reviews.

경영자의 인적자원관리에 따른 고객만족, 고객충성도 그리고 재무성과의 관계에 관한 연구: 한식당을 중심으로 (A Study on the Relationships among an Executive's Human Resources Management, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty, and Financial Performance: Focusing on Korean Traditional Restaurants)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 한식당 경영자의 인적자원관리수행 수준에 따라서 고객만족(제품만족, 서비스만족)과 고객충성도에 어떠한 차이가 있는지 살펴보고, 고객만족이 고객충성도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한, 고객충성도와 재무성과 간의 어떠한 연관성이 있는지 살펴보고, 경영자의 인적자원관리와 재무성과 간의 어떠한 연관성이 있는지 살펴보는 것이다. 조사기간은 2012년 1월 2일부터 1월 17일까지 15일 동안 점심시간과 저녁시간에 진행되었다. 객단가 12,000원 이상의 대구, 경북지역 15개 한식당을 대상으로 실시하였고, 경영자 15부와 고객 336부가 최종분석에 사용되었다. 분석결과, 한식당 경영자의 신규직원교육 및 합리적인보상에 대한 인적자원관리수행 수준이 높은 경우 고객들이 지각하는 제품만족과 서비스만족수준이 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났고, 신규직원채용, 신규직원교육, 업무성과평가에 대한 인적자원관리수행 수준이 높은 경우 고객들이 지각하는 충성도의 수준이 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 제품만족과 서비스만족은 고객충성도의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 충성도와 재무성과는 유의한 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 경영자의 인적자원관리와 재무성과 간에도 유의한 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Developing Environmental Quality Deployment for Designing Environmentally Friendly Product

  • This study proposes Environmental Quality Deployment (EQD) by combining an instrument for measuring customer satisfaction (ENVIROQUAL) with a standard tool of product design in manufacturing called quality function deployment (QFD). The EQD presents the conceptual map of House of Environmental Quality as a means to implementation to help a company know what customers perceive as important in making environmentally friendly product and provide a framework for the translation of customer satisfaction into identifiable and measurable conformance specifications for environmentally friendly product design.

  • Customer satisfaction level is usually measured in terms of price, quality, customization, after-sale-service, product variety etc. Each finn sets up a distinctive production/marketing strategy to gain competitive advantage by prioritizing the customer satisfaction measures. The market differentiation strategy directly results in supply chain performance such as lead time, inventory, customer fill rate and market share. Product proliferation desirable in customization sense often conflicts the economies of scale effect in production side. This paper focuses the relationship between product variety and market share. Specifically, we investigate how introduction of new product affects the current market share, i.e.,) formation of customer preference and provide some insight into the optimal range of product variety.

Buying Korean Products through Overseas Direct Purchase as a Distribution Means in China

  • Purpose: This study focuses on the buying Korean products by Chinese consumers through overseas direct purchase as a distribution means (tool) because they are interested in Korean products because of their excellence. Major variables are national brand, curiosity, price, product quality. Research design, data, and methodology: To make effective analysis, several tools and programs for analysis are used with SPSS Statistics ver. 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. Results: National brand, price, product quality have affirmative impacts on satisfaction and repurchase through overseas direct purchase. But curiosity does not have. Among them the most important variable is product quality. This is the same as Chinese consumers think product quality is the most valuable one when buying Korean products through overseas direct purchase. Next one is price. The last one is a national brand. Conclusions: Among the variables of overseas direct purchase, product quality has the biggest impact on satisfaction and repurchase positively. This means that many Chinese consumers are interested in product quality manufactured in Korea. Also Korean product quality is better than that of China until now. Korean companies should, strongly and continuously, have to improve the quality of Korean products because China focuses on product quality in the distribution process in the national base.

한국 드라마 시청 만족도와 한국 상품구매의사간 관계에 관한 탐색적 연구 : 미얀마 소비자를 중심으로 (Exploratory Study on the Relationship between Korean Drama Watching Satisfaction and Korean Product Purchase Intention : Focused on Myanmar Consumers)

  • This study aims to explore the positive impact of Korean drama watching satisfaction on purchase intention for Korean products by considering the mediating roles of social distance to Korea, national image of Korea, and Korean product image. This study identified that Korean drama reduced the social distance to Korea while increasing the positive image of Koreas and Korean products. However, the reduced social distance was not positively associated with Korean product image and Korean product purchase intention. This implies that Korean dramas directly affect Korean product purchase intension and indirectly affect Korean national image and product image. This study supplies guidance to international marketers who aims to enter the Myanmar market. To use the Korean wave as a Korean product marketing tool, marketing strategies need to cover Korean culture-relevant materials such as cultural background, cultural characteristics, exposed products, and so on.

대학생 소비자에게 미치는 "시간 대 돈 효과" : 조절변인으로써의 제품유형 ("The time vs. money effect" on undergraduate consumers' responses : Product type as a moderator)

  • 시간과 돈 효과는 시간이라는 개념이 돈보다 소비자의 제품에 대한 태도 및 의사결정에 긍정적인 역할을 한다는 것을 의미한다. 시간과 돈을 어떻게 사용하는가는 각 개인의 정체성과 밀접한 관계가 있다. 기존 연구에 의하면, 시간은 경험으로 존재하기 때문에 시간은 물질적 제품보다 경험적 제품에 대해 좀 더 긍정적인 소비자 반응을 유발하는 반면, 돈은 소유로 대표되는 물질주의적 가치와 관련되어 있으므로 경험적 제품보다는 물질적 제품에 대해 좀 더 긍정적인 소비자 반응을 유발한다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 제품유형에 스마트폰을 더하여 시간과 돈의 효과가 소비자의 반응에 어떤 영향을 주는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 실험 1에서는 기존에 자신이 사용하였던 제품에 대한 평가를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 소비자의 만족도에 대해 시간과 돈 활성화 조건과 3 가지 제품유형(패밀리 레스토랑, 스마트폰, 고급브랜드청바지)간의 상호작용이 관찰되었으며, 스마트폰에 있어서는 시간활성화가 돈활성화보다 높은 만족도를 유발하였다. 실험 2에서는 실험1에서 사용된 제품유형에 대한 이미지 광고를 사용하여 시간과 돈 효과를 살펴보았다. 제품에 대한 태도, 만족도, 구매의사, 개인적 관련성 변인 모두에서 시간돈활성화 조건과 제품유형간의 상호작용이 관찰되었으며, 역시 스마트폰에서만 유의미한 활성화조건간 차가 관찰되었다. 아울러 활성화조건의 주효과도 관찰되어 시간활성화 광고가 돈활성화 광고보다 훨씬 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 대한 이론적, 실용적 함의점이 논의되었다.

지속가능 공급사슬관리가 만족과 상생협력에 미치는 영향: 중소유통물류센터와 체인점의 비교 (Effect of Sustainable Supply Chain Management on Satisfaction and Win-Win Cooperation: Comparison of Small and Medium-Sized Distribution Logistics Center and Chain Store)

  • Purpose: Recent emergence of diverse businesses in the distribution industry has led small and medium-sized retailers and their distribution logistics centers to face difficulties. Transactions between companies are connected within a supply chain, and the companies have relationships in the form of a supplier and a buyer. Therefore, it is important to identify causes of problems among companies through supply chain and strategic partnerships, thus developing optimal management plans and maximizing performances of companies. This study proposes that sustainable supply chain management consists of product quality, price quality, distribution quality, and promotion quality based on stakeholder theory and resource-based view. This study examined the impacts of sustainable chain management factors on satisfaction and win-win cooperation. Research design, data, and methodology: In the proposed model, satisfaction plays a mediating role in the relationship between sustainable chain management and win-win cooperation. The data were collected from 245 owners who use small and medium-sized distribution logistics center and analyzed using 2SLS (two-stage least square) with SPSS 28.0. Exploratory factor analysis and correlation analysis were used to assess the validity and reliability of constructs. Results: The findings are as follows. In the case of the total and Nadeulgage samples, product, price, and distribution quality had a significant positive effect on satisfaction, but in the case of Neighborhood super, product and price quality have a significant positive effect on satisfaction. Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on win-win cooperation in the overall, Nadeulgage, and Neighborhood super. Satisfaction plays a partial or full mediating role in the case of total, Nadeulgage, Neighborhood super. Conclusions: This study emphasized the need for sustainable supply chain management of small and medium-sized distribution logistics centers by examining the relationship between small and medium-sized distribution logistics centers and chain stores. It was found that store satisfaction plays an important role in the win-win cooperation between small and medium-sized distribution logistics centers and chain stores. Small and medium-sized distribution logistics centers can maximize product quality, price quality, distribution quality, and promotion quality by understanding the effect of chain store-related satisfaction and win-win cooperation on chain stores.
