  • Hybrid query processing method is used for preventing server overload that is created by heavy user connection in Web GIS. In Hybrid query processing method, both server and client participate in spatial query processing. But, Hybrid query processing method is restricted in scalability of server and it can't be fundamentally solution for server overload. So, it is necessary for Web GIS to be brought in web clustering technique. In this thesis, we propose load-balancing method that uses proximity of query region. In this paper, we create tile groups that have relation each tile in same group is very close, and forward client request to the server that can have maximum rate of buffer reuse with considering characteristic of spatial query. With out load balancing method, buffet in server is optimized for exploring spatial index tree and increase rate of buffer reuse, so it can be reduced amount of disk access and increase system performance.

  • This paper proposed a real-time, low-cost, fast transistor open-circuit fault diagnosis method for voltage-source inverter fed induction motors. A transistor open-circuit changes the symmetry of the inverter topology, leading to different similarities among three phase load currents. In this paper, dynamic time warping is proposed to describe the similarities among load currents. The proposed diagnosis is independent of the system model and needs no extra sensors or electrical circuits. Both simulation and experimental results show the high efficiency of the proposed fault diagnosis method.

  • The interest in the aircraft interior market is gradually growing due to technological development based on the 4th industrial revolution and competition for airlines to attract customers, and as part of that, Cabin Display System (CDS) for FAA Part.25 civil aircraft is being developed in Korea. The CDS is a system that provides various multimedia services to passengers by utilizing Flexible and Transparent Organic Light Emitting Diodes (OLED) with Integrated Display Processing Module (IDPM). This paper presents a new method for efficient Data Load Process of large-sized files and deals with their implementation and performance. The results of this study are expected to be applied to Data Load Process development of avionics that require reliable large-capacity file transmission along with reducing the costs of development compared to existing ARINC-615A.

  • Three mushroom cannerries were selected by size which are representative vegetable processing firms in korea for monitoring microbial contamination of processing water, washing water, mushroom before and after washing through first and second washing tanks and, blanched and prolonged mushroom for certain time at room temperature. Total contamination degree was expressed as colony forming unit (CFU) of mesophilic aerobes. The contamination degree of processing water was $10^{2}\;CFU/100\;ml$ and washing water in first and second washing tank were 10 to 100 times higher than processing water. When 2.3 tons of washing water was used for washing 1 ton of mushroom, washing effect was showed by reduction of microbial load but cutting it to 1.8 tonsIl ton of mushroom, microbial load was higher than that of raw mushroom level. Blanching reduced microbial load to 50-500 CFU/g of blanched mushroom and it was not seen much increase of CFU in blanched mushroom left at room temperature for 3 hours in $16^{\circ}C$ processing water. Just after injection of $80^{\circ}C$ brine in container, CFU/ml of brine in container was $84{\times}10^{4}$ but it was increased rapidly to $20{\times}10^{7}$ after 2 hours at ambient temperature.

  • In this study, an SW for the analysis of the wind-turbine vibration characteristics was developed as an application of SaaS cloud infrastructure. A measurement system for power-performance, mechanical load, and gearbox vibration as type-test class was installed at a target MW-class wind turbine, and structural meta and raw data were then acquired into the cloud. Data processing algorithms were developed to provide cloud data to the SW. To operate the SW continuously, raw data was downloaded consistently based on the algorithms. During the SW test, an intermittent long time-delay occurred due to the communication load associated with frequent access to the cloud. To solve this, a compression service for the target raw data was developed in the cloud and more stable data processing was confirmed. Using the compression service, stable big data processing of wind turbines, including gearbox vibration analysis, is expected.

  • Polishing is one of the important methods in manufacturing of Si wafers and in thinning of completed device wafers. This study will report the characteristic of wafer according to processing time, machining speed and pressure which have major influence on the abrasion of Si wafer polishing. It is possible to evaluation of wafer abrasion by load cell and infrared temperature sensor. The characteristic of wafer surface according to processing condition is selected to use a result data that measure a pressure, machining speed, and the processing time. This result is appeared by the characteristic of wafer surface in machining condition. Through that, the study cans evaluation a wafer characteristic in variable machining condition. It is important to obtain optimal condition. Thus the optimum condition selection of ultra precision Si wafer polishing using load cell and infrared temperature sensor. To evaluate each machining factor, use a data through each sensor. That evaluation of abrasion according to variety condition is selected to use a result data that measure a pressure, machining speed, and the processing time. And optimum condition is selected by this result.

  • In this study a practical formula based on the experime수 랙 the estimation of load in the non-circular tube extrusion with the mandrel is proposed by using the effective extrusion ratio. Through some experiments for the several shaped sections, the coefficients of the empirical equation are determined by ticine as a model material at room temperature. The proposed empirical formula for the estimation of extrusion load will be applicable to the non-steady state as well as steady state for the extrusion of various shaped tubes from hollow billets.

  • This paper is concerned with the optimization of the drive for linear-guide press which is one of mechanical presses. The design of linear-guide drive for a mechanical press is introduced and the drive for the linear-guide press is optimized for the improvement of load and velocity characteristics. As a result of optimization, the load capacity during stroke increases and the slide velocity decreases in working region, respectively. The new design could be suited to many applications in precision forming such as extrusion and the sheet metal-forming processes.

  • Cloud computing is an emerging technology based on the concept of enabling data access from anywhere, at any time, from any platform. The exponential growth of cloud users has resulted in the emergence of multiple issues, such as the workload imbalance between the virtual machines (VMs) of data centers in a cloud environment greatly impacting its overall performance. Our axis of research is the load balancing of a data center's VMs. It aims at reducing the degree of a load's imbalance between those VMs so that a better resource utilization will be provided, thus ensuring a greater quality of service. Our article focuses on two phases to balance the workload between the VMs. The first step will be the determination of the threshold of each VM before it can be considered overloaded. The second step will be a task allocation to the VMs by relying on an improved and faster version of the meta-heuristic "simulated annealing (SA)". We mainly focused on the acceptance probability of the SA, as, by modifying the content of the acceptance probability, we could ensure that the SA was able to offer a smart task distribution between the VMs in fewer loops than a classical usage of the SA.
