Due to the rapidly changing global business environment and global management environment, companies must actively act for competitiveness. By examining the development process of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), there is a chance to optimize the organization and find measures to improve the company competitiveness. It seems examining task process, and studying the influence of ERP introduction to management performance by considering whether the excessive maintenance cost or repetitive investment toward ERP is quiet significant. The companies which instituted ERP uses "business process model" provided by "Best Practice" compare own task to choose much efficient method. This allows simultaneous realization of ERP institution and Business Reengineering (BR).

Modal parameter identification plays a key role in the structural health monitoring (SHM) for civil engineering. Eigensystem realization algorithm (ERA) is one of the most popular identification methods. However, the complex environment around civil structures can introduce the noises into the measurement from SHM system. The spurious modes would be generated due to the noises during ERA process, which are usually ignored and be recognized as physical modes. This paper proposes an improved stabilization diagram method in ERA to distinguish the spurious modes. First, it is proved that the ERA can be performed by any two Hankel matrices with one time step shift. The effect of noises on the eigenvalues of structure is illustrated when the choice of two Hankel matrices with one time step shift is different. Then, a moving data diagram is proposed to combine the traditional stabilization diagram to form the improved stabilization diagram method. The moving data diagram shows the mode variation along the different choice of Hankel matrices, which indicates whether the mode is spurious or not. The traditional stabilization diagram helps to determine the concerned truncated order before moving data diagram is implemented. Finally, the proposed method is proved through a numerical example. The results show that the proposed method can distinguish the spurious modes.

The purpose of the study was to qualitatively analyze how entrepreneurs would succeed in business from the consumer perspective of entrepreneurial. In particularly, this study understood what has made the entrepreneurs do their own business, learning contextual and mediating conditions. In order to achieve the research goals, the study conducted in-depth interviews to a total of 11 entrepreneurs and based on data from the interviews, carried out a grounded theory analysis. According to the results, the successful entrepreneurship process paradigm model from the consumer perspective of entrepreneurial was observed with some central phenomenon, 'change of course', via casual circumstances as 'self-realization' and 'material value realization.' For the contextual conditions, there found 'anxiety for survival', 'organic motive', 'confidence in a market' and 'relational role element' as well. The interaction strategies consisted of 'internal capability improvement', 'internal and external activity directivity growth' and 'marketability judgement ability.' The mediating conditions were observed to be 'strategic cognition improvement' and 'growing of desire to succeed'. The analysis results reported that there were two different aspects as 'increase of stable dailiness' and 'productivity enlargement'. In terms of the core category, it was 'securing of stable dailiness and competitiveness in the market as well by developing characteristics and abilities of an individual for the life value realization.' Those results confirmed that once pleasure and satisfaction in daily life increase, the confidence of the entrepreneurs improves too, which would encourage them to continue the business.

Usage control models are the new breed of access control models that allow description of comprehensive policies for usage of protected content. In this paradigm, decisions regarding access to objects are not limited to request time only. It is coupled with the usage of the protected objects and becomes a continuous process carried out in parallel to the usage. The realization of usage control has been a long standing research problem to overcome the issue of loss of control in secure document dissemination. With the emergence of cloud computing, documents are stored in the cloud, the document viewers and editors themselves reside in the cloud and are accessed from thin clients such as browsers. We note that such scenarios provide an ideal opportunity for the realization of usage control for securing the usage of documents based on the stakeholders' policies. In this paper, we proposed Multimedia Content Management (MCM) for a better realization multimedia content in the cloud based applications. We designed a robust architecture to provide fine-grained control over usage of protected objects through the use of emerging cloud computing paradigm. We present the design principles for this realization and discuss our proposed architecture.

Purpose: The study was done to explore meanings and essence of the experience in South Korea of men defectors from North Korea. Methods: Data were collected from March, 2011 to May, 2012, through in-depth interviews with ten men defectors. Data analysis was conducted using the process of hermeneutic phenomenological reflection. Results: Eight essential themes were extracted; 'buoyant expectation for a new life', 'feeling guilty about family left behind in North Korea', 'inability to become acclimatized due to communication difficulties', 'inability to socialize with South Koreans due to different lifestyles', 'finding strength through trustworthy acquaintances', 'continuing reconciliation with oneself while trying to assimilate into South Korean culture', 'self-realization of one's original self', and 'continuing to feel out the possibility of a future in South Korea'. Conclusion: The findings indicate that North Korean men who defect to South Korea shape their identity through three phases: forming self-image during escape from North Korea, trying to become accustomed to South Korean society, and finding their own identity by self-realization of their original self. Eventually, the whole process enables them to recover their identity, to feel a sense of belonging, and to discover possibilities for a better future.

Many customers are no longer satisfied with mass-produced goods. They are demanding customization and rapid delivery of innovative products. Many companies are now realizing that the best way to reduce life cycle costs is to evolve a more effective product development paradigm using Internet and web based technologies. Yet there remains a gap between current market demands and product development paradigms. The existing CAD systems require that product developers possess all the design analysis tools in-house making it impractical to employ all the needed and newest tools. Hence, this paper addresses how assembly operation analysis can be embedded transparently and remotely into a service-oriented collaborative assembly design environment. A new assembly operation analysis framework is introduced and a relevant architecture and tools are developed to realize the framework. Instead of the current sequential process for verifying and validating an assembly design, a new Virtual Assembly Analysis (VAA) method is introduced in the paper to predict the various effects of joining during actual collaborative design. As a case study, arc welding and riveting processes are investigated. New service-oriented VAA architecture and its VAA components are proposed and implemented on prototype mechanical assemblies.

This paper suggests realization method for real-time speech recognition using VoiceXML in telephony environment based on SIP for Railroad Reservation Service. In this method, voice signal incoming through PSTN or Internet is treated as dialog using VoiceXML and the transferred voice signal is processed by Speech Recognition System, and the output is returned to dialog of VoiceXML which is transferred to users. VASR system is constituted of dialog server which processes dialog, APP server for processing voice signal, and Speech Recognition System to process speech recognition. This realizes transfer method to Speech Recognition System in which voice signal is recorded using Record Tag function of VoiceXML to process voice signal in telephony environment and it is played in real time.

This paper deals with automatic system of acoustic noise detection for realization of factory automation. The existing inspection process of failure products has mostly been executed in hand by rich-experienced workers. It is difficult to accomplish effectively or systematically the failure test of products owing to the diversality of ill-conditions. But the problem about it must be solved in viewpoint of cost down and factory automation in addition to the reliability of products. The necessity of automatic inspection system to inspect automatically undesirable acoustic noise of products which is one of the kinds of failure is suggested, and the procedure to develope it and the function of each system components are explained briefly.

In this paper, there is presented the novel encoder circuit design method in the realization of exponential adaption process on the delta modulation coding of speech signals. The digital implementation has been adapted for the illustration of above, especially using a rate multiplier end a double integration circuit. The use of a double integration of the local decoder included in the ADM encoder in prove the undesirable characteristics which the low switching speed of the ratemultiplier couses the SQNR to decreuse, and the SQNR of the decoding signal by above realization is relatively uniformed in wide range of signal levels. The validity of the above design is verified by laboratory experiments.
