청소년의 학업중단에서 학업복귀의 변화과정에 대한 질적 메타분석 (Qualitative Meta-Analysis about the Change of Adolescences in the Process of Returning from the School Dropout)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 청소년이 학업중단에서 학업복귀의 과정에서 어떤 변화를 경험하는지를 탐구하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 위해 이 분야의 질적 연구 자료들을 대상으로 질적 메타분석을 실시하였다. 질적 메타분석은 같은 주제를 다룬 질적 연구들을 종합하여, 새로운 해석을 제시하는 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 학업중단에서 학업복귀에 이르는 과정을 다룬 국내 질적 연구를 대상으로 선정과정을 거쳤다. 분석 대상으로 최종적으로 선정된 논문은 국내의 학술지에 출판된 7편이다. 선정된 개별 연구들을 비교 분석하여 종합한 결과는 다음과 같다. 청소년에게 학업중단으로부터 학업복귀에 이르는 일련의 과정은 '성찰과 지지를 통한 자기 성장'이었다. 이 과정에는 포기, 표류, 자각, 결행, 분투의 5개의 변화단계가 나타났다. 변화를 이끄는 관련 요소는 자기자각, 현실인식, 자원과 지지였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 각 단계의 특징을 설명하고 논의하였다. 끝으로 연구의 의의와 한계를 밝히고, 후속 연구에 대해 제언하였다.

혼합냉매를 이용한 천연가스 액화공정의 제어변수 분석 (Analysis of the Control Variables for Natural Gas Liquefied Process Using Mixed Refrigerant)

  • 천연가스 액화 공정은 상온의 천연가스를 상압 $-160^{\circ}C$ 이하로 냉각해서 액화시키는 공정으로, 안정된 LNG 생산을 위해서는 최적의 제어 전략이 필요하다. 제어 전략을 수립할 때 가장 중요한 작업 중 하나가 공정의 분석인데, 조절 변수의 변화에 따른 제어 변수의 변화를 파악하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 C3MR(Propane Pre-cooled Mixed Refrigerant) 공정으로 BSU(Bench Scale Unit)를 제작하여 천연가스 액화 공정을 실험하였다. 각 조절변수의 조작에 따른 유량의 변화가 공정에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해서 냉매의 유량변화에 따른 냉매 온도 변화 및 천연가스의 온도 변화를 분석하였고, 천연가스 자체의 유량 변화에 따른 냉매의 온도 변화를 분석함으로써 3개의 조절 변수와 공정의 제어변수들과의 관계를 알아보았다. 각 제어변수들은 독립적인 요소들이 아닌 서로 연관되어 유기적인 움직임을 보였으나, 특정 조절 변수의 변화에 따라 큰 반응을 보이는 제어 변수를 확인 할 수 있었다.

Change in Ginsenosides and Maltol in Dried Raw Ginseng during Extrusion Process

  • Although widely applied in the food industry, extrusion cooking has not been applied to the traditional red ginseng process for steaming and drying ginseng. We therefore investigated the change in the effective components in red ginseng (total saponins, ginsenosides and maltol) from extruded raw ginseng. The variables were the drying temperature of the sliced raw ginseng (80 and $90^{\circ}C$) before the extrusion process and the moisture content (15 and 22%, w.b.) during the extrusion process. Ginsenosides Rg1 and Rg2 were detected in dried ginseng at $80^{\circ}C$, but ginsenoside Rg3, which was contained in red ginseng, was not detected. On the other hand, ginsenosides Rg1, Rg2 and Rg3 were detected in extruded ginseng at moisture contents of 15 and 22%. Total ginsenosides were highest at $90^{\circ}C$ drying temperature and 22% moisture content for the extrusion process.

집단중심 추세모형을 적용한 과학고등학교 학생들의 통합 탐구 기능 변화 분석 (Analyzing the Change of Science High School Students' Integrated Process Skills Using Group-based Trajectory Modeling)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 집단중심 추세모형을 적용하여 과학고 학생들이 탐구를 수행하는 과정에서 나타난 통합 탐구 기능 변화의 양상과 특징을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 3개의 가설-연역적 탐구 과제를 이용하였으며, 이를 59명의 과학고 학생들에게 순차적으로 수행하게 하고 그 과정을 보고서로 작성하게 하였다. 작성된 보고서는 Lee and Park(2017)에 의해 개발된 평가 준거틀에 따라 통합 탐구 기능 4개 요소별로 평가하였으며, 이를 집단중심 추세모형에 적용하여 탐구 과제를 수행한 3개 시점에 따른 탐구 기능 수준의 변화 양상을 요소별로 분석하였다. 또한, 탐구 기능 변화에서 나타난 특징을 몇 가지 관점에서 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다: 첫째, 집단중심 추세모형을 적용하여 학생들의 통합 탐구 기능 변화 양상을 분석한 결과, 4개 요소 모두에서 2개 집단으로 분류되었으나 그 변화 양상은 요소별로 많은 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 학생들의 통합 탐구 기능 변화에서 나타난 특징을 분석한 결과, 탐구 기능의 맥락의존성, 탐구 기능 발달 경로의 변이성, 탐구 기능 요소별 수준의 들쭉날쭉성을 발견할 수 있었다. 연구 결과를 토대로 과학고 학생들의 통합 탐구 기능 발달을 위한 제언을 하였다.

퀼축강성 변화가 측면 연삭가공에 미치는 영향 (The Effects on a Side-Cut Grinding depend on the Change of the Quill Rigidity)

  • One of the problems in grinding process using a machining center(MC) with a small diametric wheels is machining error due to decrease of the quill diameter. In this study, side-cut grinding is performed with a vitrified bonded CBN wheel on the machining center. Grinding experiments are performed at various grinding conditions including quill length, quill diameter and depth of cut. The effect on the grinding force, machining error and surface roughness due to the change of the quill rigidity are investigated experimentally. The slenderness ratio of the quill is significant factor to analyse the change of the grinding force and machining error.

V.P.가공 직물의 D.P.성과 Handle 평가에 관한 연구 (Study on the Evaluation of D.P. and Handle for Vapor Phase Finished Fabrics)

  • The shape retention finishing provides a fabric for easiness of no-ironing after laundering. In spite of the obvious importance of the new finishing treatment, few systematic studies have been performed on the handle of the fabrics finished by the durable press process. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationships among the mechanical properties, durable press conditions, primary hand values and the total hand value of the fabrics finished by shape retention process. In this experiment, durable press grade of unfinished fabrics decreased below 2.5, but those of finished fabrics maintained above 4, but the mechanical properties of finished fabrics did not change significantly after laundering. In finished fabrics, D.P. value were correlated with mechanical properties, but had little effects with H.V. and T.H.V. Since the evaluation of the effect of durable press process was done with the naked eyes and standard sample, we could not know exactly change o( mechanical properties, but trace the change of mechanical properties which gave influences on the durable press effects by using KES-FB System.

  • This paper proposes a change process model for organization development in health care organizations and provide an OD case exemplar of nursing service unit at Virtual Hospital. This case exemplar was written in a narrative form rather than in an argumentative form as an embodiment of organization development process as is viewed from the cultural/interpretive perspective rather than from the technical/rational one. This case exemplar illustrates the change process which consists of four interrelated components: change intervention, organizational target variables, individual organizational member, and organizational outcomes. It also demonstrates the applicability of the narrative rationality which involves narrative probability and narrative fidelity to the story where the learning organization, shared governance, and empowerment are fully emplotted and enlivened. The implications for organization development in health care organizations are discussed.

초미세 발포 플라스틱의 유리전이온도를 변화시키는 가스 용해량의 영향 (The Effect of Gas Absorption Induced a Change of Glass Transition Temperature in Microcellular Foamed Plastics)

  • The thermoforming process is widely used in the plastics industry to produce articles for the packaging, automotive, domestic construction and leisure industries. The microcellular foaming process appeared at M.I.T. in 1980s to save a quantity of polymer materials and increase their mechanical properties. The glass transition temperature of polymer materials is one of many important process variables in appling the microcellular foaming process to the conventional thermoforming process. The goal of this research is to evaluate the relation between gas absorption and glass transition temperature in batch process using microcellular foaming process. The weight gain ratio of polymer materials has a conception of gas absorption. Polymers such as acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS), polystyrene(PS) have been used in this experiment. According to conventional Chows model and Cha-Yoon model, it was estimated with real experimental result to predict a change of glass transition temperature as a function of the weight gain ratio of polymer materials in batch process to gain microcellular foamed plastic products.

  • Solid-liquid phase change (i.e. melting or solidification) occurs in a number of situations of practical interest. Some common examples include the melting of edible oil, metallurgical process such as casting and welding, and materials science applications such as crystal growth. Therefore, due to the practical importance of the subject, there have been a large number of experimental and numerical studies of problems involving phase change during the past few decades. Also, this study presented the effective way to enhance phase change heat transfer.

  • BIM technologies store, share and integrate the information produced in each sector of the construction industry. From this point on, it increases the efficiency of the work. Currently, quantity take-off and process schedule are derived separately based on BIM technology. When calculating the quantity by process, relevant information shall be collected, reinterpreted, and reevaluated as required by the practice. The purpose of this study is to develop an integrated process and quantity management system through BIM collaboration and to build prototypes for steel structures. The main research is to build a construction BIM model for steel structures and a process BIM model through BIM collaboration. Furthermore, necessary information was selected and processed according to the user's needs for integrated management. Relevant integration outcomes are visualized graphically to maximize utilization. Through these studies, a system for integrated control of processes and supplies is provided, and the results are expected to contribute to the improvement of working efficiency and are easily and quickly reflected in design change and process change. In this study, we intended to enhance the usability of information by linking process schedules with quantity calculations based on BIM. Thus, the process for integrated control of the quantity of structural components by process unit and the BIM based schedule information was established. In addition, the efficiency of the information link of the integrated management system was considered for design changes and process schedule changes.
