Software companies try to upgrade the level of technology and quality of their products by adopting Software Process Improvement (SPI). First of all, the companies must understand affecting factors based on various environmental view points in order to acquire competitive advantage. In this study, a research model gets started on the basis of literature reviews, and identifies SPI factors that affect the maturity levels of organizations. Organizational members and assessment types are chosen as moderating factors. An empirical research has been made for analyzing the causal relationships among affecting factors and CMM levels. The results of this study will suggest several implications to decision makers who handle SPI issues.

Many organizations are facing larger and more frequent changes in the current economic and managerial environment. And what is more, change is supposed to be a business as usual. Considering the importance of change management process and the organizational competency to rapidly and successfully change, in this study the components of change management maturity(CMM) was selected such as the leadership, communication, resistance, people culture factor, methodology, functional group, and change review. And information system performance affected by CMM is confined to the efficiency and effectiveness of information systems. Some results from the verification of research hypotheses and the analysis of the most appropriate model was drawn out. The result of this study can be applied to all organizations which plan to manage more successful change and implement more effective information systems.

The approach, for ensuring the quality and safety of a railway software can be considered with two points of views seeing from products, and from processes. The process point of view is to validate maturity of the organizations in accordance to the judging processes of organizations, which are specified by CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) or SPICE(Software Process Improvement and Capability dEtermination : ISO/IEC15504). In this paper, we are trying to find approaches to estimate the maturity of manufacturer and assessment organization in the railway system.

과거 소프트웨어 품질은 곧 제품품질이란 인식이 지배적이었다. 하지만 현대에 소프트웨어가 거대화되고 복잡해짐에 따라 제품품질만을 가지고서는 고객의 요구조건에 맞는 양질의 소프트웨어를 제작하는데 있어 한계가 있었다. 이러한 이유로 현재 국내외 많은 기업들은 프로세스 개선을 통한 제품품질 향상을 위하여 노력을 기울이고 있다. 프로세스 개선활동 중 측정 활동은 프로세스 개선에 대한 효과를 향상시키며, 프로세스 개선 활동을 파악하고, 이를 효과적으로 구현하는데 있어 많은 도움을 줄 수 있다. 본 논문은 현재 국내외 많은 기업들이 프로세스 개선 모델로 채택하고 있는 CMMI를 기반으로 측정 프로그램에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. CMMI의 프로세스 영역 중 측정 프로세스 수립에 대해서 다루고 있는 MA 프로세스 영역을 기반으로 측정 프로그램을 수립하였으며, 이렇게 개발한 측정 프로그램을 통해 CMMI 각 레벨 별로 측정 프로그램이 어떠한 차이를 두고 있으며, 어떻게 측정 프로그램을 작용할 지에 대해 연구하였다. 본 연구를 통해 CMMI 기반의 프로세스 개선을 수행하고 있거나 시작하려는 기업들에게 측정 프로그램 수립 지원할 수 있으며, 더 나아가 레벨 별로 진화하는 측정 프로그램의 로드맵을 제시하고자 한다.

정보의 가용성, 접근성, 안전성을 확보하기 위한 선제적인 정보보호 관리의 부재는 서비스 연속성을 훼손하여 고객에게 뿐만 아니라 조직의 성과와 경쟁력에 심각한 리스크를 가져다 줄 수 있다. 본 연구는 정보보호 성숙도가 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 문헌 조사를 통해 조직성과, 위험 관리 프로세스 성숙도, 위험 평가 프로세스 성숙도, 정보보호 정책지표를 포함하는 연구모형을 만들고 설문을 통한 실증 분석을 하였다. 연구결과 위험 관리 및 위험 평가의 프로세스 성숙도와 조직성과 간에는 높은 인과 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 정보보호 인력비율, 정보보호 예산비율에 따라 정보보호 성숙도가 조직성과에 미치는 영향은 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 정보보호 성숙도 수준은 조직성과에 영향을 미치나, 실효성이 검증되지 않은 정보보호 정책 및 규제는 정보보호 성숙도가 조직의 성과 향상의 촉매제로 활용하는데 한계가 있음을 시사하고 있다.

Softwares in railway system are being used in the area of railway control system, directly associated to safety. Because the instinct characteristic of Software is uncertainty, Software development without safety insurance is very hazardous situation. In order to derive safety certification process in the railway system, certification and approval processes in the nuclear, aviation, and military area are studied. Software quality should be improved by two aspects : one is product aspect, another is process aspect. GS(Good Software) and ES(Excellent Software) certification can be exemplified in a product aspect approach. In those process certification, CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) or SPICE (Software Process Improvement and Capability dEtermination : ISO/IEC15504) is being used as models for assessing process maturity of organization. Following the studies, safety management procedure in the railway system is suggested.

The study on the strength prediction using Maturity is mainly focused on, but the study on the concrete mixing blast furnace slag powder is insufficient. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between compressive strength and equivalent age by Maturity function and is to compare and examine the strength prediction of concrete mixing Blast Furnace Slag Power using ACI and Logistic Curve prediction equation. So it is intended that fundamental data are presented for quality management and process management of concrete mixing Blast Furnace Slag Power in the construction field.

This paper proposes a novel appoach which can assess the system technical maturity for use in Defense R&D Program reviews. As the weapon systems become more complicated, the success and effectiveness of R&D outcome heavily depend on the application and tailoring of systems engineering process and methods. It is a difficult task to assess the system readiness level(SRL) of the system being developed. A system-focused approach for managing weapon systems development and making effective and efficient decisions during the development lifecycle is critical to ensure the success of the program. The proposed weighted average SRL can facilitate the system technical maturity assessment without expending heavy work load.

본 연구는 우리나라 중소기업의 인더스트리 4.0의 성숙도, 클러스터링의 지표 요인, 주요 요인이 기업의 자체 평가에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 클러스터링 분석을 수행하였다. 80개의 국내 중소기업을 4가지 범주로 분류하면 프로세스, 기술 및 조직 간에 유의미한 양의 상관관계가 있음을 발견하였다. 또한, 성숙도 모델에 따라 테스트된 80개 기업의 대다수는 아직 미성숙하거나 부분적으로 성숙한 것으로 보이며 인더스트리 4.0과 관련된 혁신 전략의 많은 개선과 재평가가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 싱가포르 스마트 산업 준비 지수는 국내 중소기업에서 자체 평가를 수행하는 데 적합하다는 결론을 도출하였다. 이러한 결론은 실무자와 연구자에게 유용한 성숙도 및 그룹화 지침으로 제공될 수 있다.

There is a growing interest in project management knowledge, project management information systems, and process improvement to systematically project execution in public sectors, achieve high performance and value, and increase the effectiveness of the overall industry. In particular, the software industry is a knowledge-intensive industry centered on professional manpower. This study examines the effect of the project managers' competences of regional SW promotion agencies on and project performance and the moderating effect of the level of project management maturity. We collected data using a questionnaire to the project managers of regional SW promotion agencies. In this study, a structural equation model was used to analyze the relationship between project managers' competences and performance. In addition, a multi-group structural equation model was used to analyze the moderating effect according to the high and low project maturity. As a result of the analysis, it was found that only contextual competence among the competences of the project manager had a positive effect on project performance. It was found that technical and behavioral competence did not have a positive effect on management and completion performance. It was found that the moderating effect according to the maturity of business management of local institutions was not significant.
