In order to reflect the Changes in this government's policy of making Temporary Position employees into the Public sector permanent, special security guards from Private Security firms in the National Critical Facilities protection Position are moving forward transformation to Permanent Position. Especially, the organization of the protection personnel of the National Government Buildings designated as the National Critical Facilities is comprised of various types of security personnels, protective officer, special security guards from Private Security firms, Private police guards, police officers and these types of security personnels protect for the Government Buildings. Recently, The Government Security planning division is discussing various types of transformation, Special Security guards are employed directly by the Government in order to convert them into Permanent position, Special Security guards are employed directly through a establishment of Public Security corporation, protective officers are hired by the Government, Self-guards are hired directly by the Government, Private police guards are employed directly by the Government. In order to reflect the Changes the Government policy of making Temporary position employees into the Permanent, the Special Security Guards from Private Security Firms in the National Critical Facility's protection environment, protective personnels operation characteristic under various circumstances. Especially, in the process of making Special Security Guards to Permanent position, it is necessary to take precedence over the various opinions of Special Security Guards and stakeholder.
This research analyzes and evaluates The Korean Security Industry Law(TKSIL) putting the regulation of the present government about the private security industry. It nowadays becomes the important axis of the police services offered in the aspect of 'the national life safety' in connection with 'the materialization of society which is safe from the crime'. TKSIL is one of the national administration strategies which Park Gun-hye government aims on supervision policy. After seeking out the core values of the private security industrial policy which sets up in order to approach the national life safety which Park Gun-hye government aims, we make some assessments of this revised security industry law systematically. Particularly all keynote of policy about the private security of the police tried to be confirmed and the desirable direction of policy tries to be presented as to the security industry law application and real operation. In the site of organized civil complaint, the revised security industry law was revised as the direction which intensifies the administrative regulation as to the partial regulation such as it established the reason of the introduction of the arrangement license system. And grounds for disqualification of security instructor and guard, and rules of punishment is intensified order to intercept previously illegal and violent act of the security company etc. However it has the feature that it accomplishes 'the law principle(principle of statute)' the substantial portion through the effort of them changing a lot the content for the form of the law when being the clauses of the fundamental human rights limit, although it has been prescribed in "the security industry law enforcement ordinance" or "the security industry law enforced regulation". Manpower demand forecasting in private security industry can be used for both policy and information function. At a time when police agencies have fewer resources to accomplish their goals, forming partnership with private security firms should be a viable means to choose. But without precise understanding of each other, their partnership could be superficial. At the same time, an important debate is coming out whether security industry will continue to expand in numbers of employees, or level-off in the near future. Such debates are especially important for young people considering careers in private security industry. Recently, ARIMA model has been widely used as a reliable instrument in the many field of industry for demand forecasting. An ARIMA model predicts a value in a response time series as a linear combination of its own past values, past errors, and current and past values of other time series. This study conducts a short-term forecast of manpower demand in private security industry using ARIMA model. After obtaining yearly data of private security officers from 1976 to 2008, this paper are forecasting future trends and proposing some policy orientations. The result shows that ARIMA(0, 2, 1) model is the most appropriate one and forecasts a minimum of 137,387 to maximum 190,124 private security officers will be needed in 2013. The conclusions discuss some implications and predictable changes in policing and coping strategies public police and private security can take.
In modern society, private securities have developed their capabilities continuously. However, despite the fact that not only security industries have been considerably expanded in quantity, but also plenty of scholars published diverse papers relating to security problems, qualitative growths of private securities have not accomplished fully. Especially, securing the President would not be guaranteed only by PSS(Presidential Security Service). In order to secure the President successfully, it is necessary for all the social parts to strive to protect the President. In this respect, improving private securities, including academic fields, might be critical so as to succeed in securing the President. Without the supports from private securities, there might be lots of security problems in national context. Therefore, this study proposes several policy suggestions for the cooperation among PSS, private security industries and academic fields: (1) Providing a lot of practical knowledge from PSS to college students, (2) Personnel exchange between academic parts and PSS to promote the efficiency of securing the President, (3) Furnishing diverse information and knowledge about security to private securities, (4) Formulating security-searching standards, (5) Expanding educational institutions under PSS.
This study is concerned on how much effect to activate private security officers from the attitude of CEO in private security companies. Of course the philosophy of CEO at the work is much important element on the company activity. And in small-medium size private security company the effect of CEO is tremendous because most of decision making comes from CEO and company is operated. The result of the analysis of the survey on the CEO in private security business is as belows. a) Most of them are not satisfied and negative from current situation of private security industry because too many companies are scattered and the expected social understanding is too low even though the company was established by their own decision due to it was fit to their aptitude. b) The job position is estimated not high by socio-economical perspective, which would be improved to get higher because this industry is very future business. c) Most of members of the korea security association are in negative on the policy of the korea security association but to enhance of the activity all the members should be in union. d) Must make and settle down a channel to communicate and cooperate each other between public and private sector of security business.

ABE has become an effective tool for data protection in cloud computing. However, since users possessing the same attributes share the same private keys, there exist some malicious users exposing their private keys deliberately for illegal data sharing without being detected, which will threaten the security of the cloud system. Such issues remain in many current ABE schemes since the private keys are rarely associated with any user specific identifiers. In order to achieve user accountability as well as provide key exposure protection, in this paper, we propose a key-insulated ciphertext policy attribute based encryption with key exposure accountability (KI-CPABE-KEA). In our scheme, data receiver can decrypt the ciphertext if the attributes he owns match with the self-centric policy which is set by the data owner. Besides, a unique identifier is embedded into each user's private key. If a malicious user exposes his private key for illegal data sharing, his identity can be exactly pinpointed by system manager. The key-insulation mechanism guarantees forward and backward security when key exposure happens as well as provides efficient key updating for users in the cloud system. The higher efficiency with proved security make our KI-CPABE-KEA more appropriate for secure data sharing in cloud computing.
As the role and the importance of private security are emphasized in an independent way, as well as in a supportive way for police affairs, this study aims to figure out factors affecting job satisfaction of private security guards by investigating their job satisfaction. This study also suggests some solutions for improvement of their job satisfaction, such as enhancing task motivation and professionalism of private security guards. For the research were used SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science) WIN 24 programs. Frequency analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and Crosstabulation analysis were performed as analytic methods. As a result of the study, the most fundamental factor in the job satisfaction of the private security guards was 'social recognition'. Social recognition forms when private security guards are trusted as professionals and the value of a job is enhanced. The policy recommendations to improve the job satisfaction of private security guards can be explained as follows. First, a government certification system should be established in an attempt to recruit professional private security guards. Second, in order to improve the work ability of private security guards, it is necessary to designate a special educational institution for a private security guards and provide systematic education. Third, the wage of private security guards should be readjusted to a realistic level. Fourth, it is necessary to secure substantial effect on the permission and the supervision of private security business. Finally, the business area based on public interest should be expanded.

As a private security guard industry growth and development can be based on this composition.

Cloud computing has become one of the most important technologies for reducing cost and increasing productivity by efficiently using IT resources in various companies. The cloud computing system has mainly been built for private enterprise, but public institutions, such as governments and national institutes, also plans to introduce the system in Korea. Various researches have pointed to security problems as a critical factor to impede the vitalization of cloud computing services, but they only focus on the security threats and their correspondents for addressing the problems. There are no studies that analyze major security issues with regard to introducing the cloud computing system. Accordingly, it is necessary to research the security factors in the cloud computing given to public institutions when adopting cloud computing. This research focuses on the priority of security solutions for the stepwise adoption of cloud computing services in enterprise environments. The cloud computing security area is classified into managerial, physical and technical area in the research, and then derives the detailed factors in each security area. The research derives the influence of security priorities in each area on the importance of security issues according to the identification of workers in private enterprise and public institutions. Ordered probit models are used to analyze the influences and marginal effects of awareness for security importance in each area on the scale of security priority. The results show workers in public institutions regard the technical security as the highest importance, while physical and managerial security are considered as the critical security factors in private enterprise. In addition, the results show workers in public institutions and private enterprise have remarkable differences of awareness for cloud computing security. This research compared the difference in recognition for the security priority in three areas between workers in private enterprise, which use cloud computing services, and workers in public institutions that have never used the services. It contributes to the establishment of strategies, with respect to security, by providing guidelines to enterprise or institutions that want to introduce cloud computing systems.

Thus, the 1970s was a period to lay the groundwork for Korean private security, and the purpose of this study was to examine the social environments of the 1970s related to private security and what accelerated the development of private security.
