Objectives: This study aimed to share with experiences of a demonstration program based on a community for prevention and management of hypertension and diabetes mellitus, and to supply the evidence of accessible strategies within the community through the public-private partnershipin the near future. Methods: This study case was "the program of registration and management of hypertension and diabetes mellitus patients" which was conducted in Hogncheon-gun in Gangwon-province, 2012. Results: The infrastructure of this center was constructed with the public-private sector partnership according to the basic model of demonstration program since November, 2012. So, the total registered rate of hypertension and diabetes mellitus patients were 26.6% in comparison with suspected patients (to the result of 2011 Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey), 37.8% in comparison with the real number of outpatient (to the claims data of 2011 Branch Honcheon-gun, National Health Insurance Corporation), and 107.8% in comparison with the project goal, sequentially. To the patients who were not treated for 30 and 60 days among the registered patients, a recall service was conducted. Through this intervention, it was monitored that this program has enhanced the consecutive treatment rate of the registered patients. Conclusions: To improve the continuous management of hypertension and diabetes mellitus patients, we are gotten to know that the community need the joint participation and mutual cooperation with public-private sector partnership.

본 연구는 사회복지담당공무원의 관계적 요인이 지식공유에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 지식공유의도의 매개효과를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 대전광역시 사회복지담당공무원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 구조방정식모형을 통해 인과관계를 검증하였다. 지식공유에 영향을 미치는 관계적 요인으로는 신뢰, 의사소통의 개방성, 상호관계의 기대와 효능감을 설정하였고, 매개변수는 지식공유의도, 종속변수는 지식공유였다. 연구결과, 신뢰, 상호관계의 기대, 효능감이 지식공유의도에 긍정적 영향을 주었고, 지식공유에 긍정적 영향을 주는 요인은 효능감 뿐이었다. 지식공유의도도 역시 지식공유에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 사회복지담담공무원의 지식공유는 주로 지식공유의도를 매개로 하여 이루어지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 근거하여 사회복지담당공무원들의 지식공유를 보다 활발히 하기 위한 방안에 대해 제언하였다.

이 연구는 '직훈기관 경영실태 분석 및 교육모델개발'의 일환으로 수행되었으며 그 목적은 직훈 기관의 발전전략을 탐색하고 CEO의 역량을 규범적으로 추출한 후 이를 바탕으로 기관장의 실용적이고 전문인 교육모델과 교육프로그램을 개발하는데 있다. 조사는 민간 직훈기관, 공공 직훈기관, 학원을 대상으로 하였다. 주요 조사내용은 유형별 발전전략, CEO의 역량, 그리고 교육영역 및 교육프로그램이다. 조사 방법은 직업능력개발 분야의 전문가 30명을 패널로 구성하여 델파이 방법(Delphi Method)을 적용하였으며 조사는 2회 실시하였다. 주요 조사결과로 직훈기관별로 차별화 된 전략이 제시되었다. 공공 직훈기관은 국가적 과제나 민간 직훈기관과 학원을 지원해야 하며, 민간 직훈기관은 전문성과 교육프로그램의 지역수요 특화가 강조되었다. 학원은 단기 서비스 교육을 강화해야 한다는 것이었다. 전문가들이 강조하는 직훈기 관장의 역량으로는 직업훈련제도 및 정책변화, 비전제시 능력, 윤리의식 및 사명감으로 조사되었다.

The purpose of this study is to develop childcare service program through the analysis of the market and the needs of current users. For the purpose of this study, qualitative data were collected by use of an in-depth interview with staffs of Healthy Family-Support Center and outside experts. In addition, information about the chilldcare service market was analyzed. At present, a lot of childcare services are offered by both government sector and private sector institutions, but there is both an overlapping and a gap in the services offered. Based on our data, childcare service was suggested for dual income families with elementary school children. And the curriculum to train individuals for this childcarer service program was developed. The curriculum's focus was to nurture them to offer more specialized and custom-tailored services.

Evolutionary acquisition is an alternative to the grand design acquisition approaches. It has activities to make it possible to develop quickly and respond flexibly to changing customer needs and technological opportunities. The Ministry of Defense adopted an evolutionary strategy to acquire defense information systems. but it does not work well always. We look at problems from aspects of acquisition system and project management. We benchmark successful cases for evolutionary acquisition strategy in the DoD, the pubic and the private sector. We suggest an evolutionary strategy for defense information systems. The evolutionary strategy in this study includes an evolutionary acquisition framework, an evolutionary acquisition process, and an evolutionary acquisition guideline for defense information systems. The evolutionary strategy can help to implement evolutionary acquisition process for defense information system, and the process can increase the success rate of projects.

In this paper we analyze the technological accumulation processes in the Korean semiconductor industry from the institutional approach. Institutional approach, which is closely connected with Neo-Schumpeterian tradition, has emerged as an alternative theoretical framework to neoclassical approach to understand the process of producing technological knowledge. Traditional wisdom of neoclassical approach revealed the limitation to explain the complex nature of knowledge creation and diffusion. US patent data are analyzed in terms of the increasing trend of numbers and its content to measure the rate and direction of technological capability accumulation. This analysis shows that semiconductor technologies are one of the fastest growing fields among Korean technological activities. Moreover, the analysis of patent content suggests that fabrication technologies are the most important area within the technological development of semiconductors, whilst circuit design and testing technologies are beginning to increase in significance. In addition, it is examined how private sectors and public institutions have contributed to generate technological capabilities, and the relationship between them has been changed during the development processes. It is found that Korean firms enhanced their technological capabilities from the learning and assimilation of imported technology to enhanced in-house R&D capabilities in the later stage. The support of public institution and government policy also played significant role to this successful transformation in conjunction with vigorous R&D investment of public sector.

국제 기록관리자 및 행정가협회(ARMA International)는 기록정보관리 원칙에 대한 교육과 출판을 주도하고 있는 국제기관으로 그 관심사와 활동을 살펴보는 것은 해당분야의 이슈와 고민을 읽을 수 있는 기회를 제공해 준다. 이에 본 연구에서는 해당 협회의 기관지인 Information Management에서 다루고 있는 주제들을 분석함으로써 기록정보관리 분야의 주요 관심사와 이슈의 특징과 동향을 파악하고자 하였다. 또한 다루어진 주제 중 주목할 필요가 있는 정보거버넌스, 이디스커버리, 전자의료기록, 클라우드에 대해서 그 개념을 좀 더 심도 있게 짚어보고 우리나라의 현황과 비교함으로써 향후과제를 도출하고자 하였다. 민간분야 기록정보관리의 필요성이 설득력 있게 제시되지 못하고 있는 우리나라의 현실에서 이러한 해외의 경험과 사례들은 분명한 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

활성화된 골목형 도시상업가로는 사람들이 선호하는 장소로서 최근 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 골목형 도시상업가로 조성을 위한 계획 및 설계방법에 있어서의 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 부산시의 대표적인 활성화된 골목형 도시상업가로인 '전리단길'과 '망미단길'을 사례대상지로 선정하여 이론적 고찰과 사례분석을 통하여 사례대상지 개요, 가로공간구성, 건축물 용도, 가로경관, 가로시설물에 대하여 가로공간특성을 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 통하여 도출된 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보행공간 및 환경을 개선하기 위한 가로환경의 조성이 필요하다. 둘째, 기존에 입지한 주요용도와 새로 도입된 용도간의 상생이 필요하다. 셋째, 적응적 재사용 등을 통한 가로의 정체성 유지가 필요하다. 넷째, 민간에 의한 자생적 형성과 공공에 의한 계획적 조성의 협력이 필요하다.
