  • The starting point of successful building production process is the feasibility study of the project. If the feasibility study is poor which is affected in direct production processes such as designing and engineering, it incurs a great unrecoverable loss to the company. The government institutionalized the feasibility study for projects that budgets over 50billion won in an effort to ensure competitiveness of the construction industry after IMF; however, the system and effort to created systematic studies or guidance preparation for private construction development projects are lacking in great deal. Therefore, the objective of this study is to establish the analysis factors of feasibility study and evaluation standard by systematic analysis in consideration of the changes of various variables and mutual relationships using system dynamics technique for office buildings among commercial buildings.

In Necessity of Performing Parish Nursing according to Region, Most(over 95%) responded that nursing program is needed. so there is no significance between regions. In Performing Parish Nursing in their church, Most(92.2%) responded they want to perform program. 5. In case of performing parish nursing, 52% out of the subjects responded they want to participated in parish nursing volunteer's activity, for example. to be in active to be a companion to chat(42.1%), necessity support (25.3%), donation support(25.0%), exercise support(18.2%), vehicles support (9.9%). As a result. in holistic care and spiritual care, the need of parish nursing and the role expectation from parish nurse are very high among korean believers. Therefore, I suggest parish nursing centering around Taegu and Kyungbuk province should be extended to nationwide. • In 2005, the government introduced BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease) projects as one of the methods of private investment in infrastructure. In a BTL project, a private company builds a public facility and leases it to the government to withdraw its invested capital. But there appear several problems with it due to a short period of preparation and lack of experiences. Specifically, private companies that plan to participate in this project have to take a risk since serious problems are likely to take place because of unrealistic estimation of construction costs, etc., and they finally avoid participating in this project. A case study was made over advanced countries, Japan and the United Kingdom, to find out how to resolve the problems, and rational 7 improvement method were presented from a perspective of Special Purpose Company (SPC), which could be accepted by both of SPC and government agencies. The findings of the study are expected to provide workable solutions to BTL projects from a standpoint of private companies to facilitate the rational improvement of BTL projects, and this study is ultimately expected to stimulate the active participation of SPC to make a contribution to the vitalization of domestic BTL projects.

  • This study aims to systematically review the candidate types for OECMs suitable for domestic conditions in areas related to the Korea Forest Service in order to achieve the goal of establishing the protected areas and OECMs system required by Post-2020 GBF, and to provide basic data for the establishment of the national protected areas system. As a result of the study, the selection criteria for OECMs were presented, and it was found that arboretums·botanical gardens, Natural Recreation Forests, and air holes may correspond to the Candidate Types for OECMs. As a result of evaluating the possible areas for OECMs based on the OECMs selection criteria, in the case of arboretums·botanical gardens, it is judged that only conservation areas can be designated as OECMs, except for areas mainly used by visitors of arboretums·botanical gardens that fall under the BGCI conservation type among national and public arboretums·botanical gardens. However, private and school arboretums·botanical gardens have personal property ownership, so it was judged to have no effective measures to control activities that may adversely affect biodiversity, which showed limitations in designation of OECMs. Natural Recreation Forests was found to meet the OECMs selection criteria. However, private forests have personal property ownership, which limits the designation of OECMs. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the function of in-situ conservation in order to meet the OECMs for private and school arboretums·botanical gardens, and private forests that have personal property ownership. To this end, effective measures are needed to achieve biodiversity conservation outcomes, and it is judged that legal control and corresponding support policies (incentives) are needed. In the case of air holes, for sustainable conservation, the management boundary of air holes should be clearly defined based on the preparation of laws and guidelines related to air holes. In addition, it is judged that it is desirable to designate the competent local forest office as the management authority and conduct periodic detailed surveys of air holes, establish and implement the conservation plans based on those.

  • Everyone has the desire to be well shaped. Modern people in the $21^{st}$ century utilize their external appearance as a tool to express their personalities and social activities for the improvement of cultural life and the acceleration of information transfer. The expression of beauty is a method of communication from the view point of creation in addition to the exchange of meaning & value, and it has become a method of image transfer due to the increased desire for a better appearance. The beauty industry was established in 1948 by the execution of the 1st hairdresser's license test, and has been developed in full scale through the enactment of the public health control act. Therefore, beauty education is currently qualitatively and quantitatively developed, and the educational role of the beauty institute has expanded to include training beauty professionals. Private beauty institutes provide students with beauty related education in preparation for the national technical qualification examinations or private beauty association tests. These beauty education opportunities enable aspiring beauticians to attend various beauty competition events and acquire a sense of accomplishment. The purpose of this study was to determine how the quality of the beauty educational institutes affects the re-registration rate, and to analyze the effect of the beauty educational institutes quality on the intention of re-registrations using a survey. The study results show that variables such as 'lecture satisfaction', 'internal environment satisfaction', 'facility satisfaction', and 'tuition satisfaction' are significantly related to the rate of re-registrations, with 'lectures satisfaction' especially having the largest influence on re-registration.

  • As FTA is spreading, it is becoming more and more necessary to improve the accuracy and reliability of the country of origin information at the domestic trading stage in preparation for the actual surveys expected to surge in the near future. However, there are many problems in collecting and managing information related to origin. It is pointed out that the shortage of export-oriented profits and the incentive for issuance of FTA-related profits, as well as the lack of information on the distribution and management of origin information of domestic manufacturing companies are also pointed out as important causes. In this paper, we propose a method to improve the efficiency of management and circulation of smooth FTA origin (comprehensive) certificate of Korean companies and to improve reliability through manipulation prevention by building prototype of origin information management system based on private block chain Hyperledger. The block chain, called Distributed Ledger or Trusted Internet, provides a technical infrastructure that enables various related companies to distribute origin information with high reliability and immediate distribution in the supply chain, but research on its application is still in the beginning stage.
