Up to these days, hotels are assumed to compete each other. Due to the spread of high quality the hotel buffet restaurants have begun to face an intensive competition. Hotel Buffet Restaurant have become the more competitive along with fund, good price, service, quality food, and management know-how. It causes the hotel restaurants confront with management difficulties. In order to overcome the management difficulties, hotel buffet restaurants have to improve their marketing abilities and especially to improve their service quality. For this, it is necessary for hotel buffet restaurants to investigate how their service providers and receivers recognize their service quality. In this research, we examined the cognitive three types of cognitive gaps among customers, service providers, and managers both on the service quality and on the positioning of hotel buffet restaurants. Their cognitive gaps proved negatively correlated with hotel's performance. This research suggests the fellowing findings. Firstly, the competitiveness of hotel buffet restaurant depends on the accurate communication and consensus among managers, service providers, and customers. Secondly, using the information about cognitive gaps recognized, each hotel buffet restaurant should develop concrete marketing plans and strategies with a careful consideration about its current competitive position and management condition.

To investigate the utilization of Korean traditional cookies by housewives, a survey was conducted to 1,037 housewives residing in Seoul, from October 16 to 23, 1986. Results are summarized as follows; The frequency of intake of Korean traditional cookies was very low depending on the age and total income. Housewives didn't prepare Korean traditional cookies at home, but mainly purchased commercial products in the market. Older people preferred Korean traditional cookies than younger people. The Korean traditional cookies which preferred by the housewives were generally Yackwa, Sesame-Gangjung, Soybean-Gangjung, Sanja, Perilla-Yutgangjung, Maejagkwa, Seban-Gangjung, Soybean-Yutgangjung and Black sesame-Gangjung. Improvement of taste in Korean traditional cookies was desired by 44.7% out of respondents. Additionally the respondents agreed that quality of Korean traditional cookies which is on the market have superior quality than western cookies, that the price of Korean traditional cookies is expensive and that Korean traditional cookies have various and abundent kind. The respondents preferred bamboo basket packing as packing materials of Korean traditional cookies. The main reason why Korean traditional cookies isn't wide spread use is the mass production of Korean traditional cookies does not accomplished.

Recently, RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) market spread in industry region is entering a phase of stagnation due to cost issue. RFID tag inlay cost has become relatively more expensive due to the recent decrease in chip price. Therefore, a simple and rapid design technique for RFID tag has yet to be implemented to achieve low cost. This paper presents a design technique considering chip impedance for antenna design for improved accuracy and computation time. As a result, it is confirmed that analysis error for resonance ranges within 20MHz and readable range error falls within 1.5m.

In this paper, we have implemented the DVR system which is controlled far away, and added a function of TCP/IP Network for image data and control signal transmission, the DVR system has the advantage of easy to search and of no loss in stored quality. The continuously declining price of the hard drive presents the opportunity for the DVR system to displace the analog system. Also, with spread of the internet the needs of PC based the DVR system increase. Therefore, we have implemented DVR system within a function of network. When obtained image through the PTZ camera is transmitted to digital form, very large space of storage is required, hence image compression is essential. We use JPEG2000 for compression of image. JPEG2000 adopt DWT by means of transform. DWT concentrates important information of image on subband and has feature of multi-resolution. It is effective in order to express image. Thus JPEG2000 is suitable for image compression in DVR system. The significance of this paper is to design the DVR system which is controlled through TCP/IP network and to implement transmission of image compression using JPEG2000.

Entering the fourth industrial revolution era, health technology is rapidly developing and the people's needs for medical services are gradually increasing. Establishing a life cycle management of health technology has emerged as a new policy agenda to cope with these changes. However, the management of health technology have been conducted without continuity and with several problems pointed out. Therefore, we suggest the reform agendas by stages to establish system for a life cycle management of health technology in the fourth industrial revolution era as follows. In the stage of development, it is important not only to provide research funding, but also consulting by professional about whole cycle of health technologies. In the phase of market entry, there are needs for enhance the system that would expand the early adoption for innovative technology and increase its effectiveness. After the spread of health technology to clinical settings, a reassessment and post management system should be established that have an institutional framework with strong price adjustment and exit mechanism. Furthermore, we hope that discussions will be brisk in macro perspective on the balancing of development in healthcare industry, health of people and national health insurance finance.

The bent wood technique has been used for making the bow, the musical instruments and the wagon wheel, The Winsor chair of England in 1730's was the first Lfurniture product by using this method. This method was spread out by Michael Thonet in Austria after the Industrial Evolution. Early making technique of Winsor chair was relatively easy, but Michael Thonet's bent chair was mass produced by the machine and launched the revolution in the industrial furniture. 20th-Century European furniture designers applied the method of layering and forming plywood to bent chairs, enhanced the function and conformability. The bent chair had a big impact on modern chair design. The bent chair has the formative beauty and convenience from the character of softness and colors of wooden materials and has been developed variously by furniture designers. This study is a new approach to use Dyed-Gathered Wood with various colors and patterns as a material of the bend wood. First, bent wood with the Dyed-Gathered Wood enhances a close texture of wooden material textures instead of coating the surface. Second, flexibility of the bent wood with the Dyed-Gathered Wood enables wood bending techniques. Lastly, the Dyed-Gathered Wood is made with relatively cheap woods, replaces expensive imported woods which cause product price rise. This method enables a material cost saving and a stable supply of material.

The purpose of this study is to provide a conceptual understanding of ASP service for ERP implementation in small-to-medium enterprises under the current market situation in which the significance of information systems was standing out to respond to the rapid changes of managerial environment caused by the spread of Internet. In addition, it was to extract practical causes of introduction of ERP through ASP services by analyzing the causes and benefits considered by small-to-medium enterprises which use it. This study confirms that using ASP is better, faster and cheaper. Therefore, it is inevitable. The enterprises can reduce many risks of in-House ERP system such as excessive initial investment and operational expenses, lengthened constructional time, and the possibility of failure while achieving the benefit of ERP solution. However, there are many considerations which the enterprise carefully take into in order to implement the systems successfully such as selecting the system which is right for the enterprise's environment by setting the goal of implementing the system clearly, reducing the construction time by minimizing the customizing of the system, including the core people who knows the business process well, enough education before and after the implementation, and considering many aspect of ASP service provider. Also, the service provider should develop new way to provide customized service with cheap price while guaranteeing the reliability and supporting the customer's needs actively.

As the importance of eco-friendly and energy saving issues are emphasized in lighting as consciousness about energy saving is elated worldwide, demand for natural resources such as gas increases, supply of LED lighting is spread. Owing to white LED's development and price fall. It is expected to LED High Luminance Emitting Diode. LED's brightness and long life-time that surpass fluorescent light in the latest as well as is used by back light source of thin film LCD, low electric power attrition rate by advantage do and widen the market at the world lighting lamp market that is potential market. Accordingly, study about suitability of LED lighting is activated but space that apply actual LED lighting fixtures yet is less and advanced researches about LED fixtures' applied apaces are slight compared to existing light source up to now because is not many on this. The result of the experiment shows similar tendency with the existing light sources'. Through a psychological reaction experiment in the LED lighting experiencing space that can control of color temperature and lighting level, this study is wished to use to the data for lighting design of space that LED lighting fixtures are applied hereafter.

Recently, at home and abroad, as the demand and supply of electric vehicles have increased, the spread of charging stations for electric vehicles is accordingly spreading out. In this paper, we provide the location, price, and service information of the electric car charging station through the big data analysis by using Open API of the public data and evaluation service provided by KEPCO, thereby inducing communication among users.
