A rotating disk is introduced to be applied to the deep drawing press. Several characteristics are summarized to see the basics of deep drawing of sheet metal in terms of load-stroke relationship and formability. Many conventional drawing presses, which are mostly link-type presses, are also shown to be compared with the rotating disk-type press. Performances of the new press are kinematically analyzed it terms of load-main gear angle relationship, stroke-gear angle relationship, and slide velocity-gear angle relationship and they are compared with those of conventional types', e. g. crank press and so on. The comparison show kinematically better performance of rotating disk-type press than that of conventional ones. Also, the new press are proven to be one of the best press for mass production in terms of cycle time. Applicability of the rotating disk press to deep drawing and cold forging work is introduced. The new press is described in terms of economy such that the cost of new press would be much lower than those of conventional types'.
This study compared the nutritional value of canola (B. napa) and mustard (B. hirta) press cakes obtained from the biodiesel industry as ingredients for use in diets fed to broiler chickens. A total of 210, one-day old, male broiler chicks were randomly assigned to one of seven dietary treatments. The control diet was based on wheat and soybean meal and contained 15% canola meal. For the experimental diets, 5, 10 or 15% of the canola meal was replaced with an equal amount of either canola or mustard biodiesel press cake. Dry matter and neutral detergent fiber digestibility were significantly higher for birds fed diets containing either canola or mustard biodiesel press cake compared with canola meal. Dry matter and neutral detergent fiber digestibility of the canola biodiesel press cakes was higher than the mustard biodiesel press cakes. Ether extract digestibility and nitrogen retention were significantly higher for birds fed canola biodiesel press cake compared with canola meal and mustard biodiesel press cake. Body weight gain and feed intake did not differ between birds fed canola or mustard biodiesel press cake and canola meal. In addition, there was no significant difference in body weight gain or feed intake between birds fed diets containing canola or mustard biodiesel press cake. Feed conversion was significantly improved for birds fed either canola or mustard biodiesel press cake compared with canola meal. Mortality was unaffected by treatment. Since the performance of broilers fed canola biodiesel press cakes was essentially the same as that of broilers fed canola meal, it is difficult to justify a premium to be paid for canola biodiesel press cake over that paid for canola meal. In addition, there was no difference in the performance of broilers fed biodiesel press cake obtained from canola or mustard seed. As mustard seeds are generally available at a lower price than canola seed, there may be some incentive to use mustard rather than canola seed for producing biodiesel press cake for use in poultry production.
This study was conducted to investigate the possibility for low fat press ham which was made without fat added. Four kinds of press ham were prepared ; Apork 70%, fat 0% ; low fat press ham), B(pork 60%, fat 10%), C(pork 55%, fat 15%) and D(pork 50%, fat 20%). The press ham samples were stored at 4$\pm$2$^{\circ}C$. The physic chemical properties of press hams were analyzed during storage 60 days at 4$^{\circ}C$. The contents of moisture(71.3%) and crude protein (23.4%) of low press ham were higher than those of other products, and crude fat content (2.8%) was remarkably lower(p<0.5). The water holding capacity of press ham was higher than other products. Hunter's L(61.6) and b-value(5.9) of low fat press ham were lower than other products, but a-value(11.7) was higher. Hardness (70.2 dyne/cm), springiness(85%), chewiness(0.49kg), gumminess (2.0kg) and brittleness (0.7kg) of low fat press ham were higher than those of other products, but cohesiveness was lower than D product. Aroma and texture of low fat press ham were inferior to other, but taste and palatability of that were superor.
The electric vehicle market is developing rapidly around the world. Also, parts of electric vehicles require precision. In order to produce high-precision motor cores,Press equipment must also have good precision. Drive motor cores are an important technology for electric vehicles. It uses a large high-speed press to mass-produce drive motor cores. Because it's a large high-speed press, there are many reasons why the precision is not good. One of the causes is vibration and noise. Recently, as environmental demands have become stricter, regulations on noise and vibration have been strengthened. It is important for press machines to reduce vibration first for sound insulation and dust proofing. This is because the "breakthrough" phenomenon occurs in the press. Dynamic precision is the precision under the load of the press, Design considering strain and stiffness shall be made. Vibration and noise may occur due to SPM of high-speed press,And vibration and noise can cause structural deformation of the press. Structural deformation of the press can affect the precision of the product.Noise and vibration also cause problems for workers and work environments. Problems with vibration and noise occur during press processing, and vibration and noise lead to damage to the mold or defects in the product. Reliability in high-quality technology must be secured with low noise and low vibration during press processing. Modular shape and deformation energy effects were analyzed through finite element analysis. In this study, a study on vibration and noise countermeasures was conducted through finite element analysis of a large high-speed press.
Press accidents are one of the most popular industrial accidents. Two factors are considered to lead to press accidents, one is human, the other press machine itself. Accident itself is analyzed and concluded to be due to incomplete interaction between press and human. A press design considering safety as a methodology is introduced to reduce the industrial accidents by press machine, that is micro-inching locking system.
Roll bending process has been used for manufacturing the pipes. However, it is not suitable process for the thick pipes. Knife press forming is acceptable process for the thick pipes. Recently, the knife press forming process using brake bending press have been performed. In this study, the estimation on formability of knife press forming process for the thick pipes is carried out. From the results, it is ensured that the thick pipes could be obtained by the knife press forming process.
In this study of made Unloader is moving linear transfer system for mainly plastic working or forming of small electronic unit and other at press line. This machine for lading and unloading a workpiece has been installed in a press in order to load and unload a workpiece form a press die. Control method be used PLC. it took data of input from each sensor and send signal of output to actuator today we have a lot of problem at work of press line. most of press work be operated by human so they often hurted terreble accident by press machine. Because press working system in automotive factories are now changing over to a transfer press working system this Unloader will give more easily and speedy production and manpower saving less of pruduction cost high perfomance
The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship of one repetition maximum between flat bench press exercise and incline bench press exercise, and so 40 male students of U-university were sampled purposedly, who were skilled in flat bench press and incline bench press exercises. After measuring lRM of each exercise by free barbell weight, the correlation analysis and the simple regression analysis were examined by using SPSS 120 at a significance level .05. The conclusions were as follows; Firstly, it was identified that 1RM of flat bench press exercise and incline bench press exercise were $89.2{\pm}25.9kg$, $67.1{\pm}22.1kg$ respectively, and the coefficient of correlation between two variables was 0.969, so the relationship was positive correlation. Secondly, it was identified that the regression equation predicted 1RM of incline bench press exercise was significant actually and statistically, so it was expressed that the equation was -6.648 + 0.827 (1RM of flat bench press exercise).
Objective: The objective of this study is to identify the difference in the press behavior characteristics of 3D Touch, which is a new touch interaction of smart phones, and the existing 'Tap and Long Press' touch interaction, and to examine behavior changes upon feedbacks. Background: Since 3D Touch is similar to the existing 'Tap and Long Press' touch interactions in terms of press behavior, which is likely to cause interference, it is necessary to conduct a preliminary study on behavior characteristics of touch interactions. Method: In utilization of smart phones with the 3D Touch function to measure press behavior characteristics of touch interaction, an experiment was conducted where 30 subjects were given a task to press 30 buttons of touch interactions on the screen. During the experiment, two press behavior characteristics-maximum touch pressure and press duration-were analyzed. To grasp changes in behaviors upon feedbacks, the task was carried out in a condition where there was no feedback and in a condition where there were feedbacks of specific critical values. Results: While there was no feedback given, subjects tended to press with much strength (318.98gf, 0.60sec) in the case of 3D Touch, and press the Long Press button for a while (157.12gf, 1.10sec) and press the Tap button with little strength only for a short moment (37.92gf, 0.10sec). 3D Touch and Long Press had an area of intersection in time, but when feedbacks of specific critical values were given, there were behavior calibration effects to adjust the press behavior characteristics of 3D Touch and Long Press. Conclusion: Although interferences are expected between 3D Touch and Long Press due to the similarity of press behaviors, feedbacks induce behavior calibration. Hence, once feedbacks were provided with 3D Touch operated in an appropriate condition of critical pressure, interference between two motions can be minimized. Application: The findings of this study are expected to be utilized as a basis for the values of optimal critical pressure, at which users can easily distinguish 3D Touch from Long Press which is the existing touch interaction.
A laborer always watched a process of production carefully but defective manufactures were inspected after press process. These inspections made a waste of human power and defective manufactures could make a serious damage of press mold. Therefore, AE(Acoustic Emission) system was introduced to prevention of the damage of the press molds, to a real time detection of defective manufactures and to save human power. AE system was introduced to solve this problem which is a detecting defective manufacture on real time and to prevent the damage of the press mold. In this research we get acoustic emission signal in accordance with weight and processing method of press by using AE sensor, Preamplifier, AE board signal board which occurs press processing and it analyzed various signal through using CMD8 software on the time. From the result, we found that the intensity and shape of the signal were changed according to the weight and processing type of the press. By using this special algorithm, it can judge the acoustic signal which occurs from press on real time.
