어린이급식관리지원센터, 유아교육기관과 가정을 연계한 영양교육 프로그램의 개발 및 효과에 대한 연구 (Study on Development and Evaluation of Nutritional Education Program for Preschool Children in Association with Center for Children's Foodservice Management, Childcare Facilities and Home)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate a nutritional education program for preschool children in association with Center for Children's Foodservice Management, childcare facilities and home in order to provide nutritional knowledge and change food attitudes in children. The program was repeated three times using the same educational theme and consisted three steps. Step 1 involved visiting education with teaching tools by a dietician. Step 2 involved home education with a worksheet and participating in events with parents. Step 3 involved repeated education with a textbook by a preschool teacher education reports sent to the center. The subjects of this study were 3 to 5-year-old children at 89 childcare facilities located in Busanjingu. Interest in meals at childcare facilities, dietary guidance for parents of children, and dietary attitudes of children were evaluated before and after education. Number of parents interested in meals managed by childcare facilities (kitchen visiting, meals observation, progress of children's education) increased after education. Mean scores for meal awareness in parents in the form of three questions (proper food distribution, hand washing before mealtime, nutritional and hygienic satisfaction with meals) significantly (p<0.05) increased after education. Mean dietary guidance for parents' scores for all questions except table manner significantly (p<0.01) increased after education. Mean dietary attitudes for children in the form of six questions (try to eat various vegetable, eat meals without leaving, wash hands before mealtime, eat cleanly, reduce sodium intake and keep table manner) also significantly (p<0.001) increased after education. As a results, the nutritional education program applied in this study, positive influenced children's nutritional knowledge and dietary attitudes, and parents' dietary guidance of children.

유아교사의 디지털 역량 측정 도구 개발을 위한 타당성 연구 (A Validity Study for the Development of a Digital Competency Assessment Tool for Preschool Teachers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 유아교사들의 디지털 역량 수준을 측정할 수 있는 도구를 개발하기 위해 디지털 역량 지표에 대한 타당성을 검토하는 것이다. 이를 위해 유아교사 272명 대상으로 자료를 수집한 후 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 탐색적 요인분석 결과 4개 요인이 도출되었으며 확인적 요인분석을 통해 각 역량군과 하위역량지표 구성 모형에 대한 적합도, 타당도(집중타당도, 판별타당도) 및 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 최종적으로 검증된 4요인은 '디지털 기술 이해', '디지털 기술 활용', '디지털 기술 기반 상호작용', '디지털 윤리 이해 및 실천' 역량군으로 명명하였다. 분석결과를 통해 유아교사들의 디지털 역량을 측정하는 도구에 대한 신뢰도와 타당도를 입증할 수 있었고 본 연구결과는 유아교사들의 디지털 역량을 측정하고 각 디지털 역량 수준에 적합한 교육을 실시하는데 기초를 제공할 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

학령전기 자녀를 둔 부모 성지식, 성태도, 자녀 성교육에 대한 부모효능감의 융합적 비교 (Sexual Knowledge and Sexual Attitude and Parent Efficacy among Parents of Preschool Child)

  • 본 학령전기 자녀를 둔 부모의 성지식, 성태도, 부모효능감 정도를 비교 분석하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구 대상은 학령전기 아동을 자녀로 둔 부모 70쌍으로 선정하였다. 자료분석은 chi-square test, t-test, ANOVA를 이용하였다. 연구결과 자녀 성교육에 대한 책임(p=.043), 자녀 성교육의 경험(p=.043), 자녀와 성에 대한 의사소통정도(p=.019), 성과 관련된 정보제공(p=.024)에 있어 부모 간 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 부모 간 성지식(p=.018), 성태도(p=.006)가 유의미한 차이를 보였고 자녀 성교육에 대한 부모효능감(p=.006)은 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 올바른 자녀 성교육을 위해 요구되는 부모의 성지식, 성태도, 자녀 성교육에 대한 인식에 차이가 있다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 효과적인 자녀 성교육을 위해 부모 간 차이점과 특성을 고려한 차별화된 부모대상 성교육 프로그램이 개발되고 부모 모두에게 적용되어야 할 것이다.

유아교사용 다문화 교육실제 척도 개발 및 타당화 연구 (Development and Validity of Preschool Teacher's Multicultural Education Practices Scale)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 유아교육기관 교사의 다문화 교육실제 척도를 타당화 하는데 있다. 본 연구의 연구대상은 탐색적 요인분석을 위한 서울지역의 유아교육기관 20곳에서 표집된 교사 200명과 확인적 요인분석을 위한 서울, 경기 지역의 유아교육기관 40곳에서 표집된 교사 310명이었다. 탐색적 요인분석 결과 본 척도는 다양한 민족알기, 다문화 유아와 상호작용, 다양한 문화알기의 3개 하위요인으로 총 13문항으로 개발되었다. 유아교육기관 교사의 다문화교육 실제척도의 신뢰도(Cronbach's ${\alpha}$)는 .87으로 나타났으며 하위요인에 대한 신뢰도는'다양한 민족 알기' .82, '다문화 유아와의 상호작용' .82, '다양한 문화 알기' .74로 나타났다. 확인적 요인분석을 통해 유아교육기관 교사의 다문화 인식척도 모델의 적합도를 검증한 결과 RMSEA=.08, SRMR=.06, NNFI=.90, CFI=.92으로 나타나 유아교육기관 교사의 다문화 교육실제 척도가 적합한 도구임이 확인되었다.

보건소 영양교육 프로그램이 유아의 영양지식, 식습관 및 부모의 식태도에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Nutrition Education Program Developed by a Public Health Center on Preschool Children's Nutrition Knowledge and Dietary Habits and the Parent's Dietary Attitudes)

  • This study was carried out to examine the effects of nutrition education program developed by Jincheon Public Health Center on preschool children's nutrition knowledge and dietary habits and the parents' dietary attitudes. The subjects of this study were five- and six-year-old children as well as their parents. A 5-week nutrition education program was implemented to 104 children in five day care centers, and 107 children in three day care centers were investigated as a control group. Activity tools designed for each lesson such as puzzles, food magnets, story, songs, Pierrot costume, and balls were used. Nutrition knowledge and dietary habits of children and dietary attitudes of parents were evaluated before and after education. Mean nutrition knowledge score in the education group was significantly higher than that in the control group after education (p < 0.001). Mean dietary habit score of three questions (three meals a day, eating at fixed time, eating breakfast) in the education group was also significantly higher than that in the control group after education (p < 0.01). In addition, parents in the education group showed significantly higher mean dietary attitude score than those in the control group even though they did not receive education (p < 0.001). Our nutrition education program was found to be effective in improving nutrition knowledge and dietary habits in preschool children as well as improving dietary attitudes in their parents.

A Study on Parents' View of the Augmented Reality Card Use for Pr e-School Education

  • Parents' influence on children's development is generally considered essential. This paper attempts to explore the role of AR in preschool education from the perspective of parents, aiming to help parents better understand the impact of children's use of augmented reality in preschool education. The subjects were parents of children in the preschool age range (3-6 years old), and the experimental equipment was AR cognitive cards. In order to extract parents' views on AR, five parents were invited to conduct an experiment with their children using AR cognition cards, and then an open interview survey was conducted. In the second experiment, the answers obtained from the first experiment were sorted out and formed a questionnaire to conduct a closed-book survey. It shows that parents are satisfied with the characteristics of AR to assist their children's learning. At the same time, parents also value technology, usage management and playing environment. AR can stimulate children's learning initiative. Children like to use AR, AR is suitable for learning, make parents satisfied. But even if AR is suitable for learning, parents will control the time their children use it.

유아의 당 저감화를 위한 프로그램의 효과평가 (Evaluation of a Nutrition Education Program Designed to Reduce Sugar Intake in Preschool Children)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate a nutrition education program designed to reduce sugar intake in preschool children. The nutritional knowledge, dietary attitude, dietary behavior, and food intake with a sweet taste in preschool children were tested before and after 4 weeks of nutrition education from March 8 to April 1, 2016. The preschool children were recruited in Dobong-gu, Seoul. The subjects were divided into two groups; educated (N=59) and non-educated group (N=40). Statistical analyseis were performed using SPSS 22. The nutritional knowledge about sweet tasting food was significantly increased (P<0.01) in the educated group and significantly decreased (P<0.01) in the non-educated group. The dietary attitude toward sweet tasting food was significantly decreased (P<0.05) in the educated group but not significantly changed in the non-educated group. The dietary behavior toward sweet tasting food was significantly decreased (P<0.05) in the educated group and significantly decreased (P<0.01) in the non-educated group. The major food sources of sugar intake were not significantly changed in either groups. The major food sources of sugar intake in the 5 years old children were yogurt products>sweetened breads>cookies/biscuits>chocolate>cereals>beverages>sweetened milk>sweet spicy chicken>Tteokbokki. Although there are some limitations in this study, due to the short length of the nutrition education and lack of active participation by the parents, the results suggest that effective nutrition education on sweet tasting food can bring about changes in nutritional knowledge as well as dietary attitude.

그림책을 활용한 문학교육이 유아의 그림책에 대한 인식 및 태도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of a Picture Book Literature Education Program on Preschool Children)

  • This study examined the effects of a picture book literature education program in order to assess preschool children's recognition of and attitude towards picture books. The subjects were 56 five-year-old children, 30 of whom allocated to the experimental group and 26 to the control group. The literature education program lasted for 14 weeks. The control group children participated on the national early childhood education curriculum. Children were interviewed about their concepts, preferences, and attitudes towards picture books. The results indicated that compared to control group, children who participated in this program developed enhanced and richer concepts of picture books, displayed specific preferences, and put forward clearer reasons for their preference. ANCOVA result showed significant overall differences between the two groups. Children who participated in the ptrgram displayed more voluntary and active reading and applied the contents of the picture books to their real life situations.

유아 대상 건강 영양 교육 프로그램 내용 및 효과에 대한 연구 (Health Nutrition Education Program Curriculum and the Effects for Preschool Children)

  • This study had two purposes: first, to develop various health nutrition education materials for preschool children as well as their teachers and parents, and second, to apply the health nutrition education programs systematically. The health nutrition education materials consisted of : 'Salt! I know what it is and eat it', 'Friend! Let's have breakfast.', 'I eat vegetables(rainbow)', 'I hate fat', 'I enjoy exercise', 'I am growing very fast'. 'I am curious about my body', 'My body is important', 'Cigarettes, what are they?', 'What's included in cigarettes?'. 'Smoking, it gives my family pain', 'Let's quit smoking', and 'Let's drink moderately'. During the education period, booklets, wall charts, photographs, food models, videos, animated films, and demonstrations were utilized. Based on age, there were significant differences in the effects of 'I am curious about my body'(p<0.05), 'What is included in cigarettes?'(p<0.01), and 'Smoking, it gives my family pain'(p<0.05). There were also significant differences in 'Salt! I know what it is and eat it', 'Friends! Let's have breakfast.', 'My body is important.' and 'Let's quit smoking'. As a result, to improve food habits and health nutrition knowledge, health nutrition education programs must be presented to day care center children as well as their parents, and persistent education is necessary.
