Aiming to prepare high performance magnetorheological fluid, firstly, oleic acid and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate are chosen as surfactants. And then, the mechanical stirring process including stirring time, stirring temperature and stirring speed are optimized by measuring sedimentation ratio and zero-field viscosity. Finally, the properties of prepared magnetorheological fluid are elaborated. The results indicate that the compounding of oleic acid and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate can improve the properties of magnetorheological fluid distinctively, and the optimistic compounding content is 4g:4g or 5g:5g. The surfactants adding orders and the second stirring time have little effect on the properties of magnetorheological fluid, while obviously of the first stirring time, temperature and speed. Moreover, the sedimentation ratio of prepared magnetorheological fluid is less than 5.2% in two weeks, the zero-field viscosity is smaller than $0.6Pa{\cdot}s$ at $20^{\circ}C$, and the maximum yield stress is higher than 50 kPa.

This study considered measures to support the establishment of surveying and spatial information in preparation for the unification of South and North Korea and the subsequent construction of national infrastructure. The organization identified and analyzed spatial information about North Korea, road and railway-oriented SOC construction projects, and examined the applicability of the latest technologies to narrow the technical gap with North Korea and quickly establish land spatial information. To prepare a support process appropriate for the situation in North Korea, technical and human support details and considerations were reviewed through a case analysis of spatial information construction for developing countries. In addition, the main result was "Presenting Efficient Utilization of Human Resources and Equipment for the Establishment of Spatial Information in North Korea," establishing an efficient utilization plan for the human resources and equipment needed in the support process based on technology support. It is expected that the South Korean government will minimize the negative impact on future land infrastructure construction by first conducting research in inter-Korean economic cooperation and national infrastructure construction and establishment of spatial information construction plans.

This study aims to verify the effects of the life redesign educational program based on the baby boomer (11 members of experimental group, 12 members of control group). The program was conducted for two hours two times in a week in the area of Chungnam (Total 8weeks 16sessions). First, in the result of the Wilcoxon's pairs signed-ranks test between the pre-post tests for the analysis on the program effectiveness of the experimental group of baby boomer, the baby boomer of experimental group showed an improved perception of preparing the volunteer work in the perception of preparing their old age, and there was no pre-post significant differences in the control group. In case of the experimental group, perception of the post-retirement preparation, such as a physical preparation, emotional preparation, financial preparation, volunteer work preparation and leisure activities preparation increased in average. Second, the satisfaction for the program's educational process, educational contents, educational data, educational method, instructor and the educational environment were shown to be more than 3.5 points out of 5 points in full.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of career support and teacher relations of parents in order to determine the career determination of multicultural youths, and to confirm the influence of career preparation between parental career and care support and teacher relations. To this end, data from 2017 (the 7th year) was used among the data from the Multicultural Youth Panel Survey (MAPS). According to the analysis results, first, career support, teacher relations, and career preparation of multicultural youth parents have a positive impact on career determination. Second, the importance of the relative influence of career preparation, which is an internal context factor, was also confirmed in the process of determining the career path of multicultural youths. Third, it was analyzed that the higher the career and childcare support of multicultural youth parents, the more positive the teacher relationship, the higher the career determination. Career preparation was confirmed to play a role in mediating career support and teacher relations among multicultural youth parents in determining career paths. Based on the results of this analysis, practical alternatives were proposed to enhance the career determination of multicultural youths.

The Effect of Career Barrier on Employment Preparation Behavior of College Students COVID-19: Focusing on Multi-parallel Mediation Effect and Moderated Mediation Effect of Career Adaptability and Ego-resilience. A survey was conducted on 238 students of K University. The result of this study. First, Career barrier, career adaptability, ego-resilience, and Employment Preparation Behavior all showed positive correlations. Second, it was found that there is a mediating effect of career adaptation and self-elasticity in the relationship between career barriers and Employment Preparation Behavior. Third, Ego-resilience was found to have a Moderated Mediation Effect. Based on this study, suggestions on Employment Preparation Behavior and discussions for follow-up studies were made.

This study examined the effect of cookbang cognition on the star chef image and career preparation behavior, and the moderating effect of career self-efficacy. A self-reported questionnaire survey was conducted on 271 college students of culinary arts major in Daegu and Gyeongju area and analyzed using a structural equation model. As results, cookbang cognition showed a significant positive effect on the star chef image, and image also had a positive effect on career preparation behavior. In addition, career self-efficacy has a moderating effect on the relationship between the star chef image and career preparation behavior. Through these results, it is possible to suggest foundation for the related field through theoretical and empirical verification of the process in which the influence of cookbang affects career preparation behavior. In the future, more systematic study in this field is required.

The process of the preparation of branched-chain amino acid (BCAA)-enriched hydrolysates from corn gluten was optimized through the parameters of pre-treatment (heating and cellulosic hydrolysis), hydrolysis method (acid, protease, and microbe plus protease), concentration, and spray drying condition. The protein yield of corn gluten was increased by heating and cellulase treatments. Among three different hydrolysis methods, the combined use of microbes and protease was the most effective in terms of free amino acid (FAA) and BCAA content of the corn gluten hydrolysates. In addition, the FAA and BCAA content in the hydrolysates prepared by microbial and enzymatic combined treatment were improved by a concentration process. Spray drying conditions for the preparation of the powder from the hydrolyzed reactant were an inlet temperature of $185^{\circ}C$, outlet temperature of $80^{\circ}C$, and the use of maltodextrin as an anticaking agent. Thus, this study established an economical process for preparation of value-added hydrolysates of excellent productivity and quality, in terms of high BCAA content and product stability.

To maintain competitiveness in the modern automotive market, it is important to carry out process planning concurrently with new car development processes. Process planners need to make decisions concurrently and collaboratively in order to reduce manufacturing preparation time for developing a new car. Automated generation of a simulation model by using the integrated process plan database can reduce time consumed for carrying out a simulation and allow a consistent model to be used throughout. In this research, we developed a web-based system for concurrent and collaborative process planning and flow analysis for an automotive general assembly using web, database, and simulation technology. A single integrated database is designed to automatically generate simulation models from process plans without having to rework the data. This system enables process planners to evaluate their decisions quickly, considering various factors, and easily share their opinions with others. By using this collaborative system, time and cost put into the assembly process planning can be reduced and the reliability of the process plan would be improved.

The purpose of this research is to take a look at the factors that influence the successful aging of the elderly with disability as the aging population grows. For this purpose, psychological and social concepts were defined for successful aging of the elderly with disability. It was also verified that the effects of emotional & social preparation for aging on successful aging of the elderly with disability and mediating effects of social support. The subjects of this study are 506 elderly people with disability who are over the age of 50. They were originally extracted from the 4th main survey and 3rd, 4th additional survey of Korean Retirement and Income Study. For data analysis purposes, SPSS 23.0 and SPSS PROCESS macro v2.16 were used. The results of this study are as followed. Firstly, emotional & social preparation for aging turned out to have a significant direct influence on successful aging the elderly with disability. Secondly, emotional & social preparation for aging has a indirect effect on successful aging through social support. On the basis of the results, this study provided the social welfare policy and practical suggestions to enhance the preparation for aging and social support.
