The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality characteristics and antioxidant activities of noodles added with Rehmanniae Radix Preparata powder (RP). Wheat flour noodles were prepared with four levels of RP (0, 2.5, 5, and 7.5%). Moisture absorption of RP added noodles was somewhat greater than that of control. The turbidity of RP noodles decreased according to addition of RP. Hunter L (lightness) and b (yellowness) values of RP added noodles decreased according to addition of RP amount. Textural properties (measured by a texture analyzer), hardness, and springiness of RP noodles up to 5% were not significantly different from those of control. Antioxidant activity of RP added noodles increased according to addition of RP: $IC_{50}$ values of DPPH radical scavenging activity for raw noodles was 3.77 mg/g, whereas values of raw noodles with RP 2.5 and 7.5% were 3.69 mg/g and 2.47 mg/g, respectively. Polyphenol content increased according to addition of RP. Amylogram showed that RP addition increased initial gelatinization temperature, decreased breakdown, and reduced setback and consistency, which indicates protection against retrogradation. The sensory preference test revealed that cooked noodles with added 2.5% RP showed the highest scores for color, odor, taste, and overall preference. It is suggested that RP up to 2.5% could be substituted for wheat flour to improve noodle quality.
The purpose of this study is to look into the support activities of the 17th century spanish plays which had been taken in various paths in terms of responses of the then-public who had been enthusiastic about great plays and artworks. Such a phenomenon clearly appeared in the open-air theater 'corral' where 'Teatro nacional' was performed at that time. Therefore, this study tries to investigate the functional relation between the public's responses and the prosperity of then-plays from the concrete standpoint of Lope's public-oriented plays. Although Lope's plays basically include system-protection ideology, they are thoroughly based on the public's support and popularity. In short, at that time, Lope's dramatic reform and entailing remarkable hit and success were made possible through thorough compliance with the public's preference and thereby the public's absolute support and affection. The tendency of his public-oriented plays appears in two aspects. One is the common people persecuted and punishment of a wicked man of power. The typical plays in point are Lope's Perib??ez y el comendador de Oca?a and El mejor alcalde, el rey. Through the plays, the playwright Lope not only implemented praise of absolute monarch very effectively, but soothed the wounded heart of the common people who had suffered pains due to their unfair and lowly social status. In this way, his plays might give senses of reliefs and satisfaction to most viewers who identified with the common people in the plays. The other one is the decisive raise of status of an exemplary commoner, the subject matter which had been used by Lope as one of useful means to show the public-oriented tendency of his plays. The cases in point are Los Tellos de Meneses and its succeeding work Valor, fortuna y lealtad. The two-part work of Lope is about the hard journey, ups and downs, and ascent to the nobility of Tello, an exemplary and rich farmer, and hits young son Tello. Through the two-part play, Lope demonstrated how an exemplary and good-mannered commoner rose to the nobility and thereby gave vicarious satisfaction to the then-public and received a lot of praise from them. As mentioned earlier, through his public-oriented plays, Lope not only satisfied the public's desires and achieved his realistic goal of big success. Not all Lope's plays are public-oriented. Nevertheless, the popular success of 'Teatro nacional' made by Lope and his followers is based on the public's preference and the plays' dramatic responses to their desires, and the strategic elaboration to comfort the public suffering lot of pains in daily life.
The purpose of current study is to identify moderator effects of a number of use in terms of the influences of selection properties as perceived by college foodservice. This study was collected 297 survey from college students in Busan and Gyeongnam using the statistics program SPSS (18.0). Result shown that the selection properties of the institutional food service were analyzed with four elements: physical environments, service of worker, diversity of menu, and quality of food. All of the selection properties were found to have significant effects on satisfaction. Although there was no significant effect on the second stage, partial moderating effects were found in the third stage only when the interaction term of physical environments ${\times}$ the number of use is applied. Considering these results, it can be considered that a number of use of foodservice facilities are moderated by physical environments. Therefore, it implies that institutional foodservice operators should improve physical environments including interior, tableware, and cleanliness. In addition, satisfaction and preference were found to be closely related each other, which indicates that preference is improved as satisfaction increases.
The design of children's hospitals is highly dependent on color schemes. As a space shared together by both adults and children, the design of children's hospitals require color coordination that takes account of the users' characteristics. However, because the majority of prior research on color perception has focused overly on the emotional aspects, there is a necessity for more rational and scientific analyses to identify the characteristics of the visual perception of colors. Adopting this perspective in analyzing the characteristics of the visual perception of colors, this study aims to move beyond the abstract to focus on more objective methods, such as eye-tracking experiments, to examine the characteristics of hospital visitors' visual attention with respect to colors. Visual perception tracking experiment was conducted on the 2 chosen experimental images with a target group made up of adults and children, the following results were found. Firstly, spaces created with the preference colors of the different groups were found to develop a characteristic of developing higher attention. Secondly, observing the common tendencies for attention for adults and children, the highest region for visual concentration was formed towards the middle, as attention progresses to lower stages visually focused area changes in the order of upper-middle, left and right, and lower regions and edge regions show characteristics of not triggering attention Thirdly, it is understood that children's level of attention drops a lot faster than adults when identifying space therefore it is suspected that children need more elaborate color coordination than adults.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate cookies added with aged black chestnut inner shells powder (ABCI). Cookies were prepared with three different levels (0.25%, 0.5%, or 1%) of ABCI. During storage, moisture content was higher in cookies containing ABCI compared with control cookies. As the amount of ABCI increased, pH of cookies added with ABCI decreased slightly, whereas acidity increased. The lightness and yellowness in the Hunter color system of cookies with ABCI decreased during storage, whereas redness increased during storage. Higher reducing sugar was contained in cookies with ABCI than in the control. Textural properties by texture profile analysis showed that hardness and chewiness decreased with an increase in ABCI amount. Total phenol content increased in cookies with ABCI. Antioxidant activities such as diphenyl picrylhydrazyl radical and hydroxyl radical scavenging activities increased in cookies with ABCI compared with that of the control. It is concluded that cookies with ABCI may be of high quality with antioxidant activity. In the preference test, cookies added with 0.5% ABCI showed the high results in terms of overall preference and buying intention.

This study is about selecting Landscape Viewpoint on Bukchon Hanok Village, Jongno-Gu, Seoul. The process on selecting photo spots was focused on visualizing elements, and it was hard to find an objective standard for selecting landscape viewpoint. Therefore, by literature review and site study, this study selects more objective and empirical Landscape View Point on Bukchon. Landscape Viewpoint Standards are Traditional Hanok Landscape, Historical Heritage Landscape, Alley Street Landscape, City Architecture Landscape, and Natural Forest Landscape. By Landscape Preference and Character of Place survey, this study finds out another Landscape Viewpoint and correlation of those variables. A coefficient of correlation is 0.846, and its correlation is considerably high. Through this result, it could provide a concrete standard for selecting Landscape View Point and a preliminary information for finding Landscape View Point on Histo-Cultural area.
This study evaluated quality characteristics of spirulina (0.63, 1.25, and 2.5%, all w/w) added noodles during storage at 4C. Total bacterial counts in raw spirulina added noodles were higher than those of the control during storage, but no bacteria were detected in cooked noodles. Escherichia coli was not detected in any group. The weight loss, volume loss, and moisture absorption of spirulina added noodles were somewhat greater than control values. Moisture contents of spirulina added noodles both before and after cooking decreased as the spirulina level increased. During storage, moisture loss from spirulina added noodles was a little greater than from the control. Hunter color values for L (lightness), a (redness), and b (yellowness) decreased during storage. The spirulina added noodles had significantly greater hardness, cohesiveness, gumminess, and chewiness compared with the control. The antioxidant activity of spirulina added noodles increased with spirulina level. A sensory preference test revealed that noodles with 1.25% spirulina received the highest scores for chewiness, overall preference, and buying intention. It is suggested that spirulina could be added to noodles at a concentration of up to 1.25% to improve quality.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine a suitable type and size of Hangul fonts for printed materials in the presbyopic age. Methods: Based on the most common Hangul fonts used today, three types of fonts were used Hamchrombatang, Sinmoonmyungjo and Sinmyungjo at small font sizes in the range 9-11 point (pt). Subjects were 101 volunteers aged 41 through 85 years. Near visual acuity (VA) was corrected to read VA 0.5 at 40 cm after distance correction. The subjects were asked to read words containing 88 characters in 10 pt after a question about preference. Readability was assessed by reading rate that was calculated as the number of words read correctly in one minute (words per minute, wpm). Results: The most preferred font type was Simmyungjo at small font sizes. Although preferred font sizes were different in each font type, Sinmyungjo was generally preferred at 10 pt more than other fonts. Hamchrombatang and Sinmyungjo were read significantly faster than Sinmoonmyungjo. There was a weak negative relationship between readability and age in Sinmyungjo. In comparing between the top 10% and the bottom 10% group sorted by reading rate, the top group showed lower average age and addition than the bottom group, however there were no significant differences in reading rate among the fonts. Conclusions: Although increasing age tends to be low in readability for Sinmyungjo, in the light of preferred font and readability, it is recommended to use a 10 pt Sinmyungjo font in printed materials for the presbyopic age.

The domestic construction industry is changing according to its preference for demand and supply along with urbanization and economic development. Accordingly, initial risk assessments is more important than before. In particular, demand for lease-based investment products such as commercial and office buildings has surged as a substitute for financial products due to low interest rates of banks. Therefore, the objective is to suggest a basic study on financial analysis model development by applying optimization method in residential officetel. To achieve the objective, first, the previous studies are investigated. Second, the causal loop diagram is structured based on the collected data. Third, the system dynamics method is used to develop cost-income simulation and optimization model sequentially. Finally, the developed model was verifed through analyzing a case project. In the future, the proposed model can be helpful whether or not conduct execution of an officetel development project to the decision makers.
Purpose : This study aims to provide fundamental information for increasing a physical therapist's empowerment and suggesting effective ways to incorporate humor into the physical therapist's organizations by investigating a level of perceived sense of humor and empowerment, as well as examining the relationship between them. Method : This study was conducted in the country's 9 general hospitals, 11 rehabilitation hospitals, 20 clinics. The data of general characteristics, sense of humor, and empowerment were collected from 1 August 2012 to 25 August 2012. A total of 300 clinical instructors were distributed and collected. The call response rate was 94.7%(n=284). The collected data were analyzed by spss/pc + 12.0 Result : 1. The mean score of the physical therapist's sense of humor was $56.53{\pm}05.58$ out of 84 and each of the sub-dimensions were scored in order of emotional expressiveness, liking of humor and metamessage sensitivity. 2. The mean score of the physical therapist's empowerment was $56.67{\pm}12.72$ out of 84 and each of the sub-dimensions scored in order of meaning, competence, self-determination and impact. 3. There was no significant difference between the sense of humor and the empowerment(r=0.093, p=0.118). 4. There were no significant difference in sense of humor. 5. There were significant differences in the levels of the empowerment by sex, marriage, workers satisfaction, age, attainment in scholarship, workplace, and duration of work. Conclusion : Although there was no significant difference between the sense of humor and the empowerment. the sub-dimension of human preference was significant.
