공동주택 벽 철근 조립 생산성 향상 방안에 관한 연구 (Productivity Improvement Method of Wall Rebar Work in Apartment House Construction)

  • Reinforced concrete construction is one of the labor intensive construction projects and its productivity is very low. It is necessary to increase the productivity of rebar construction for improving the productivity of construction work. Therefore, in this study, the rebar drawings of apartment buildings are analyzed to prefabricate wall rebar unit shaped mesh in the factory and installing it on site. If the proposed wall rebar unit is applied to apartment construction working time of wall rebar can be reduced by 50% or more.

  • This study is about the description method & scope of maintenability in window components which have been applied to the remodelling work in Apartment Housing. Already we did established the maintenability performance index through the preceding research in recent. It is defined as changeability, prefabrication, coordination. and capacity of performance preservation. As the results of analysys on the performance information that is reported by catalog & internet media, the ratio of adaptation as a maintenabilty performance was revealed to percentage of 11(11%). And as the respects of represented content, majority of the performance information only have dealt with advertising-effect, rather than physical performance make easy to change and separat.

  • Increasing the volume of traffic on the roads causes social and economical problems such as increasing air-pollution and distribution cost. Prefabricated light weight bridge becomes a possible solution for these problems in the urban area where it is difficult to construct new one or expend the existing road. There are some merits in this kind of bridge. First, the design live and dead loads are minimized by allowing only passenger cars. Second employing prefabrication construction scheme reduces the construction time. Third, there is no need to buy land if the elevation road is placed on the top of existing one. In seismic design of bridges, base isolation has been an effective solution when the bridge has stiff piers and a heavy superstructure. The prefabricated light weight bridge has different dynamic characteristics from the ordinary bridges. In this paper, the applicability of base isolators such as lead rubber bearing and elastomeric bearing, to prefabricated light weight bridge is examined.

Prediction of a transverse shrinkage of butt welded joints in shipyard conditions using the design of experimental approach

  • This paper presents the results of research on transverse shrinkage of welded butt joints conducted according to the principles of experimental design and under production conditions for two main welding techniques used in shipbuilding (FCAW and SAW). Analysis took into account the technological and structural parameters influencing the assembly suitability of a large steel structure. The presented method of evaluation makes it possible to apply approximation formulae to predict transverse shrinkage in real sections of a ship hull. The determined predictive formulae were verified to actual transverse shrinkage measurements during prefabrication of hull sections at a shipyard as well as the equations referring to the analyzed form of deformation available in the literature.

  • To the date, shipbuilding companies have applied shop primer coating which protects the steel surface from global oxidization in environment. Proper shop primer requires either anti-corrosion ability during construction or anti-porosity ability during welding, and those properties contradict to each other. This report tried to derive an optimizing parameter on these conflicting properties to select a proper shop primer. First, sufficient amounts of the natural salt spray tests were carried out to achieve a series of data for the anti-corrosion ability. Second, lots of T-joint fillet welding test were performed to evaluate the trapped porosity formed in the weld pool. According to the experimental data, we could achieve either the rust-formation rate or the porosity-formation rate, then, each rate was generalized as formulae. Then, we tried to combine these conflicting properties to decide an optimum shop primer.

  • The flap considered at first for the reconstruction of large maxillary defect, especially mid-face defect, is scapular free flap, because it provides ample composite tissue which can be designed 3-dimensionally for orbital, facial and oral reconstruction. In case of maxillary defect involving hard palate, however, this flap has some limitations. First, its bulk prevents oral function and physio-anatomic reconstruction of nasal and oral cavity. Second, mobility and thickness of cutaneous paddle covering the alveolar area reduce retention of tissue-supported denture and give rise to peri-implantitis when implant is installed. Third, lateral border of scapula that is to reconstruct maxillary arch and hold implants is straight, not U-shaped maxillary arch form. To overcome these problems, new concept of step prefabrication technique was provided to a 27-year-old male patient who had been suffering from a complete hard palate and maxillary alveolar ridge defect. In the first stage, scapular osteomuscular flap was elevated, tailored to fit the maxillary defect, particulated autologous bone was placed subperiosteally to simulate U-shaped alveolar process, and then wrapped up with split thickness skin graft(STSG, 0.3mm thickness). Two months later, thus prefabricated new flap was elevated and microtransferred to the palato-maxillary defect. After 6 months, 10 implant fixtures were installed along the reconstructed maxillary alveolus, with following final prosthetic rehabilitation. The procedure was very successful and patient is enjoying normal rigid diet and speech.

우리나라의 주택시장구조(住宅市長構造)와 목조주택개발(木造住宅開發) (Housing Market and Opportunities for Wood Frame Housing in Korea)

  • To investigate opportunities for wood frame housing and to activate wood frame house construction, trends of construction activities. preference about housing, and building codes related to wood frame housing were discussed. And two models of wood frame house were developed and construction cost was analyzed to compare with comparative masonry houses. The results obtained were as follows: 1. While 77.8% of people prefer single-family houses, majority of people(74.9%), ironically, possess multi-family houses such as apartments Wood work cost was ratio of 4% of total building cost. while wood material cost accounted merely for 11 % out of total building material cost. 2. Building code was not major barrier to residential house at height under 13m. The building code regulated major structural member and family boder wall of multi-family house to be built with fire retardant material. 3. The proper wood frame house was analyzed of town house or villa type locating in suburban of big city with hot ondol system for the upper middle class. 4 There was no difference in construction cost between western style wood frame house and comparable masonry house, but construction cost for Korean style wood frame house is 27% higher than that of comparable masonry house. It was necessary to reduce materials and cost down by prefabrication technique for both style of wood frame house.

Removable shear connector for steel-concrete composite bridges

  • The conception and experimental assessment of a removable friction-based shear connector (FBSC) for precast steel-concrete composite bridges is presented. The FBSC uses pre-tensioned high-strength steel bolts that pass through countersunk holes drilled on the top flange of the steel beam. Pre-tensioning of the bolts provides the FBSC with significant frictional resistance that essentially prevents relative slip displacement of the concrete slab with respect to the steel beam under service loading. The countersunk holes are grouted to prevent sudden slip of the FBSC when friction resistance is exceeded. Moreover, the FBSC promotes accelerated bridge construction by fully exploiting prefabrication, does not raise issues relevant to precast construction tolerances, and allows rapid bridge disassembly to drastically reduce the time needed to replace any deteriorating structural component (e.g., the bridge deck). A series of 11 push-out tests highlight why the novel structural details of the FBSC result in superior shear load-slip displacement behavior compared to welded shear studs. The paper also quantifies the effects of bolt diameter and bolt preload and presents a design equation to predict the shear resistance of the FBSC.

국내 모듈러 주택의 특성 및 MC 설계를 통한 건축자재 표준화 효과 분석 (An Analysis on Architectural Characteristics of Domestic Modular Housing and Building Material Standardization Effect through MC Design)

  • Modular construction is a process in which a building is produced off-site in module boxes using standard materials. Since the introduction of prefabrication in building construction, Modular Coordination (MC) has become an essential design tool in building design and construction. However, in Korea, the design standardization has not been adequately applied to modular construction. This study intends to analyze the current status of modular construction in Korea and explore the applicability of MC design in the construction industry. The analysis of the current status of MC design within Korean four major modular construction companies indicates that an incremental dimension is not properly used in horizontal planning modules, which results in a problem of increasing construction cost by high material loss rate. But, in vertical planning modules, a incremental dimension of 100 mm (1 M) is found to be used although the structural system varies among manufacturers, which demonstrates the potential for an open system to be well applied in modular construction, despite different structural systems.

PHC 파일을 이용한 영구벽체 융합 공법 (Permanent Basement Wall Convergence Method Using a PHC Pile)

  • 본 연구는 기존의 가설 흙막이 벽으로만 사용되는 현장제조 CIP를 기성제 PHC 파일로 대체하여 흙막이 겸 영구벽체로 사용하는 융합 공법을 제안하고 적용가능성을 확인하였다. PHC파일은 공장제작으로 품질을 믿을 수 있으며 재료적으로 콘크리트 강도나 긴장재의 인장응력이 CIP에 비해 우수하고 구조적으로도 큰 휨내력을 가지고 있다. 이러한 장점을 기진 PHC파일을 이용한 영구벽체 공법은 기존의 가설 흙막이 공법과 비교하면 시공이 간편하고 경제적이며 현장타설이 최소화되어 공기단축이 가능하다. 또한 공장제작을 통해 균질한 구조성능을 얻을 수 있고 흙막이와 지하외벽이 이중 시공되지 않으므로 공간활용 측면에서도 유리한 장점이 있는 것으로 나타났다.
