Starting from April, 2003, new pre-review system has been introduced and implemented to reduce unnecessary conflict with medical care organizations caused by current retrospective claim review system and to enhance efficiency of review system. The main purpose of pre-review system is to educate doctors to contrive adequacy of medical services. This research mainly focuses on effectiveness of pre-review system's influence on physicians' behavior changes. The analysis-participants were drawn from 1,449 clinics which implemented pre-review system, since April of 2003. The research results are as followings. First, the amount per claim has reduced by $\\3,154$, days of visit per claim by 0.1 day, and amount per visit by $\\412$, which were statistically significant. Second, anesthesiologists have decreased in three indicators the most, and the internists had least of changes. Third, the amount per claim and days of visit per claims has dropped significantly on physicians with less periods of practice and physicians with more ages. Fourth, the clinics without the expensive medical equipments, the city clinics showed significant decrease on days of visit per claim. Fifth, in intervention methods, the one-to-one education showed more significant decrease on amount per visit rather than information feedback by paper. In conclusion, the pre-review system have an impact on self-imposed physician behavioral change. The outcome of this research may be utilized for future extension implementation of pre-review system. Furthermore, it is showed that ability of transitions in medical services review system according to the future transition of payment system and context of health service policy.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to review the prevention of pre- or syncope by acupuncture of "Geum Chim Mae Hwa Si Cho" Methods : 1. The authors reviewed "Geum Chim Mae Hwa Si Cho" and several literatures related with pre- or syncope by acupuncture. 2. We investigated the causes and signs of pre- or syncope by acupuncture, and the mechanism and clinical usefulness of the prevention of pre- or syncope by acupuncture. Results and Conclusions : 1. Pre- or syncope by acupuncture is a kind of Myung Hyun phenomenon resulted from patients' failure of reception of acupuncture treatment. 2. "Geum Chim Mae Hwa Si Cho" said not to be confused by pre- or syncope, and suggested 8 items for prevention of pre- or syncope by acupuncture. 3. "Geum Chim Mae Hwa Si Cho" especially argued to give doctor's whole mind to patients, and relax the mental tension of patients. 4. Yang Myoung meridian occupies the biggest part in acupoints used for the first aid.

This research studies the effects of pre-show promotion, at-show promotion, and booth staff training on the image-building and relationship improvement performance of exhibitors. To this purpose, we relate each performance dimension to tactical variables such as pre show promotion, at-show promotion, and booth staff training through related literature review and conduct empirical study on their relationship. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Pre-show promotion and booth staff training have positive influence on image-building and relationship improvement performance. (2) But, at-show promotion has no effect on image-building performance, and has a negative effect on relationship improvement performance. (3) Especially, pre-show promotion has the greatest effect on relationship improvement performance, and booth staff training has the greatest effect on image-building improvement.

Online reviews offer valuable information to businesses by reflecting consumer experiences about their products and services. Two important aspects of online reviews are first, the topics consumers choose to address and second, the sentiments expressed in their reviews. Building upon previous literature that shows online reviews are context-dependent, we examine the impact of topic distribution on review sentiment in South Korea and the U.S. during pre-and post-pandemic periods. After performing topic modeling on Airbnb app review data, we measure the contribution of each topic on review sentiment using SHAP values. Our results indicate variations in topic distribution trends between 2018 and 2021. Also, the order and magnitude of topics' impact on review sentiment change between pre-and post-pandemic periods for both countries. This study can help businesses to understand how topics and sentiments associated with their products and services changed after pandemic, and also help them identify areas of improvement.

Recently, as technology development has accelerated and product life cycles have been shortened, it is necessary to derive key product features from customers in the R&D planning and evaluation stage. More companies want differentiated competitiveness by providing consumer-tailored products based on big data and artificial intelligence technology. To achieve this, the need to correctly grasp the required quality, which is a requirement of consumers, is increasing. However, the existing methods are centered on suppliers or domain experts, so there is a gap from the actual perspective of consumers. In other words, product attributes were defined by suppliers or field experts, but this may not consider consumers' actual perspective. Accordingly, the demand for deriving the product's main attributes through reviews containing consumers' perspectives has recently increased. Therefore, we propose a review data analysis-based required quality methodology containing customer requirements. Specifically, a pre-training language model with a good understanding of Korean reviews was established, consumer intent was correctly identified, and key contents were extracted from the review through a combination of KeyBERT and topic modeling to derive the required quality for each product. RevBERT, a Korean review domain-specific pre-training language model, was established through further pre-training. By comparing the existing pre-training language model KcBERT, we confirmed that RevBERT had a deeper understanding of customer reviews. In addition, all processes other than that of selecting the required quality were linked to the automation process, resulting in the automation of deriving the required quality based on data.

The Pulpose of this systematic review is aimed to establish the procedure of the injection with saftey and efficiency in the pre-hospital cardiac arrest patient performing the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), compared with traditional medication administration using Ampoule and medication administration with Prefilled Syringe. Databases were searched for CPR, heart arrest, resuscitation, Pre-filled Syringe, and Ampoule by the electronic data research including Pubmed, EMBASE and Cochran Library of Konyang University Library: 4 articles were selected by three co-authors using EndNote X20 and Covidence (Covidence.org) and were systematically reviewed. The Result of this study, the medication administration using Pre-fillled Syringe improves the safety of patients and Emergency medical workers by reducing the error in administration dose and administering the drug in safe than the medication adminisrtaion using Ampoule, also, contributes to the increment of survival rate of cardiac arrest and severe patients by decreasing the administration time that prevents the delay of medication administration.

This paper aims to review how pre-processing facility of agricultural products can be established and operated. First of all, industry and its enterprises of pre-processing agricultural products are analyzed from the national perspective. Especially, five well-known pre-processing business units operated by producers' organizations are introduced including Ansung Machoom Agricultural Cooperative. Changwon City in Gyeongnam Province was chosen for a case study. Demand for local agricultural products by school feeding and other institutional food service in Changwon area is estimated and it is compared with the supply of agricultural products produced in the region. Questionnaire survey was done for school nutritionists and the main results are summarized. In the final stage, basic ideas for pre-processing facility of agricultural products in Changwon area are proposed considering the previous analyses. These ideas include size of the facility, participants and scope of the business, and location. Virtual profitability analysis is also conducted for the facility. Some suggestions for the proposed facility to be more successful in the future are suggested at the conclusion.
