선행하중을 고려한 보강 콘크리트의 투수성능에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Permeability of Reinforcement Concrete on Consideration of Pre-loading)

  • 콘크리트의 투수성은 콘크리트의 내구성에 크게 영향을 미치므로, 투수성의 합리적인 측정과 그 개선이 요구된다. 따라서 콘크리트의 투수성은 콘크리트 구조물이 건전한 상태를 유지하고 있는 초기 상태에서 평가하는 것 보다 실제 하중을 받고 있는 공용중인 상태에서 평가하는 것이 보다 합리적이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 콘크리트의 투수성능을 개선하기 위하여 섬유의 종류 및 혼입율, 수지 종류를 달리하여 콘크리트 시험체를 제작하였으며, 투수성의 합리적인 평가를 위해서 하중을 받아 균열발생 등 성능이 저하된 콘크리트 구조물의 실제 상태를 모사하기 위하여 시험체에 선행하중을 시험체 압축강도의 50%, 70% 작용시킨 후에 투수시험을 수행하여 그 결과를 비교분석 하였다. 시험결과 투수계수는 선행하중을 가하지 않은 경우보다 선행하중 50%일 때 대략 1.4배, 70%일 때 17.8배 증가되었고, 하이브리드 강섬유보강이 콘크리트의 투수성능 개선에 가장 효과적임을 알 수 있었다.

선하중(先荷重)을 받은 RC보의 CFRP-Rod 휨보강 효과에 대한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Flexural Behavior of Pre-loaded RC Beams Strengthened with CFRP-Rod)

  • FRP를 이용한 보강법 중에서도 기존에 일반적으로 행해진 보강법은 Plate 또는 Sheet의 형태로 콘크리트 표면에 부착하여 추가적인 강도를 발현하도록 하는 것이다. 그러나 조기 박락파괴, 부착면의 정리, 보강 단부의 앵커시공, 부착면에 대한 내화처리 등의 어려움이 많다. 이러한 문제점들에 대한 방안으로 막대(Rod) 형태인 CFRP-Rod를 보강모체에 홈을 파고 매립하는 NSMR(Near Surface Mounted Reinforcement)공법이 제안되었고, CFRP-Rod의 보강량, 길이, 간격 등의 변수에 의한 휨보강 능력의 평가에 대한 연구가 이루어져왔다. 그러나 구조물에서 CFRP-Rod의 보강은 어느 정도의 하중이 보강부위에 계속 재하된 상태로 보강이 이루어지게 되므로 본 연구에서는 보강전에 가해지는 선하중(Pre-loading)의 크기를 주요변수로 선하중의 크기에 따른 구조물의 거동 특성을 분석하고자 하였고, 선하중의 크기의 결정은 무보강 시험체의 공칭모멘트와의 비로 결정하였다.

Restoration of pre-damaged RC bridge columns using basalt FRP composites

  • This study aims to identify the effect of both longitudinal reinforcement details and damage level on making a decision of repairing pre-damaged bridge columns using basalt fiber reinforced polymer (BFRP) jackets. Two RC bridge columns with improper details of the longitudinal and/or transverse reinforcement were tested under the effect of a constant axial load and increasing lateral cyclic loading. Test results showed that the lap-splice column exhibited an inferior performance where it showed rapid degradation of strength before achieving the theoretical strength and its deformation capacity was limited; however, quick restoration is possible through a suitable rehabilitation technique. On the other hand, expensive repair or even complete replacement could be the decision for the column with the confinement failure mode. After that, a rehabilitation technique using external BFRP jacket was adopted. Performance-based design details guaranteeing the enhancement in the inelastic performance of both damaged columns were addressed and defined. Test results of the repaired columns confirmed that both reparability and the required repairing time of damage structures are dependent on the reinforcement details at the plastic hinge zone. Furthermore, lap-splice of longitudinal reinforcement could be applied as a key design-tool controlling reparability and restorability of RC structures after massive actions.

철근량 저감을 통한 코핑부 시공성 향상 (Improvement of Constructability of Coping by Reduction of Reinforcement Amount)

  • Recently rapid construction of bridge is a main interest in construction. A research on rapid construction of pier coping is urgently needed because pier, which is a bridge understructure, directly affect lane reduction and increase of social cost. Precast assembly method and pre-assembly method are the main subjects of rapid construction. But these researches have focused not on reduction of reinforcement amount, but on modifying production method of coping. Reinforcement amount of design specification is as much as that of coping under constructing. So different approach is needed for reduction of reinforcement amount. In this paper, design of pier coping using strut-tie model was proposed for reduction of reinforcement amount and improvement of constructability. Railway bridge pier coping under constructing was analyzed using a finite element method and designed using strut-tie model.

Study on seismic performance of connection joint between prefabricated prestressed concrete beams and high strength reinforcement-confined concrete columns

  • As the common cast-in-place construction works fails to meet the enormous construction demand under rapid economic growth, the development of prefabricated structure instead becomes increasingly promising in China. For the prefabricated structure, its load carrying connection joint play a key role in maintaining the structural integrity. Therefore, a novel end plate bolt connecting joint between fully prefabricated pre-stressed concrete beam and high-strength reinforcement-confined concrete column was proposed. Under action of low cycle repeated horizontal loadings, comparative tests are conducted on 6 prefabricated pre-stressed intermediate joint specimens and 1 cast-in-place joint specimen to obtain the specimen failure modes, hysteresis curves, skeleton curves, ductility factor, stiffness degradation and energy dissipation capacity and other seismic indicators, and the seismic characteristics of the new-type prefabricated beam-column connecting joint are determined. The test results show that all the specimens for end plate bolt connecting joint between fully prefabricated pre-stressed concrete beam and high-strength reinforcement-confined concrete column have realized the design objectives of strong column weak beam. The hysteretic curves for specimens are good, indicating desirable ductility and energy dissipation capacity and seismic performances, and the research results provide theoretical basis and technical support for the promotion and application of prefabricated assembly frames in the earthquake zone.

대단면 터널의 선지보네일 보강에 따른 아칭특성 연구 (Study on Arching Characteristics of a Grand-Section Tunnel with Pre-Steel-Rib Nail Reinforcement)

  • 본 연구에서는 상부 토피고가 낮거나 지반조건이 불량한 터널의 경우 기존 터널의 보강공법과 다른 선지보네일 보강공법을 적용한 터널의 설계 및 시공사례를 조사하였다. 신기술 신공법인 선지보네일 보강공법을 대단면 터널 상부지반에 보강하여 기존 터널 보강공법들에 비하여 보강효과 및 안정성 측면의 실효성을 확인하였다. 선지보네일 공법에 대한 설계, 현장시공 사례 및 계측 데이타를 조사하여 그 보강 결과를 확인하였으며, 터널 상부지반 선지보네일 보강에 따른 대단면 터널의 아칭 특성에 대하여 유한요소 수치해석 프로그램인 MIDAS/GTS를 이용하여 연구하였다. 이와 더불어 터널 상부지반에 선지보네일 공법을 적용함에 있어서 적절한 설치간격과, 적용시 공법의 보강효과를 극대화하기 위한 방법을 제시하였다.

또래집단의 사회적 강화가 아동의 구강보건행태에 미치는 효과 (A Study on the Effects of Social Reinforcement in Peer groups on Children's Dental Health Behavior)

  • The relationships between children's health behavior and variables that effect children's health behavior has been investigated in a number of previous studies. This study was conducted to examine the effects of a peer's social reinforcement on children's dental health behavior in an elementary school. The research design was a nonequivalent pre and post-test quasi-experimental design and the study subjects with one hundred and thirteen eight to nine years old children, and their mothers (57 experimental group, 56 control group) were selected as a study group. Subjects were selected by the convenience sampling method. The study was carried out in an elementary school in Namwon city, Korea, from the 26th of April to the 12th of June in 1999. Data were collected in both the pre and post-test portions. Using the "Health Belief Model", each item of the questionnaire for measurement of dental health behavior was modified and administered for the children and their mothers. The questionnaire for the measurement of dental health behavior was developed by Oh, Y.B.(1994). The Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ of the questionnaire for children were .81, and for the mother were .79. In this study, the health belief model consists of "perceived susceptibility", "perceived seriousness", "perceived barrier", "perceived salience", and "perceived benefit". The questionnaire for the children was composed of 37 items, and the questionnaire for the mother was composed of 40 items. Data were analyzed by frequency, ${\chi}^2-test$, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation, and multiple regression analysis by a SAS program. The results of this study were summarized as follows ; 1. The first hypothesis that the experimental group would have more change in the frequency of brushing per week than that of control group was accepted(t=3.817, p=0.000). Mean tooth brushing scores in the experimental group improved significantly from pre-test to post-test, but in the control group there was no significant improvement in tooth brushing scores. 2. The second hypothesis that the experimental group would have more change in score of dental health behavior than that of control group was accepted(benefit : t=2.804, p=0.006, salience: t=2.608, p=0,010). An evaluation between the experimental group and the control group showed significant change from pre-test to post-test in health behavior scores. 3. The third hypothesis that higher scores of social reinforcement would create more change in the scores of tooth brushing frequency in the experimental group was accepted(${\beta}$=0.169, p=0.000. Multiple regression was used to examine the peer's social reinforcement scores and the relative influence of significant variables in previous ANOVA and Pearson's correlation test on children's frequency of brushing during the post-test. The results of the study indicated that the combination of social reinforcement of peers with variables pertaining to mother and householder were significantly related and effectively improved a child's tooth brushing.

포스트 텐션 공법으로 보강된 SC 합성보의 휨 거동 (Flexural Behavior of Steel-Concrete Composite Beams Strengthened by Post Tension Method)

  • 본 논문은 SC합성보에 정착구의 높이, 새들의 형태, 가력시점을 변수로 하여 비부착 포스트텐션 보강을 하고 휨실험을 통해 보강방법을 평가하여 적절한 보강방법을 제시하고자 하엿다. 실험결과 보강 전 SC합성보의 최대내력은 실험값/이론값이 0.97로 나타났으나 보강 후는 1.00~1.21로 나타나 보강효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 변위 및 변형률 분석결과 정착구의 높이 및 가력시점에 상관없이 보강 후 중립축에 정착구를 설치한 D120계열 실험체가 최대하중이후 급격한 하중저하 없이 변위가 지속적으로 증가하며 각 부분의 변형률도 비교적 적게 나타나는 안정적인 거동을 했다. 보강효과면에서 선 가력 후 보강한 SCR-UD120실험체가 보강 전 SC합성보에 비해 최대내력이 1.72배 증가하여 가장 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

Co-Operative Strategy for an Interactive Robot Soccer System by Reinforcement Learning Method

  • This paper presents a cooperation strategy between a human operator and autonomous robots for an interactive robot soccer game, The interactive robot soccer game has been developed to allow humans to join into the game dynamically and reinforce entertainment characteristics. In order to make these games more interesting, a cooperation strategy between humans and autonomous robots on a team is very important. Strategies can be pre-programmed or learned by robots themselves with learning or evolving algorithms. Since the robot soccer system is hard to model and its environment changes dynamically, it is very difficult to pre-program cooperation strategies between robot agents. Q-learning - one of the most representative reinforcement learning methods - is shown to be effective for solving problems dynamically without explicit knowledge of the system. Therefore, in our research, a Q-learning based learning method has been utilized. Prior to utilizing Q-teaming, state variables describing the game situation and actions' sets of robots have been defined. After the learning process, the human operator could play the game more easily. To evaluate the usefulness of the proposed strategy, some simulations and games have been carried out.

토목섬유로 보강된 구조물의 프리스트레스효과 (Pre-stress Effect of Geosynthetics-reinforced Soil Structure)

  • 본 연구는 토목섬유 보강토 구조물의 보강 메카니즘을 규명하고자 하는 목적으로 실시하였으며, 여기서 보강 메카니즘은 전단에 의한 다짐토의 체적 팽창(부의 다일러턴시)을 토목섬유에 의해 구속 억제하는 과정에서 생성되는 효과로 간주하고 있다. 토목섬유의 보강효과를 높이는 방법으로 프리스트레스(pre-stress)공법을 도입하여 토목섬유 보강토 구조물의 현장실험을 소개하고, 유한요소해석을 이용하여 프리스트레스에 의한 보강효과를 검토하였다. 또한 다짐토의 탄소성 모델과 이러한 모델에 필요한 초기 입력값의 결정 방법들이 제시되었다. 마지막으로, 유한요소(FEM)해석을 통해 얻어진 결과들을 현장실험의 결과와 비교 분석하였다.
