This thesis is a study about Mai Jue Chan Wei (脈訣闡微) among many medical books by Chen Shi Duo (陳士鐸) who was a famous medical practitioner of China under the early Qing dynasty. Chen Shi Duo (陳士鐸) who is from, Shaoxing (紹興), Zhejiang (浙江) had his pen-name as Jing Zhi (敬之) and also was called as Zhu Hua Zi (朱華子) or Lian Gong (蓮公) under pseudonym of Yuan Gong (遠公). He was a medical practitioner under the early Qing dynasty in China and the date of birth and death was not for sure nor was written in the history book.

The objective of this study is to develope the record forms for the home care nursing. Through the literature review and 4 times of workshop participated with the health practitioner and nursing professors from July 1993 to March 1995, the standands of home nursing care, initial assessment tools, progress notes by diseases and the referral sheet were developed. The Community health practitioner were trained for home nursing care and participated with 5 nursing professors in the workshop to validate the content of the record forms. It is suggested that the more refinement of these record forms fased a defined conceptual framework in the various home nursing area is needed in the future.

The wide use of chairside CAD/CAM restorations has increased the diversity of the restorative material. For the practitioner, the selection of the appropriate material is difficult amongst the variety offered by the market. Information on the characteristics of the products can be difficult to assess due to the lack of up-to-date classification and the lack of reliability of manufacturer's advertising. The purpose of this article is to structure the data on restorative materials provided by various sources in order for the practitioner to choose the product most suited to the clinical situation. The objective is to classify chairside CAD/CAM materials and to define their characteristics and indications.

Purpose : The purpose of the study were to describe outcomes of CHP activities, and to evaluate the economic validity of CHP through a cost-benefit analysis. Method : The sample size was 272. Data were collected using a researcher developed questionnaire from November 1999 to March, 2000. Result : The mean age of CHPs was 39.6 (SD-36). In regard to marital status, 90.8% of the respondents were married. 72% of the CHPs had associate degree. Among CHP activities, providing medical services was 50%, followed by home care visits 20% and health promotion services 20%, preventive services 10%. Total costs per month incurred to CHP activities was \3,053,437($2,442.7). Total benefits per month was \6,711,525($5,369.2). Hence, net benefit was calculated as \3,658,089($2,926). Conclusion : Cost-benefit ratio was 2.20, which provides the evidence of the economic viability of CHP program. The result of cost-benefit analysis, however, would more strongly support the economic value of CHP if intangible benefits of CHP activities such as decreases in pain and suffering and increased quality of life, could be counted.

In field of Aviation Maintenance, honest and expedite voluntary report of potential hazard provide airworthiness aircraft by eliminating or avoiding from dangerous factors of aircraft. Although it supports for safety flight, voluntary incident reporting system consist of Aviation practitioner and require cooperation of practitioner due to there are no forcibleness. These occur when positive safety culture and report culture are settled. In this regard, this study firstly identify the current status of Aviation Safety Reporting System in Korea. Then, this article also find out the level of reporting culture of the AMT(Aircraft Maintenance Technicians) and problems in reporting system. Finally, suggestions on the model of positive safety reporting culture in a field of aircraft maintenance.

Purpose : The purpose of the study is to investigate the knowledge, attitude, confidence, and experiences of community health practitioner(CHP) regarding cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR). Methods : The subjects were 333 CHP in G Province, C Province, and I Metropolitan City. A structured self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 209 participants from July 29, 2013 to September 30, 2013. Results : Confidence level toward CPR was intermediate, and knowledge and attitude level was very low. Seventeen participants performed CPR to cardiac arrest victim. Eleven patients among 25 patients had spontaneous recovery of circulation (ROSC). So the rate was very high. Conclusion : It is necessary to perform the efficient CPR in CHP. In order to improve the positive attitude and confidence in CHP, the renewal system must maintain every two years.

This paper presents a statistical machine learning method that generates the implied volatility surface under the rareness of the market data. We apply the practitioner's Black-Scholes model and Gaussian process regression method to construct a Bayesian inference system with observed volatilities as a prior information and estimate the posterior distribution of the unobserved volatilities. The variance instead of the volatility is the target of the estimation, and the radial basis function is applied to the mean and kernel function of the Gaussian process regression. We present two types of Gaussian process regression methods and empirically analyze them.

본 연구는 최근 한국 사회복지서비스의 변화를 민영화이론, 복지혼합, 소비자주의 접근으로 설명하는 것이 제한적이라고 보고 서비스 행위자간 관계분석으로 변화를 설명하고자 하였다. 사회복지서비스의 네 행위자인 이용자, 전달자, 제공자, 정부가 맺는 여섯 차원의 관계에서 변화를 공식성과 평등성 이라는 기준으로 분석하였다. 이 결과 한국 사회복지서비스에서 행위자들의 관계가 온정적이고 시혜적인 성격의 비공식적이고 위계적인 관계에서 공식성과 평등성을 강화하는 방식으로 제도화되고 있음을 포착하였다. 이러한 관계는 계약적 방식에 기초하고 있으며 행위자 권리의 제도적 기초가 형성된 점이 의미 있는 변화로 발견되었다. 반면, 정부와 다른 행위자들과의 관계가 가지는 불명료성이 딜레마로 분석되었다. 이 딜레마는 사회복지서비스 공급에서 서비스 질 관리라는 정부의 역할을 구체화하면서 해결되어야 함을 제안하였다.

학회 저널은 우리 모두가 가꾸고 지켜 나가야할 귀중한 재산이다. 최근 ISR 저널의 성격에 대해 여러 가지 의견이 개진되어오고 있다. 특히 실무 지향적이고 현장 업무에 기여할 수 있는 지식의 공유 장소라는 원래의 목표가 이루어져왔는가에 대해 많은 우려가 나오고 있는 실정이다. 이에 ISR 논문의 현상을 분석하고, 이를 기초로 ISR 저널이 나아갈 방향에 대해 논문의 성격과 심사 방안 등에 대해 몇 가지 제안을 드리고자 한다. 여기서 제시된 안을 토대로 학회 모두의 활발한 의견 개진과 토론이 이어지길 기대한다.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to analyze the present status of community health practitioner activities and efforts to improve the job performance. Method: This study employed descriptive exploratory design. The sample consisted of 1,892 community health practitioners which was 90 % of population of community health practitioners. The data was analyzed by using SPSS Windows 10.0. Result: The most popular activities of community health practitioners were women's health, chronic degenerative disease management, elderly health, and outpatient care of primary health care. The activities that community health practitioners want to strengthen were outpatient care, disease prevention, rehabilitation, health promotion, and counseling. The efforts to improve the job performance were consult to other health care professionals, discussion with patient and families to choose effective treatment options. Community health practitioners knew that they were exposed to malpractice and hould try to make many efforts to improve their performance. Conclusion: The roles and activities of community health practitioners should be changed to the shift of health care environment and systems.
