For the purpose of adapting positively to the information society, it is very important to develop the capabilities of the retrieve, gather, process and application for informations by making efficient use of computers. So, with a view to understanding the importance of computer and adjusting actively to the information society, the systematic policy to cultivate the ability of making the most of computers is strongly demended. Therefore this study is to make a curriculum and guide for improving the capability of applying computers systematically, through analyzing a curriculum of computer in Elementary, Middle and High Schools, and to develop a model of grading system to cultivate the ability of applying computers, which grades capabilities of its practical use.

Experiment teaching is an important part for science and engineering colleges, teaching through different pilot projects: First, help students to consolidate the theory of operation; second, trail students the capacity and the ability to solve practical problems. Improve students the curriculum of learning, and promote the formation of students to discover and solve the problem. of the basic quality in training students hands-on ability and ability to innovate, while guiding them to develop the attitude of scientific truth-seeking, the style of rigorous and thorough and the spirit of unity and coordination.

It has been known generally that investment in the extending ability to use the IT applications have further enhanced the productivity of effects of IT on firms by reducing costs, increasing returns, and increasing the speed of operations, etc. Notwithstanding this fact, it was very complex and difficult to evaluate concretely the effect of informatization of firm. SMEs(Small- & Medium-sized Enterprises) in particular. In this study, I point out the weakness of SMEs and analyze the effects of informatization through the count data model. For this analysis, I separate the effects into two part, such as organizational effect and personal effect. It comes to conclusion that organizational effect is larger than personal effect and the ability to practical use of IT systems is most efficient item related with informatization level. Since it will be important to cencentrate on raising this ability for heightening the competitiveness of SMEs.

This paper diagnose subjects and measures the learning ability of students based on the goal of developing an assessment tool for education productivity based on multi-aspect evaluation conducted by ICEE at Honam University. Furthermore, develop an assessment tool for education productivity that provides a motive to bring detailed improvements in teaching methods through the diagnosis. In addition, a method for compensating the issues and improving the quality of subject is suggested to develop learning ability of students through applying the assessment tool. An integrated operated system of CQI is desired to be built along with quality improvement of education through measuring academic quality by studying the methods for enhancing academic and learning ability achievement from analysis of the curriculum provided in the "ABEEK program". Through this study the current state of education productivity is presented through analyzing the difference between students who participated in the "ABEEK program" and who did not participate, and operating a comparison between the student's comprehension on their majors and liberal arts by the multi-aspect evaluation that has been conducted for 2 years.

Objectives : This study aimed to investigate the clinical practice ability and satisfaction of clinical training of health-medical information management major students. Methods : The data were collected from 68 persons from students finished clinical training at medical record (information) team using self administered questionnaires. The data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA and correlation with SPSS 22.0 version. Results: Performance of data collection, data management, and data analysis were analyzed in three areas of the job area. In terms of academic characteristics and correlation, they were not related to the level of satisfaction with the practical experience. Conclusions : Research on a virtuous cycle clinical practice program that analyzes the factors by assessing the satisfaction level of clinical practice in each area of health care information management will be conducted continuously.

This study aims to find the significance of the ancient Egyptian arithmetic in mathematics education and to analyze the educational value by practical teaching of the Egyptian multiplication. In this study, we confirmed that application of historical materials in mathematics instruction enable students to awaken their interest, to offer the opportunities of exploration, and furthermore to develop their mathematical thinking ability.

본 연구에서는 미용전공자들의 VR 체험을 기반으로 한 미용교육이 전문지식과 실무능력에 미칠 기대의식을 바탕으로 VR을 기반으로 한 미용 교과목 개발과 교육환경을 확보하고자 하였다. 총 106명의 학습자가 연구에 참여하였으며 온라인 설문지를 이용하여 VR기반 미용 교과목 개발 인식, 전문지식과 실무능력에 관한 인식, 일반적 특성에 관한 문항으로 진행되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 유의수준 .05 수준에서 검증하였다. 빈도분석, 요인분석, 상관관계, 선형회귀분석을 실시한 조사결과, 학점이 높을수록 VR 기반 미용 교과목 개발에 대한 인식이 높게 나타났다(p<.01). VR 기반 미용교과목개발에 대한 인식은 VR기반 전문지식과 실무능력 인식의 하위요인별 전문지식(r=.683, p<.001), 실무능력(r=.676, p<.001), 산업관련인식(r=.543, p<.001)과 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 VR 기반 미용 교과목 개발에 대한 인식이 높을수록 전문지식, 실무능력, 산업관련 인식이 향상될 것이라는 기대감을 갖는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과로 미용교육환경에서 전공자들의 VR 기반 미용 교과목 개발에 대한 필요성과 교과목 운영에 대한 기대를 확인하였다. 후속 연구에서는 표본의 범위를 확대한 연구진행이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

Finte element methods are developed for the initial distribution problems which contain the surge potential circuits of high voltage transformer windings. The initial distribution of surge voltages in transformer windings are useful to the work to a practical engineering basis. However, the conventional methods of analyzing them so far are much complicated for practical designs. In this paper, the ability to solve surge potential field problems underlies the development of descreting methods to a lodal capacitive distribution-coefficients for determing the surge voltage relationship among a set of transformer coils. A practical example-the modeling of an antioscillation shield coil winding and hisercap winding is used to illustrate and evaluate these methods.

This paper is to find and to suggest alternative ways of description on function chapters in the middle school mathematics so that the descriptions be more closely related to daily life. The research has two phases: one for belief on the usefulness, the other for cognitive ability to solve the practical problems. Results are as following. 1. Most descriptions of corresponding chapters have emphases on the usefulness of functions so as to enhance beliefs on the use of functions. 2. Most practical functions contain expressions of large constant term and large coefficients in magnitude while those are not in the descriptions of tektbooks, especially in case of using ruled papers. 3. For quadratic functions, most students do not detect the degree of the function from the data presented by pairs of values of x and y. And those are not dealt with in most of textbooks, which are given in the MIC textbook.

In recent years, in order to enhance the problem-solving skills required by the industrial field, universities have introduced the Problem-Based Learning(PBL) method to solve the problems caused by the lack of creativity, problem solving ability and self-directed learning. This study applied PBL class methods such as 'learning based on individual specific problems', 'self-directed learning', and 'small-group learning of small members' to practical design of fashion design. To do this, I conducted a questionnaire after conducting research based on the PBL module for one semester in a practical class of fashion design major at P University. As a result of the survey, the satisfaction and achievement of the class conducted by PBL learning method was improved than the existing teaching method. As such, if PBL class is used as a way of solving problems through close communication between professors and learners, it is expected to be established as a learner-centered education method that can improve creativity and professionalism.
