회로분할과 테스트 입력 벡터 제어를 이용한 저전력 Scan-based BIST 설계 (Design for Lour pouter Scan-based BIST Using Circuit Partition and Control Test Input Vectors)

  • In this paper, we propose a low power Scan-based Built-ln Self Test based on circuit partitioning and pattern suppression using modified test control unit. To partition a CUT(Circuit Under Testing), the MHPA(Multilevel Hypergraph Partition Algorithm) is used. As a result of circuit partition, we can reduce the total length of test pattern, so that power consumptions are decreased in test mode. Also, proposed Scan-based BIST architecture suppresses a redundant test pattern by inserting an additional decoder in BIST control unit. A decoder detects test pattern with high fault coverage, and applies it to partitioned circuits. Experimental result on the ISCAS benchmark circuits shows the efficiency of proposed low power BIST architecture.

사회계층에 따른 부부의 권력과 폭력과의 관계 (Relations between Conjugal Power and Violence according to Social Class)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of conjugal power type and conjugal violence level according to social class. This study was also intended to examine the relations between conjugal power type and conjugal violence level. The subjects of this study were 492 high school students in Seoul. Conjugal power was measured with used to measure the conjugal violence level. For the statistical analysis of data, x2-test, Pearson's r, F-test, Duncan's Multiple Range Test and Cronbach's α for reliability were performed. The major results of this study were summarized as follows; 1. There were significant differences according to social class in conjugal power type: The higher social class of the family, the more Syncratic Type were found. And the lower social class of the family, the more Wife Dominant Type were found. 2. There were significant differences according to social class in conjugla violence level: Couples of the lowest class appeared to be more verbal aggression and physical violence. 3. The most severe Husband-to-Wife verbal aggression and physical violence were appeared when the conjugal power type is either Husband Dominant Type or Wife Dominant Type.

  • A diagnostic test of 15.4kV cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE) ultra high voltage power cables from generator in the Soyanggang hydro electric power plant was conducted over 3 months, beginning April 2001. According to the results, in the case of the power cables from generator 1, there was little possibility of proceeding rapid1y to failure or defect because the data from diagnosis doesn't indicate any failure, deterioration or partial discharge. However, in the case of the power cables from generator 2, the. polarization index show a slight abnormal condition of the insulator that is not severe, and the deterioration was also identified as not severe. However, the partial discharge had an abnormal condition which was severe.

  • This Paper presents circuit improvement of 345kV Bus bar protection panel by using VDD (Voltage disturbance detection) relay with distinctive ability between human error in the field test and real facility faults. Therefore, We expect that this improvement of circuit helps decrease of blackout coming from human error.   • Nowadays, 60 percent of thermal power plants already have been operated over their own design life. These operations of old power plant over their design life have caused a fracture accident of degradation a loss of economic and human. Therefore, the new life assessment and prediction technology is necessary to improve the safety and reliability of high pressure and high temperature power plant facilities. In this paper, innovative electrochemical test method have been used and results have been compared to the conventional test. Finally, the electrochemical test is applied to the in-field HP turbine and a database is currently in progress for the development of the life assessment standard and procedure.

  • This study proposes a new topology for the performance test of a valve consisting of a modular multilevel converter (MMC)-based static synchronous compensator (STATCOM). The conventional valve performance test equipment requires high-voltage AC source of several kV rating because the number of submodules to be tested in a valve should be at least six or eight. However, the power source of the proposed scheme is DC and not AC source. The DC power source voltage range of the proposed test circuit is from several volts to several tens of volts. Therefore, the size and cost for the performance test equipment can be reduced considerably compared with the conventional method. The proposed scheme satisfies the requirements of the IEC 62927 standard. Simulations are conducted for a valve of 50[MVA] MMC-based STATCOM. Experimental results with a scale-downed setup show the validity of the proposed performance test topology.

  • Auxiliary power supply developed by domestic technology has very important function that not only effect on main power converter & inverter system, traction motor and train control system which are related to performance of train, but also influence on power supply for HVAC(Heat, Ventilation, Air-conditioning) and lighting device which are related to comfort of passengers. This paper shows characteristic test results of auxiliary power supply such as working condition and performance, which is associated with velocity of train, operating mode and surrounding equipment, through test running. And, it propose a modification of design parameter for stabilizing operation and improving reliability.

  • Due to the need of increasing thermal efficiency, supercritical pressure and temperature have been utilized in power plants. It is well known that 9Cr1Mo steel is suitable fer use in power plants operating at supercritical conditions. Therefore, to ensure the safety and the soundness of the power plant, creep characterization of the steel is important. In this study, the creep characterization of the gCr1Mo steel using small punch creep(SP-Creep) test has been described. The applied load and the central displacement of the specimen in SP-Creep test have been converted to bearing stress and strain of uc, respectively. The converted SP-Creep curves clearly showed the typical three-stage behavior of creep. The steady-state creep rate and the rupture time of the steel logarithmically changed with the bearing stress and satisfied the Power law relationship. Furthermore, the Larson-Miller parameter of the SP-Creep test agreed with that of the tensile creep test. From the comparison with low Cr-Mo steels, the creep characteristics of 9Cr1Mo steel proved to be superior. Thus, it can be confirmed that the 9Cr1Mo steel is suitable for supercritical power plant.

  • Superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) is an power device of a novel concept. While SFCLs generate no ohmic loss during the operation carrying normal currents, they can limit fault currents very fast making large impedance by their quench characteristics. In 2006, KEPCO has developed a distribution class hybrid type SFCL by a collaborative research project with LS industrial systems. The SFCL has merits in practical and economical points of view. In the SFCL, the superconductor just plays a role of a fault detector and the current limiting is completed by the other current limiting element made of normal metals throu호 the line commutation. As a result, the required amounts of superconductors can be reduced considerably. Consequently, the hybrid SFCL can be fabricated with small size and cost, maintaining perfect current limiting performance. Currently, KEPCO is carrying out a research project at Gochang power test center for the purpose of the verification test of the 22.9 kV/ 630 A class SFCL for the practical application in real grid. Through the project, a long term operational test and fault current test will be done. In this paper, the back ground of development and installation of the SFCL will be explained and the operation plan of the SFCL for the verification test is also introduced.

  • 본 논문은 틸트-덕트 수직이착륙 비행로봇을 위한 동력계통의 설계, 개발 및 시험 결과를 기술한다. 본 연구에서는 R/C 모터보트에 적용되는 소형 수냉식 엔진을 이용하여 비행로봇의 탑재 및 비행체와 인터페이스에 대한 하드웨어 개발 사항을 기술하였다. 또한 지상시험과 안전줄 시험을 통해 비행체의 추력 성능을 측정하고 동력계통의 내구성 결과가 제시되었다.
