  • OO변전소 154 kV GIS에서 부분방전측정 수행을 하였다. GIS내부 결함유무 및 위치를 판정하기 위해 현장 정밀측정을 한 결과 GIS 내부에서 발생하는 부분방전신호가 아닌 외부노이즈임을 세가지 측정방법을 통해 판별할 수 있었다.

노인복지관을 이용하는 노인의 사회참여 태도, 사회적 지지, 역량이 노인차별경험에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Social Participation Attitude, Social Support, and Empowerment on Ageism Experience in the Elderly Using Welfare Centers)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the factors affecting the discrimination of the elderly using welfare centers. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted with 217 elderly people from a welfare center in D city. Data were collected using a self-administered questionnaire survey consisting of ageism experience, social participation attitude, social support, and empowerment. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression were performed using SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Results: As a result of analyzing the correlations among the variables, the discrimination experience of the elderly showed negative correlations in social participation attitude and child relationship support. The factors affecting the discrimination experience of the elderly include gender, job, smartphone use, and child relationship support had a significant effect. The explanatory power of the discrimination experience of these factors was 15.4%. Conclusion: This study found that gender, job, social support, and smartphone use were factors influencing the discrimination experience of the elderly. It is hoped that public relations and policy measures should be considered.

대학생의 노인 차별의식 영향 요인 (Factors Influencing the Discrimination Consciousness of the Elderly in College Students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 노인차별의식, 노인접촉경험, 조부모와 유대감, 효의식, 노인지식 간의 관계와 노인차별의식에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기, 충청지역의 대학생 190명으로 2018년 5월 28일-6월 15일까지 설문지로 수집하였고, 분석은 SPSS 20.0으로 평균, 표준편차, t-test ANOVA, pearson correlation coefficient와 노인차별의식 영향여인 확인을 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 노인차별의식은 노인접촉경험(r=-.353, p<.01), 조부모와 유대감(r=-.266, p<.01), 효의식(r=-.353, p<.01)과 통계적으로 유의하게 음의 상관관계가 있었고, 대학생의 노인차별의식 영향 요인은 효의식(${\beta}=-.354$, p<.001)과 노인지식(${\beta}=.281$, p<.001) 순으로 큰 영향력을 미치며, 노인접촉경험과 조부모와 유대감이 예측변인으로 변인의 총 설명력은 29.1%였다.

춘란(Cymbidium goeringii) 품종에 대한 Simple Sequence Repeats (SSR) DNA 마커의 복합 유전자형 결정과 적용 (Determination and Application of Combined Genotype of Simple Sequence Repeats (SSR) DNA Marker for Cultivars of Cymbidium goeringii)

  • 춘란(Cymbidium goeringii)은 동북아시아에서 난류중에서 가장 잘 알려진 중요한 종이다. 본 연구에서는 8개의 simple sequence repeats(SSR) 마커(CG409, CG415, CG709, CG722,CG787, CG1023, CG1210, and CG1281)를 동시증폭할 수 있는 multiplex PCR 시스템을 개발하여, 춘란의 40품종에 대한 유전자형을 분석하하는데 활용하였다. 품종은 모든 품종은 서로 다른 복합 유전자형을 가졌으며, 개체간 평균 복합식별력은 $7.14{\times}10^{-10}$로 매우 높게 나타났다. 관찰 이형접합도(Ho = 0.466)는 한국 내 야생집단과 유사한 값(동해안: 0.438, 서해안: 0.583)을 보였는데, 이 사실은 각 품종이 원래 야생에서 채집되어 품종으로 등록된 후 영양번식을 통해 번식을 하면서 유전적 본질이 변형되지 않았음을 의미한다. 본 연구에서 아울러 확립한 8개의 SSR 마커의 복합 유전자형을 이용하여 SSR DNA ID를 2차원 바코드로 표현하는 프로그램을 개발하였다. 복합 유전자형을 사용하여 개발된 개체별 고유 DNA ID의 개체 식별력은 통계적으로 99.999999% 이상이 되므로 높은 정확도로 개체간 구분이 가능해진다. 본 연구에서 개발한 SSR DNA ID와 2차원 바코드는 춘란 품종간 식별, 유지 등에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

An approach for simultaneous determination for geographical origins of Korean Panax ginseng by UPLC-QTOF/MS coupled with OPLS-DA models

  • Identification of the origins of Panax ginseng has been issued in Korea scientifically and economically. We describe a metabolomics approach used for discrimination and prediction of ginseng roots from different origins in Korea. The fresh ginseng roots from six ginseng cooperative associations (Gangwon, Gaeseong, Punggi, Chungbuk, Jeonbuk, and Anseong) were analyzed by UPLC-MS-based approach combined with orthogonal projections to latent structure-discriminant analysis multivariate analysis. The ginsengs from Gangwon and Gaeseong were easily differentiated. We further analyzed the metabolomics results in subgroups. Punggi, Chungbuk, Jeonbuk, and Anseong ginseng could be easily differentiated by the first two orthogonal components. As a validation of the discrimination model, we performed blind prediction tests of sample origins using an external test set. Our model predicted their geographical origins as 99.7% probability. The robust discriminatory power and statistical validity of our method suggest its general applicability for determining the origins of P. ginseng samples.

고주파를 이용한 송전선로의 사고 검출 및 판별에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Fault Detection and Discrimination of Transmission Line using Fault-generated High Frequency Signals)

  • Most conventional protection relays are based on processing information in the spectrum that is close to or at power frequency. It is, however, widely known that faults on transmission lines produce frequency components of a wide range. High frequency signals caused by sudden changes in system voltage that occurs in the immediate post-fault period are generally outside the bandwidth of receptibility of most protection scheme. In this respect, a specially designed stack tuner is connected to the coupling capacitor of CVT, in order to capture the high frequency signals. Digital signal processing is then applied to the captured information to determine whether the fault is inside or outside the protected zone, and to discriminate the fault type. In this paper, modal transform is not applied to fault generated signals, because signals which are converted by modal transform are not have an information of each phase any longer. Instead, using peak voltage value of data windows is able to discriminate fault type. The paper concludes by presenting fault detection and discrimination of various faults on transmission line which are based on extensive simulation studies carried out on a typical 154kV Korean transmission line, using the EMTP software.

  • An AC generator is an important components in producing a electric power and so it requires highly reliable protection relays to minimize the possibility of demage occurring under fault conditions. Conventionally, a DFT based RDR has been used for protecting the generator stator winding. However, when DFTs based on Fourier analysis are used, it has been pointed out that defects can occur during the process of transforming a time domain signal into a frequency domain one which can lead to loss of time domain information. This paper proposes the internal fault detection and fault type discrimination for the stator winding by applying the detailed coefficients by Daubechies Wavelet Transform to overcome the defects in the DFT process. For the case studies reported in the paper, a model system was established for the simulations utilizing the ATP, and this verified the effectiveness of the proposed technique through various off-line tests carried out on the collected data. The propose method is shown to be able to rapidly identify internal fault and did not operate a miss-operation for all the external fault tested.

신경회로망과 고장전류의 변화를 이용한 고장판별 알고리즘에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Algorithm for Fault Discrimination in Transmission Lines Using Neural Network and the Variation of Fault Currents)

  • When faults occur in transmission lines, the classification of faults is very important. If the fault is HIF(High Impedance Fault), it cannot be detected or removed by conventional overcurrent relays (OCRs), and results in fire hazards and causes damages in electrical equipment or personal threat. The fast discrimination of fault needs to effective protection and treatment and is important problem for power system protection. This paper proposes the fault detection and discrimination algorithm for LIFs(Low Impedance Faults) and HIFs(High Impedance Faults). This algorithm uses artificial neural networks and variation of 3-phase maximum currents per period while faults. A double lines-to-ground and line-to-line faults can be detected using Neural Network. Also, the other faults can be detected using the value of variation of maximum current. Test results show that the proposed algorithms discriminate LIFs and HIFs accurately within a half cycle.

대학수학능력시험(영어시험)의 문항개선에 대한 연구 (A study on the improvement of the test items in Korean scholastic ability test (English test))

  • The purpose of the study was to explore ways to improve the test items on the Korean scholastic ability test. More specifically, the researchers investigated whether use of the target language in test items would make a difference in total scores, discriminatory power, and item difficulty. A total of 288 high school seniors participated in the study. The subjects were divided into the experimental group (N=145) and the control group (N=143). A 25-item test resembling the Korean scholastic ability test was administered to both groups. The experimental group was given items whose questions and alternatives were all presented in English, whereas the control group was given items whose questions and alternatives were presented in Korean only. Statistical analyses revealed that use of English vs. Korean in the questions and alternatives made a significant difference in total scores, item discrimination, and item difficulty level. The findings strongly suggest that use of English is one way to improve the quality of the Korean scholastic ability test by enhancing item discrimination and face validity. Considering that the test in question is a high-stakes exam in Korea, further research on how to improve the Korean scholastic ability test is urgently called for.

FM 라디오 환경에서의 실시간 음악 판별 시스템 구현 (Implementation of Music Signals Discrimination System for FM Broadcasting)

  • 본 연구에서는 GMM 기반의 음성/음악 판별 방법을 응용하여 FM 라디오 방송에서 순수한 음악 구간만을 판별하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 시스템에서는 음성, 음악, 광고 음악, 기타 여러 가지 사운드가 혼합되어 있는 오디오 방송 프로그램에서 순수한 음악만을 판별하여 자동으로 저장하고자 한다. 음악의 시작 부분과 끝 부분을 보다 정교하게 검출하고자 순수한 음악으로 판별된 구간의 시작 부분과 끝 부분에 대해 후처리 과정을 추가하였다. PC 환경에서 FM 라디오 방송을 이용하여 구현된 시스템을 실시간으로 테스트한 결과 우수한 성능을 보임을 확인하였다. 또한 SoC 구현을 고려하여 고정소수점 연산을 수행한 결과 3MIPS 이하의 적은 연산량으로 부동소수점 연산일 때와 동일한 결과를 얻을수 있었다.
