The utility and the nuclear research institutes in korea have conducted research for improving inefficient requirements in technical specifications using the results of probability risk assessments and informations with risk. However, the guidance for reviewing the improved technical specifications has not been developed. The objective of this study is to develop a decision-making framework for investigating and reviewing the technical documents associated with the to changes of technical specification This study has developed a decision-making framework for reviewing the improvements of the RI-TS(Risk-Informed Technical Specifications). This work may contribute to enhancing both the safety and the efficiency of nuclear power plants by changing Technical Specifications proposed by the utility.

The location selection for nuclear power plants (NPP) is a strategic decision, which has significant impact operation of the plant and sustainable development of the region. Further, the ranking of the alternative locations and selection of the most suitable and efficient locations for NPPs is an important multi-criteria decision-making problem. In this paper, the non-sequential Monte Carlo probabilistic method and the Latin hypercube sampling probabilistic method are used to evaluate and select the optimal locations for NPP. These locations are identified by the power plant's onsite loads and the average of the lowest number of relay protection after the NPP's trip, based on electricity considerations. The results obtained from the proposed method indicate that in selecting the optimal location for an NPP after a power plant trip with the purpose of internal onsite loads of the power plant and the average of the lowest number of relay protection power system, on the IEEE RTS 24-bus system network given. This paper provides an effective and systematic study of the decision-making process for evaluating and selecting optimal locations for an NPP.

이 연구의 목적은 문민 정부와 국민의 정부 시기의 한국 사회복지정책 결정구조를 비교함으로써, 1990년대 후반 이후 발생한 한국 사회복지정책의 변화원인을 탐구하는 것이다. 사회복지정책 결정구조를 비교하기 위해 이 연구는 정책 연결망 분석방법을 활용하였다. 정책 연결망 분석은 정책 결정과정에 참여하는 행위자들 사이의 관계 구조를 파악할 수 있게 함으로써, 쉽게 관찰하기 어려운 정책 결정 구조의 특성을 파악하는데 유용하다. 6개의 정책영역과 그에 속하는 52개의 정책사건에 대한 정책 연결망 분석 결과 문민 정부의 정책 결정 구조에서 주변적인 위치에 있던 시민사회가 국민의 정부 시기 동안에는 정책 결정 구조의 중심에 진입하였음을 발견하였다. 반면에 문민 정부의 사회복지 정책 결정 구조에서 비토 지점으로 역할해 온 경제관련 부처들은 국민의 정부 시기 동안 그에 상응하는 역할을 수행하지 못했던 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 두 정부 시기의 정책 결정 구조에는 상당한 차이가 존재함을 알 수 있었고, 1990년대 후반 이후 발생한 한국 사회복지정책의 변화는 이러한 정책 결정 구조의 변화양상과 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 생각된다.

The power expansion planning is large and capital intensive capacity planning. In the past, the expansion planning was established with the proper supply reliability in order to minimize social cost. However, the planning cannot use cost minimizing objective function in the power markets with many market participants. This paper proposed the power expansion planning process in the power markets. This system is composed of Regulator and GENCO's model. Regulator model used multi-criteria decision making rule. GENCO model is very complex problem. Thus, this system transacted the part by several scenario assuming GENCO model.

The purpose of this study was to find out the relationships among the elderly's self-esteem and life-adjustment according to decision-making power in their family. Interview survey was conducted and were selected. 296 over age 60 who lived in Jeonju. Frequencies, Percentiles, Pearson's correlation, t-test, ANOVA and Duncan's method were utilized for data analysis. The findings of this study were as follows ; 1) Decision-making power of the elderly in family had significant differences according to sex, coresiding with married children, and the sum of monthly personal expenses. 2) Elderly's self-esteem had significant differences according to sex, the present job, the situation of a spouse, and the sum of the monthly personal expenses. 3) Elderly's life-adjustment had significant difference according to residence type, the present job, the situation of a spouse, religion, education, and the sum of the monthly personal expenses. 4) Clothing and food in family had significant differences according to sex. 5) The elderly men's self-esteem had positive relationship with housing, sons and daughters guidance, grandchildren care, and family event and etc. But the elderly women's self-esteem had positive relationship with food, grandchildren care, and family event and etc. 6) The elderly men's life-adjustment had positive relationship with clothing, food, housing, family economy, sons and daughters guidance, grandchildren care, and family event and etc. But the elderly women's life-adjustment had positive relationship with food, housing, sons and daughters guidance, grandchildren care, and family event and etc.

플라즈마 식각 공정에서 식각 종료점 검출은 중요한 요소이다. Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES) 는 플라즈마 반응을 분석하는데 사용한다. 그리고 Plasma Impedance Monitoring (PIM) 은 플라즈마 공정 중에 RF power에 의한 voltage, current, power, impedance를 분석하는데 사용한다. 본 논문에서는 새로 제안하는 의사결정 알고리즘을 이용하여 single layer 산화막 플라즈마 식각에서 식각 종료점 검출의 성능을 향상시키는 것을 제안한다. 식각 종료점 검출의 정확도를 높이기 위해 OES 데이터와 PIM 데이터들을 의사결정 알고리즘에 모두 적용하여 사용한다. 제안된 방법은 SiOx 플라즈마 식각에서 식각 종료점을 정확하게 검출한다.

Nowadays, circulation industry is taking charge of important role in improvement of competitive power on the manufacturing industry and public welfare increase of consumer, price stabilization, employment creation and so on. A lot of research have been progressing for formation of total circulation complex, but decision making for selection of location on some facility is only calculated the optimum value when correct data values are inserted. However, a lot of decision making is accomplished in situation that have little knowledge of objective and constraints and as real world is also evaluated inclusive of analyst's subjectivity about variable, indefinite and fuzzy part, so it is decreasing a reliability on evaluation result and complicating objective evaluation on various effect and negative impact. Accordingly, from under like this situation, this study is to develop location decision model of circulation complex using fuzzy theory from the intention for the most reasonable decision making in fuzzy situation based on decision making problem on conventional location and size decision that did to be satisfactory constraints necessarily.

Recently, the continuing operation of nuclear power plants has become a major controversial issue in Korea. Whether to continue to operate nuclear power plants is a matter to be determined considering many factors including social and political factors as well as economic factors. But in this paper we concentrate only on the economic factors to make an optimum decision on operating nuclear power plants. Decisions should be based on forecasts of plant accident risks and large and small accident data from power plants. We outline the structure of a decision model that incorporate accident risks. We formulate to decide whether to shutdown permanently, shutdown temporarily for maintenance, or to operate one period of time and then periodically repeat the analysis and decision process with additional information about new costs and risks. The forecasting model to predict nuclear power plant accidents is incorporated for an improved decision making. First, we build a one-period decision model and extend this theory to a multi-period model. In this paper we utilize influence diagrams as well as decision trees for modeling. And bayesian statistical approach is utilized. Many of the parameter values in this model may be set fairly subjective by decision makers. Once the parameter values have been determined, the model will be able to present the optimal decision according to that value.

본 연구는 간호사를 대상으로 임상적 의사결정능력에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도되었다. G도 병원에 근무하는 156명을 자료수집 하였다. IBM SPSS WIN/25.0을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, Multiple regression을 사용하였다. 대상자의 임상적 의사결정능력에 가장 영향을 미치는 요인은 간호연구 '매우관심', 비판적 사고성향, '석/박사', 총 임상경력 '20년1개월 이상', 도덕적 행동, 간호연구 '중요하다', '미혼', 총 임상경력 '5년1개월-10년', 부서근무경력 '3년1개월-5년' 순이었다. 설명력은 51.4%이었다. 간호연구에 관심과 중요성, 도덕적 행동과 학력, 경력이 임상적 의사결정능력에 영향을 미치는 변수임을 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있었다. 본 연구결과는 프로그램 개발 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 윤리적 딜레마 상황에서 임상적 의사결정능력을 높일 수 있는 교육 프로그램을 개발하여 적용하고 그 효과를 검증할 것을 제언한다.

본 연구의 목적은 스마트폰 사용자들의 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 탐구하는 것이었다. 본 연구는 친밀감, 개인연결성, 사용 및 의존성, 친숙함 및 전문성, 효능 및 효과, 자아정체성, 제어 등을 독립 변수로 설정하고 의사 결정을 종속 변수로 설정한다. 본 연구에서는 스마트폰 사용자 200명을 설문지를 통해 수집 분석하였으며, 변수간 영향을 파악하기 위해 Smartpls 3.0을 사용하였다. 스마트폰 사용자의 심리적 강도에 영향을 준 6가지 요인 중 5가지가 의사결정에 영향을 미친 것으로 분석됐다. 또한 조절변수로서의 사용 기간 등이 심리적 영향과의 관련성도 살펴보았다. 본 연구 분석 결과는 이전에 스마트폰의 심리적 영향에 대한 요인들에 연구가 미진한 가운에 스마트폰 기기의 발전 형태의 소비자 행동 기반이 될 수 있고, 향후 본 연구를 바탕으로 스마트폰 시스템 개발에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.
