The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of information system quality on business performance (net benefit) in the Korean public informatization business and to verify whether the user has mediating role in the relationship between information system quality and net benefit. In order to prepare empirical tests, factor analyses was conducted and the validity and reliability of the variables were confirmed to be acceptable. The research hypotheses were tested by regression analyses. The mediating effects as well as the main effects were analyzed by SPSS statistical program. The results show that the higher the quality of the information system becomes, the higher the usability by the users of the system increases. Also, it was found that the users had more positive effect on the net benefit of the public informatization project. In addition, it was confirmed that there was a partial mediating effect by the users on the relationship between information system quality and the benefits. The results of the research suggests that we establish a management system to improve the business performance efficiently according to the priorities of detailed success factors from the viewpoint of the public information business, and the users who use the information system quality and system.

The purpose of this study is to develop and apply activity-based STEAM education programs to verify elementary school students' logical thinking skills, attitudes to STEAM, and changes in satisfaction. The activity-based STEAM education program was developed in a total of 3 rounds under the theme of 'Let's get through Ultraviolet rays.' The finally developed program, which was revised and supplemented by process of preliminary commitment to elementary school students, proved its effectiveness through statistical methods in 168 sixth-grade in S elementary school students in Gyeonggi-do. The results of the study are as follows: First, the activity-based STEAM education program was developed around the topic of "Let's get through Ultraviolet rays" based on the "The solar system and Star" unit of the 5th and 6th grades of elementary school science. Second, by applying the developed activity-based STEAM education program to elementary school students, their cognitive development level by science behavioral system was improved after class, and proportion of the logical thinking skills and logic of variable control represented a significant value(p<.05). Third, the attitudes toward STEAM education, consisting of seven sub-factors, presented significant statistical test results across other factors, except for communication and usability factors(p<.05). Fourth, in the satisfaction test, the average value of the lower section was 3.59 to 3.85 points, and overall it was positive.

This paper aims to investigate ideological preferences of news media outlets by looking at the news coverage of North Korea-Russia summit in April, 2019. The meeting has gained attention in South Korea, China, Japan and America in that the historical meeting will reflect the future direction for denuclearization on the Korean peninsular and the peace in the world. Given this, in particular, a special attention is paid to the editorials and headlines of news articles reported in two Korean quality newspapers, DongA Ilbo and Hankyoreh because both are quality newspapers, but are ideologically different. To achieve objectivity and fairness, the same issues dealt with during the summit were compared and analyzed within Martin and White (2005)'s Appraisal framework. As a result, it was found that in editorials of DongA Ilbo showed a negative stance to the summit by employing the 'attitude' factor, whereas the Hankyoreh was overwhelmingly positive toward the issue, also by employing the 'attitude' factor. The political stance is likely to be in line with those shown in the headlines of news articles from each newspaper. That is, it is clear that each news outlet shows its ideological stances to news consumers through linguistic expressions, in that both editorials and the headlines of news articles express their political preferences to the summit by means of linguistic appraisals.

This paper presents a modeling prototype that optimizes construction processes implementing information communication technology (ICT). Using "IAMB", each and every actual steps of the construction process may be defined visually and explicitly by elaborating ICT to improve productivity and management efficiency. It contributes to identify the features on what parts of construction task are covered by ICT, and the effects of ICT on process performance. After analyzing 10 real project cases, ICT application types are classified into four categories according to ICT type, job functions that ICT applied, and the project phase in which ICT used. As a reuslt, it was confirmed that the positive outcomes on the construction process were beneficial to mostly the general contractors and mainly obtained by automated information processing, external consignment and consistent information use. Negative effects, which were occurred by mainly manual manipulation and duplication of information handling, were accrued to general contractors minimally, but to subcontractors maximally. Expert focus group commends that several important issues should be considered when implementing ICT.

This study is a qualitative study to explore the experiences of nursing students' psychological nursing practice in-school. The subjects of this study were 62 students who were the 3rd grade nursing students at a University in Gangwon-do. The data were collected from August 3rd to August 20th, 2020. For data analysis, Colaizzi's qualitative analysis method was applied. Six categories were derived from data analysis: 1) Lingering affection for clinical practice in field. 2) Achievement through learning 3) Fear of nurse's role in future 4) Burden for many tasks 5) Feeling free of stress from clinical practice in field 6) Importance of cooperation with other departments. The positive aspects of in-school practice education, which from nursing students' evaluation, were immediate feedback, detailed explanations, and indirect experiences. Based on this study result, it is recommended to develop in-school nursing practice education program for gap-reducing with clinical practice. It would be consisted of various contents: simulation, online/non-face-to-face practice, face-to-face practice for indirect experience. In addition, these multi-aspect effort is needed more in psychological nursing practice education to reduce the gap with clinical practice such as therapeutic communication and hallucination interventions.

The development of IT technology and information communication networks activated to online financial transactions; the users were able to get a variety of financial services. However, unlike the positive effect that occurred on 7 July 2009 DDoS(Distribute Denial of Service) attacks, such as damaging to the user, which was caused negative effects. Authentication technology(OTP) is used to online financial transaction, which should be reviewed to safety with various points because the unpredictable attacks can bypass the authentication procedure such as phishing sites, which is occurred. Thus, this paper proposes mobile OTP(One Time Password) Mechanism, which is based on PKI to improve the safety of OTP authentication. The proposed Mechanism is operated based on PKI; the secret is transmitted safely through signatures and public key encryption of the user and the authentication server. The users do not input in the web site, but the generated OTP is directly transmitted to the authentication server. Therefore, it is improvement of the availability of the user and the resolved problem is exposed from the citibank phishing site(USA) in 2006.

This is a thesis about the whole process of cooperative study for the project, 'Jeju Tamranun idea' which produced by Capstone Design Class in communication design Dept, Hongik University. The purpose of this thesis is to know the primary educational goal and essence of capstone design class and to find the enhancement plan for the local design industry. The exhibitional project, 'Jeju Tamranun idea' was operated three times by hongik university with the company based on Jeju from 2017 to 2019. After the research, There are three positive effects of this project which are the new social function of the discarded assignments, the improvement of educational standard through the autonomous competition, and the growth of students' social consciousness in the process of considering local industries. And there are several points to be reviewed for a better capstone design class with local design industries. It is necessary to utilize the untact system for solving distance issues. And also, absolute evaluations, giving equal reward, and copyright protection are needed. Lastly, the continuous development of the curriculum to improve local design industries is needed.

In the context of the global pandemic caused by COVID-19, emergency alert text messages can violate the privacy of confirmed corona positive cases. This study used conjoint analysis to identify the essential information factors and the privacy invasion information factors of local government initiated safety notices. As a result of this study, we found eight essential information factors, including all routes of the confirmed case and ten privacy invasion factors of safety notices. In addition, we found that there is a similarity between the combinations of information perceived to be the most essential and perceived as the most significant privacy invasion; both combinations include the confirmed case's personal and route information. This study ultimately tried to suggest a way to lower the concern about privacy invasion of the confirmed cases without damaging the emergency alert text messages' essential information. We expect that this study will provide researchers and policymakers interested in disaster communication with valuable theoretical and practical implications.

The personality education of the existing university is mainly focused on occupational ethics education or basic education, but the purpose and method of the personality education program is changed in preparation for the 4th industry and the related occupational personality education program is needed. In Korea, however, there is a lack of research on the development of educational programs for occupational personalities that Health care workers should have. Therefore, this study aims to confirm the effect by developing and applying a program for occupational personality education for Health care workers required for the 4th Industrial Revolution based on case-based learning. In this study, general cases and occupational cases were developed, and research tools were developed to verify the effectiveness of the occupational personality education program. The program developed in this study was provided four times for 52 students in the second and third grades college and university. This study was performed with a single group pre-post design. The data were analyzed by means of mean, standard deviation, and paired t-test. By applying the program developed in this study, accountability, honesty, consideration, collaboration, communication, and competency were improved. This confirmed the positive effect of vocational character education

Since 2015, Blockchain has experienced rapid development throughout the world, institutions including Central Banks, Government Departments, Commercial Banks, IT Giants are all accelerating their exploration on Blockchain, and investment on Blockchain related R&D departments and start-up companies also shows explosive growth. This paper studies the impact of blockchain technology on banks' conventional trade settlement methods and describes blockchain technology in term of its concepts, advantages, and disadvantages. It also studies the application processes of blockchain technology combined with conventional trade settlement methods (remittance, collection, and L/C), and analyzes the positive and negative impacts of blockchain technology on the conventional trade settlement methods. In addition, this paper lists the blockchain application cases, analyzes the technology development status and existing problems, and puts forward suggestions and measures for the development of blockchain finance in China based on the case analysis and impact research.
