한국의 경제가 저출산, 고령화사회의 진전으로 미래에 대한 불확실성 상태에 빠져들고 있다. 그러나 이러한 위기는 새로운 비즈니스 모델의 창출을 필요로 하는 기회가 될 수 있다. 따라서 미래성장엔진으로서 지향을 위한 새로운 사회 서비스 시장의 비즈니스 모델을 준비할 필요성이 있다. 사회서비스 비즈니스 모델은 참여인력 확보와 교육을 통한 양성, 보급을 바탕으로 하는데, 사회에 활성화 되어 있는 인터넷정보기술에 대한 응용방안과 효과를 본 연구를 통해 규명하고자 한다. 본 연구는 국내외 사회서비스 정책을 비교분석하고 연구의 필요성을 효율적으로 이끌어 내기 위해 다음의 연구문제를 설정하였다. 1. 국내 사회서비스 정책은 외국 사회서비스 정책과 비교할 때 어떤 차이가 있는가? 2. 사회 서비스 사업모델과 접목할 수 있는 적합한 정보기술과 접목방안은 어떤 것이 있는가? 3. 정보기술을 접목한 사회 서비스 사업모델의 효과 및 개선방안은 어떠한가? 연구를 통하여 얻은 결과를 가지고 사회 서비스 포털 구성안과 비즈니스 연결 방안을 제시함으로서 정부의 사회 서비스 민영화 방안과 민수사업 활성화, 일자리 확대 목표의 초석이 되는 연구가 되고자 한다.

This study was intended to point out the limit of existing digital content-centered studies, or approaches from the viewpoint of the supplier and in the aspect of business profit model and find ways to assess the quality of digital content, considering the characteristics of digital content. For this, the study is to apply value innovation strategy to digital content assessment, to analyze the applicability, and to propose a new and practical framework for digital content assessment method. To this end, this study selected the global No. 1 search service provider Google and local portal site Naver search service. The study on assessment factors by value innovation strategy was based on existing literature, while user-value elements in that respect were confined to information quality, interactivity, communication, interactive storytelling, and usability. This study objectified the relation with the value innovation strategic analysis, through qualitative and quantitative analyses on value elements of search service users.

Most of existing studies for B2B are concerned with efficient search and/or negotiation. But nevertheless it is important to provide quick and transparent guarantee to the buyer, it is hard to find studies related with it. This article suggests the guarantee process for customer satisfaction after purchasing in B2B e-marketplace under make-to-order manufacturing environment. The process consists of three modules; a request and response, a feedback processing, and a work inquiry. Each of them is adopted according to the source of defect and business relationship of buyer, seller, provider, and repairer. All of the process is implemented in user-friendly fashion and a case is presented for the enterprise portal site.

인터넷 포털 사이트는 단순한 검색엔진을 넘어 네티즌들이 항해하는 사이버스페이스 그 자체를 의미할 정도로 영역과 개념이 확대되었다. 일반인들뿐만 아니라 전문 연구자도 필요로 하는 학술정보를 포털 사이트에서 서비스하기 때문에 포털 사이트를 많이 이용한다. 그 동안 포털의 검색은 얼마나 많은 정보를 검색 결과로 제시해 줄 것인가 하는 양적인 면에 관심을 두었다. 그러나 최근에는 검색의 질적인 측면에 보다 많은 관심이 주어지고 있다. 이 논문은 포털에서 제공하는 전문 학술정보 검색의 문제점을 제시하고, 주제어 사전 서비스와 연계하여 보다 신뢰성 높은 학술정보를 검색할 수 있게 하기 위한 시범적인 시도이다. 즉, 검증되고 압축적으로 정리된 사전의 표제어와, 해당 표제어를 키워드로 하는 권위있는 연구 성과를 같이 연계시킴으로써, 사전을 검색할 때 연구 성과까지 검색할 수 있게 하여, 검색의 효율성과 정보의 신뢰성을 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

본 연구는 어린이전자책에 대한 체계적인 연구를 통해 전자적인 형태의 아동 도서에 대한 주도권을 포털사이트에서 도서관으로 이동시키고 도서관의 정보서비스를 향상시키는데 도움을 주고자 한다. 이를 위하여 A 대학도서관에서 서비스 중인 어린이전자책사이트이용현황을 주 분석대상으로 정하였으며, 도서관어린이전자책서비스의 활성화를 위한 바람직한 수서정책도 제시하였다.

Mondor's disease is an uncommon condition characterized by a palpable, cord-shaped structure, which causes pain when pressed. Its known pathophysiology is thrombophlebitis of the superficial venous system. Although reported repeatedly, its definite cause is unknown and various possible causes have been identified, including surgery, irradiation, infection, malignancy, and trauma. We diagnosed this case to be Mondor's disease of the antecubital venous system, probably due to thermal injury of the proximal tributaries of the basilic or cephalic vein. Risk of thermal injury to the skin flap or the portal site remains a common complication, and as thermal injury to the blood vessel might also be considered, attention must be given when suctioning the area near a large superficial vessel.

정보화 시대에 전자상거래를 통한 이윤창출은 시대의 요구이다. 이러한 시점에서 농산물에 대한 전자상거래 활성화는 가격의 결정권을 통해 생산자가 우위권과 교섭력을 갖게되며, 중간마진을 생략하여 이윤의 폭을 넓힐 수 있다. 하지만, 농산물의 특성상 규격화와 표준화가 필요하고 신선류에 대한 거래는 위협수위가 높다. 그러나, 쌀은 규격화, 표준화, 연중공급 등의 편리성이 있어 성공률이 높다. 특히, 연중수요, 택배의 편리성, 유통 중 마모율 낮아 소비자의 신뢰성을 확보하는데 좋은 조건을 갖추고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 쌀을 중심으로 하는 e-Rice 포털 사이트 구축방안을 통해 생산자와 소비자간의 정보공유와 의사결정 채널을 확보할 수 있도록 제시하였다.

The study aimed at determining the feasibility of three portal totally Laparoscopic cryptorchidectomy in small breed dogs. Four right sided and one left sided abdomen retained testicles in five dogs weighing 2.2~8.7 kg were retrieved successfully. Pampiniform plexus and vas deference were ligated and transected with Hem-o-lock/monopolar electrocauterization (1/5), or ultrasonic scalpel (4/5) and the latter provided more easy, quick and safe hemostasis and transection. The resected testis was easily removed through a insertion site. Mean surgical time was $19.9{\pm}15.2$ minutes and when the abdominal cavity was explored again, there were no major complications. The patient recovered favorably without unwilling events. This is the case report of laparoscopic cryptorchidectomies in small breed dogs weigh less than 10 kg. Laparoscopic cryptorchidectomy could be considered as an alternative in small animal surgery.

현재의 모바일 게임시장은 플랫폼의 변화와 관련업체의 요구사항, 게임 전용폰과 게임포털 등의 등장으로 기존 저용량 2D 게임 위주의 서비스에서 이제 본격적으로 3D 게임 서비스 환경이 조성되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 국내외 상용화된 모바일 3D 게임엔진의 사례를 비교 연구하여 3D 게임 엔진의 특징을 분석하고 게임 개발 환경을 고찰해보고자 한다.

최근 정보기술 분야에서 다양한 부가 콘텐츠의 정보 처리를 포함하는 포털 서비스에 대한 사회적, 경제적 수요가 크게 증가하고 있고 GIS나 원격탐사 분야의 경우에서도 공간정보 제공서비스나 검색 서비스와 관련된 포털 사이트 구축이나 운영을 위한 기반기술과 요소기술에 대한 관심이 증대하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 경향을 반영하여 국토 변화 모니터링이라는 특정 주제의 포털 서비스 시스템 개발을 위한 Web 2.0 기술 요소와의 연계 가능성을 고찰해 보고자 한다. 특히 Web 2.0의 주요 웹 프로그래밍 기술로 인식되고 있는 AJAX 기술을 중심으로 AJAX 기반 웹 기반 포털 서비스에 대한 기술 사양 분석 및 기반 아키텍처에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 또한 AJAX 기술을 적용하는 대표적인 포털 사이트인 구글 맵 인터페이스(Google Maps API)가 어떻게 국토 변화 모니터링 사이트 구축에 적용가능한 지와 제한점 및 특장점을 분석하여 기초 설계에 반영하고자 하였다.
