원통면에 정합-배열된 장방형 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나의 지향성 개선을 위한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of the Directivity for Rectangular Microstrip Patch Array Antennas Conformed to a Cylindrical Surface)

  • 본 논문에서는 원통변에 표면-정합된 마이크로스트럽 배열 안태나의 지향특성을 개선하기 위한 방볍을 제 시한다. 장방형 마이크로스트립 패치를 원통변에 횡방향으로 호(arc) 모양 배열하는 경우, 원통면윤 다각형의 각주로 끈사하고, 각각의 각주 평변에 임의 방향으로 주빔의 sqwnt를 가지는 Dolph - Tschebyscheff 배열, u uniform 배열 등의 부배열(sub-array)을 배치하므로써 전체 원통면 배열 안테나에 원하는 지향특성을 가지도 록 할 수 있음을 보이고, 원통면-공진기 모텔을 이용하여 복사패턴을 해석한다. 부배열의 종류에 따른 전체 배 열 얀테나의 복사패턴을 비교하고, 배열간격이 $\lambda_0$/2인 uniform 배열을 이용한 요소수 12인 원통면 배열 안테 나를 제작하여 반경이 6인 원통변에 정합시켰을 때 부엽 level -l3dB, 반전력범폭 $9^{\circ}$, 제일 null 사이각 $15^{\circ}$인 양호한 특성을 얻어 선형배열을 이용하는 경우보다 지향특성을 현저하게 개선시켰다

SURFACE CHARACTERISTICS OF ANODIC OXIDIZED TITANIUM ACCORDING TO THE PORE SIZE

  • Statement of problem. The success of osseointegration can be enhanced with an implant that has improved surface characteristics. Anodic oxidation is one of the surface modifying method to achieve osseointegration. Voltage of anodic oxidation can change surface characteristics and cell activity Purpose. This study was performed to evaluate MG63 cell responses such as affinity, proliferation and to compare surface characteristics of anodic oxidized titanium in various voltage. Material and method. The disks for cell culture were fabricated from grade 3 commercially pure titanium,1 m in thickness and 12 mm in diameter. Surfaces of 4 different roughness were prepared. Group 1 had a machined surface, used as control. Group 2 was anodized under 220 V, group 3 was anodized under 300 V and group 4 was anodized under 320 V. The microtopography of specimens was observed by scanning electron microscope (JSM-840A, JEOL, Japan) and atomic force microscope(Autoprobe CP, Park Scientific Instrument, USA). The surface roughness was measured by confocal laser scanning microscope(Pascal, LSM5, Zeiss, Germany). The crystal structure of the titanium surface was analyzed with x-ray diffractometer(D8 advanced, Broker, Germany). MG63 osteoblast-like cells were cultured on these specimens. The cell morpholgy was observed by field emission electron microscope(Hitachi S-4700, Japan). The cell metabolic and proliferative activity was evaluated by MTT assay Results and conclusion. With in limitations of this in vitro study, the following conclusions were drawn. 1. In anodizing titanium surface, we could see pores which did not show in control group. In higher anodizing voltage, pore size was increased. 2. In anodizing titanium surface, we could see anatase. In higher anodizing voltage, thicker oxide layer increased crystallinity(anatase, anatase and rutile mixed). 3. MG63 cells showed more irregular, polarized and polygonal shape and developed more lamellipodi in anodizing group as voltage increased. 4. The activity of cells in MTT assay increased significantly in group 3 and 4 in comparison with group 1 and 2. However, there was no difference between group 3 and 4 at P<0.05. Proliferation of MG63 cells increased significantly in pore size($3-5.5{\mu}m$) of group 3 and 4 in comparison with in pore size($0.2-1{\mu}m$ ) of group 2.

핵연료 피복관 부식생성물 부착에 대한 용존수소의 영향 (Effect of Dissolved Hydrogen on Fuel Crud Deposition)

  • The purpose of this work is to investigate the effect of dissolved hydrogen concentration on crud deposition onto the fuel cladding surface in the simulated primary environments of a pressurized water reactor. Crud deposition tests were conducted in the dissolved hydrogen concentration range of 5~70 cc/kg at $325^{\circ}C$ for 14 days. Needle-shaped NiO deposits were formed in the hydrogen range of 5~25 cc/kg, while polygonal nickel ferrite deposits were observed at a hydrogen concentration above 35 cc/kg. However, the dissolved hydrogen content seems to have little effect on the amount of crud deposits.

복합적 열분해법을 이용한 구리 나노분말의 합성 및 무전해 은도금에 관한 연구 (Synthesis of Copper Nanoparticle by Multiple Thermal Decomposition and Electroless Ag Plating)

  • To synthesize copper nanoparticle a thermal decomposition was adopted. And to solve the problem of surface oxidation of the synthesized copper powder an electroless Ag plating method was used. The size and shape of synthesized Cu nanoparticle were affected by the size of copper oxalate used as a precursor, reaction solvent, reaction temperature and amount of reducing agent. Especially reaction solvent is dominant factor to control shape of Cu nano-particle which can have the shapes of sphere, polygon and rod. In case of glycerol, it produced spherical shape of about 500 nm in size. Poly ethylene produced uniform polygonal shape in about 700 nm and ethylene glycol produced both of polygon and rod having size range between 500 and 1500 nm. The silver coated copper powder showed a high electrical conductivity.

  • 본 논문은 입력받은 다수 이미지의 Visual Hull을 이용하여 Surfel 기반의 물체를 복원하는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. Sufel은 포인트 집합면을 효과적으로 근사하여 나타내는 포인트 표현 단위이다. LDC(Layered Depth Cube) Surfel 샘플링 방식에 입력 이미지로부터 근사되는 형상을 대표하는 Visual Hull의 개념을 연동하여 이미지로부터 물체의 Surfel 기하 정보를 생성할 수 있다. Surfel 표현 방식은 기존의 폴리곤 기반 방식에 비해 상대적으로 적은 메모리를 소모하고 LDC 해상도를 자유롭게 바꿀 수 있기 때문에, 대상 물체를 복원하는 품질을 조절 가능하며, 주어진 메모리 자원에 대해서 최대의 품질을 가진 결과를 얻을 수 있다.

폴리곤 기반 역공학 시스템의 구멍메움에 관한 연구 (A Study on Filling Polygonal Holes in a Polygon-based Reverse Engineering System)

  • In reverse engineering, the whole surfaces of the three-dimensional product are measured using 3D positional scanners. The raw triangle meshes constructed from a scanned point set are not well fitted for direct use in the downstream engineering or graphic activities. No object can be fully described by a single scan. Although multiple scans are usually taken and aligned to achieve a complete model, a set of scanned points does not entirely wrap the whole object. This is because some surfaces may be inaccessible to the scanner, so some portion of the scanned surface may be missing. This paper discusses the algorithms of a hole-filling that are crucial to refine the triangle meshes. In this paper, the holes are filled with flat triangles first by subdivision operation and then smoothed with neighboring triangles. This process continues until it converges to a certain user-defined iteration number. Examples are given and discussed to validate the system.

Physical and Structural Characteristics of Endosperm Starch of Four Local Barnyardgrass (Echinochloa crus-galli L.) Collections in Korea

  • Physical and structural characteristics of four local barnyardgrass flour and starch were investigated. Amylose content ranged from 6.9 to 12.5%. The BP 3563 and BP 3606 were low amylose lines, and the BP 3592 and BP 3610 showed very low amylose lines. Peak viscosities of four barnyardgrass collections BP-3563, BP-3592, BP-3606, and BP-3610 ranged 264 to 2397. All barnyard grass lines displayed an A-type X-ray diffraction pattern showing the strong diffraction peak at around $2{\theta}$ values $15^{\circ}$, $17^{\circ}$, $18^{\circ}$ and $23^{\circ}$, and a small peak at $20^{\circ}$ $2{\theta}$. Scanning electron microscopy revealed that the starch granule sizes ranged $5.5-12.5{\mu}m$ in diameter showing polygonal and rarely spherical in shape with round edges and some pores at the surface. Starch crystallinity of BP 3563, BP 3592, BP 3606, and BP 3610 was 23.9, 25.0, 24.7, and 25.5%, respectively.

구리봉의 연속주조금형에 사용된 아세틸렌 화염 도형의 최적화 (Optimization of Mold Coating Condition with Acetylene Soot in Continuous Casting of Copper Rod)

  • In copper continuous casting, the soot, which is the incomplete pyrolitic product of acetylene, has been used as a mold coat. In this work, under constant acetylene pressure, the characteristics of soot and the optimum condition of sooting were investigated with different acetylene and oxygen flow rate. The soot particles deposited on the mold surface had mainly spherical shape and their sizes were about 20nm. After reaction with melt, their shapes were changed into polygonal type due to the graphitization. With increasing oxygen flow rate up to $0.6{\ell}/min$, the amount of residues of soot after heat treatment were kept nearly constant. But the amount of residues increased rapidly with further increasing oxygen flow rate. Degree of graphitization was maximum at $0.4{\ell}/min$ and $5{\ell}/min$ of oxygen and acetylene flow rate, respectively.

쌀의 저장기간에 따른 쌀가루와 생전분의 특성 (Effect of Aging on Physicochemical and Pasting Properties of Nonwaxy Rice Flour and its Starch)

  • Using three consecutive years' harvested rices and their starches isolated from rice flours by alkaline method, it was found that no significant aging effect on rice flour and starch was observed based on following results. Proximate data of flours or starches showed in similarity, except high level of crude fat in rice flour and rice starch harvested in 2002. In SEM, the surface of aged rice flour had slightly layered shape due to possible abrasion during storage, and that of aged starch showed more smooth and less rigid polygonal shape. X-ray diffraction patterns of flours and starches were all A type, and crystallinity of rice starch harvested in 2000 had the smallest. From tristimulus colorimetry (Hunterlab Color), total color difference ($\Delta$E) calculated from L, a, and b gave less color difference with the darkest in 2002 harvested one among flours and the lightest in 2001 one among starches. WBCs of both 2002 rice flour and starch were the lowest among samples studied. At 80$^{\circ}C$, swelling power and solubility of rice starches harvested in 2000, 2001 and 2002 were 14.35, 9.75; 14.04, 9.6; and 12.49, 8.82, respectively. The highest peak viscosities measured by RVA were shown both in 2001 rice flour and in its starch. Starch and milled rice flour harvested in 2000 had higher hydrolytic $\alpha$-amylase, compared to other flour and starch samples.

밀도구분도 매핑을 이용한 통계정보 공간 내삽의 유효성 평가 (An Evaluation of Spatial Interpolation of Statistical Information Using Dasymetric Mapping)

  • 인구통계와 같이 임의의 공간 단위로 집계되는 통계자료를 위성영상이나, 여타 다른 GIS 도형정보와 통합하여 활용하기 위해서는 상호간의 공간 단위를 일치시켜야 한다. 밀도구분도 매핑 기법은 집성된 통계자료를 분해하여 세밀한 공간 단위로 나누거나, 행정구역과 같은 객체 단위의 데이터를 연속된 표면 모델로 만드는데 적용 가능한 기법으로 제안되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 밀도구분도 매핑의 유효성을 평가하기 위해 1) 연구대상지역의 사업체 정보를 행정동 단위의 통계로 집계하고, 2) 행정동 통계에 밀도구분도 매핑 기법을 적용하여 사업체의 분포를 구하고, 3) 공간 내삽에 의해 구해진 사업체의 분포와 원 정보로부터 구해진 분포를 비교하여 알고리즘의 성능을 평가하였다.
