  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the role of political image and the phenomenon of fashion politics on the style of women presidents, with focus on the President of Argentina, Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner. The results of the study were as follows. First, the political image of President Cristina Fernandez is identified with the second image of Eva Peron and Kirchnerismo, in terms of political issues. Second, fashion style includes the power and sexy images of glamour style that emphasizes the body line of suits and dress form. Vivid colors and black fashion reflects the Kirchner government's charisma and identity. Fernandez's iconic Rolex watches, expensive jewelry, and luxury accessories such as brooches that replicate Eva Peron's brooch were instrumental in forming a second image of Eva Peron. Third, the phenomenon of fashion politics appeared to equate the phenomenon of recreating the image of Eva Peron with displays of power and wealth for the successor to Kirchnerismo.

  • This study carried out a survey targeting sample of 609 audience panel voters of 15 regions including Seoul during the campaign period of Korean presidential election on December 19, 2012. It was analyzed that how the attitude to the candidate, the support to the policy and the voters'variables affected the vote-getting in the engagement attributes. The analysis shows that high participation of the engagement attributes does not always mean that the political candidate is satisfactory at the political campaign. The fact that high engagement attribute does not always affect the other attributes is interpreted that engagement attributes do not have correlation at the political campaign. And the candidate should approach the voters more carefully as there are differences among the engagement attributes in the attitude to the candidate and the support to the policy. In the engagement attributes, voters show little difference according to gender, region, income and marriage but show much difference according to age and education level. So it will be a principal index in the future political campaign.

Method: Subjects included 767 clients registered with the customized home visiting health services in Daegu. Data collection was performed from June 3 to July 30, 2011. Descriptive statistics, ${\chi}^2$ test, ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression were used in this study. Results: The mean score for total empowerment was 3.01(${\pm}0.28$). In subscales of total empowerment, the score for individual empowerment was 2.97(${\pm}0.36$), the score for interpersonal relationship empowerment was 3.09(${\pm}0.34$), and the score for political-social empowerment was 2.96(${\pm}0.48$). Job, education, economic status, living arrangement, and client classification were significant factors related to total empowerment in these clients. Job, education, economic status, types of health insurance, living arrangement, age, and client classification were significant factors related to individual empowerment, interpersonal relationship empowerment and political-social empowerment. 4.4 percent of the variance in total empowerment can be explained by education and living arrangement (Cum $R^2=0.044$, F=13.207, p<.001). Individual empowerment, interpersonal relationship empowerment, and political-social empowerment can be explained by education, job, economic status, and living arrangement. Conclusion: An empowerment intervention that includes general characteristics of clients is essential to improving empowerment of customized home visiting health care services beneficiaries.

To analyze the low quality of the educative supply is complex subject. One of the maximum profits of institutional revolutionary Mexico was the creation of the Public Education Ministry in 1921. In the post-revolutionary and modern period, the seventies were characterized to be applied to the growth the infrastructure and the fortification of the educative system following the policy of "modernization and development". From the eighties, to lift the quality of the education was considered like one of the specific rules in the strategy of the call "educative revolution". In the nineties, through political programs and agreements, structural changes within the educative system were carried out with the intention to lift the quality of the services. In synthesis, the perspective in the educative policy of Mexico during the last thirty years of century xx, or post-revolutionary period, can be understood, from at least five specific conditions: educative profits in cover, modifications in the educational programs and contents, profits in the political agreements between the agents who take part within the educative system, changes and modifications to the laws applicable to the education, and; the search of the fairness through the compensatory programs. This paper tries to give answer to questions such as: The educative system reflects the ideals of the revolution? The present educative system is the product of a truncated revolution or the fruit of an untimely democracy?

  • Based on Kingdon's policy stream model, the logical mechanism of student burden double reduction policy agenda setting process in China was analyzed from three aspects: problem stream, policy stream, political stream. It was found that the direct reflection of data, the feedback and improvement of current policies constitute the problem stream. The high attention of government departments, the suggestions of CPPCC members and experts and scholars, the strong voice of schools, and the continuous voice of stakeholders constitute the policy stream. The ruling party's governing idea and educational policy, national mood and interest game during the transition period constitute the political policy stream. The three streams, coupling interaction, open the policy window, promoting the introduction of the 'double reduction' policy.

  • In Korean society, church once witnessed the period of its being considered light and salt. After the liberation, Korean church bestowed Jesus Christ's love to underprivileged neighbors in the industrialization process and organized practical participation activities for human rights and democratization. Nonetheless, church was sunken into quantitative growth without having qualitative growth. As church was cited as the epicenter of the spreading COVID-19, the image of selfish church has started receiving attention and there has appeared a criticism for immoral church tendency, which brought low trust about church. These things are resulted from church's failure to undertake its role with responsibility, in society. Such as this, church has lost its identity as the model of the Kingdom of God. In such a situation, church needs to remind itself of the enlightenment of the Ecumenical Movement, in order to recover trust and perform its mission. The Ecumenical Movement means accomplishing unification of the universe through a renewed church. This movement is aimed to create the earth as 'where humans can stay' and to consider the sustainability of mankinds. This purpose of this study is to examine political activities conducted for responsible participation in the church world and to find the way for church roles in this world. This researcher will attempt to investigate educational methods to help Christians in this world take full responsibility given to them, through an educational discussion about Christianity made in this context. This educational attempt means, in other words, political affairs also.
