To stem the ever-prevalent occurrence of industrial accidents in the construction industry, which is emerging as a social problem, efforts must be invested by various stakeholders. Specifically, among stakeholders, the orderer is at the top of a project's decision-making structure. Therefore, the orderer's awareness of safety and health directly affects the process of securing the safety of the overall construction site. In this light, the present study aims to identify differences in the perceptions of each stakeholder regarding the obligatory safety and health measures for clients that have recently been introduced. In addition, it suggests specific implementation plans in the Korean context. The data used for analysis were collected through a survey targeting stakeholders such as orderers, safety managers, and site managers, and the collected data were quantitatively reviewed by using multivariate analysis methods such as analysis of variance. As a result of the analysis, the introduction of safety and health obligations for the owner was found to be necessary, and the designation and operation of safety and health experts as an action plan was deemed reasonable. The authors expect that the results of this study can be used as basic data for revising the related regulations in Korea. Moreover, as a further study, a review of the effectiveness after improving regulations would contribute strongly to the domain.

Background: The establishment of a strategy for the reduction and prevention of oral disease, a global pervasive disease, is considered one of the important national health policy strategies. In Korea, the 5th Comprehensive National Health Promotion Plan is currently in progress, but there is insufficient research on the transition process or improvement direction in the field of oral health. Methods: Changes in Comprehensive National Health Promotion Plan's Oral health sector in three countries were compared, and the direction of the three countries (Korea, the United States, and Canada) in accordance with the recent Oral health paradigm was confirmed. In this study, we reviewed the existing literature using the narrative review method to draw implications for strategies and directions for oral health promotion in Korea. Results: In Korea, the oral health promotion strategy is included in the 5th Comprehensive National Health Promotion Plan, and the project is being led by the government. The United States prepared a national-led oral health promotion strategy and suggested multi-disciplinary cooperation to improve overall oral health and reduce the oral health inequality. For more active intervention, Canada established an oral health-related department and assigned experts, while emphasizing cooperation between the government and the private sector. Conclusion: As a result of this study, Korea is also making efforts to improve oral health, but more active government intervention is needed to reduce the inequality in oral health by population group. To this end, it is necessary to establish a strong multi-sectoral cooperation system and prepare a strategy for implementation.

스마트기기 대중화에 따른 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 폭발적인 증가로 온라인상의 관계와 활동이 오프라인상의 실생활까지 영향을 미침에 따라 온라인상의 소셜 네트워크 활동에 대한 관심과 중요성이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 SNS 활동에 영향을 미치는 요소를 대상(object, 사용자(User), 영향력 방향(Influence direction), 영향력 강도(Influence distance) 4가지 요소로 정의하고 SNS 사용자 상호간 영향을 유기적 관점에서 측정하는 방법을 제안하였다. 기존 영향력 측정 요소를 반응횟수, 친구의 수, 접촉횟수 등 정형 데이터와 원인시간과 반응시간의 차이, 호감도, 반응의 유형 등 비정형 데이터까지 확대하여 영향력 방향(Influence Directio)과 영향력 강도(Influence Strength or Distance)의 측정 기법을 정교화 하였다. 또한, 영향력 측정을 위한 data를 수집하고 분석하는 시스템과 facebook으로 수집한 sample data를 이용한 영향력 측정 기법 프로세스를 실험하고 구현 가능성을 설명하였다.

보라매 사건 이후 근 20년이 지나 국가위원회의 권고를 기반으로 연명의료결정법이 2018년 2월 4일 제정 시행되었다. 그러나 법률의 제정 과정에서 이해관계 당사자 및 관련자들의 의견 차이로 일부 내용은 수정 또는 삭제되었으며 제정 막바지에 호스피스 완화의료에 대한 내용이 덧붙여졌다. 이로 인해 국가위원회의 권고에 담긴 내용과는 일부 다르게 법률이 제정되어 여러 문제점들이 나타나고 있다. 그러므로 현행 법률 시행 초반 연명의료결정 수행 현장을 꼼꼼히 모니터링하고 다양한 관련자들의 의견을 잘 청취하여 문제점을 파악하고 해결 방안을 마련하여야 할 것이다. 이를 토대로 법률을 개정하여 입법 목적인 '환자의 최선의 이익을 보장하고 자기결정을 존중하여 인간으로서의 존엄과 가치를 보호'가 충실히 이루어질 수 있도록 하여야 할 것이다.

Due to the increasing interest in wellness aroused by the aging population and the pursuing feature of active old age, Korean elderly set importance on long life with their healthy condition. Following the change in the paradigm of the medical delivery system from hospital-oriented, treatment-oriented to personal-centered and self-care, Service design application of Smart Healthcare for the elderly became valuable. Smart Healthcare is a healthcare service provided through the fusion of ICT technologies including mobile/wearable devices, IoT, big data, and information technology, and it is utilized to prevent diseases managing abundant health information and living habits. As a methodology for delivering such Smart Healthcare to the elderly, Service design can be adopted. Therefore, this study would like to present the perquisites of Smart Healthcare design for the elderly through analyzing the results from in-depth interview methods between the elderly and medical staff. As a result of this study, guidelines for Service design application of health vulnerability management for the elderly utilizing smart phones were presented. Therefore, this study presented four prerequisites composed of 'high level of supplementation and ethical decision making', 'improvement of inequality in accessibility and experience', 'resolving problems in policy implementation' and 'user-friendliness' for the Smart Healthcare service design for the elderly. Overall, Service design is expected to play an innovative role in improving the quality of life for the elderly through the process of collecting and delivering information on Smart Healthcare centered on the experience of the elderly.

본 연구는 기업의 윤리경영 활동과 마케팅 효과의 융합적 관계를 파악하고자 윤리경영 노력이 소비자에게 신뢰감을 형성하고, 그러한 신뢰감이 실제 구매행동으로 연결되는지 조사하였다. 가설수립 및 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 분석을 통해 제품 서비스 책임, 기업 윤리지침 마련, 사회공헌활동, 고객권리 보장으로 구성되는 윤리경영의 실천이 소비자 구매행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치며, 그 과정에서 소비자의 이미지 지각과 기업 신뢰가 매개적 역할을 하고 있음을 증명하였다. 이러한 결과는 윤리경영이 기업에게 사회적 압력과 비용으로만 작용하는 것이 아니라 기업의 이익 증가로 연결되는 선순환 과정에 있음을 보여주고 있고 있어 기업의 능동적이고 적극적인 윤리경영 실천이 필요함을 시사하고 있다. 향후 연구에 있어서는 윤리경영의 대상 범위와 실행 수준을 보다 세분화한 분석과 최근 대중의 관심도가 높은 윤리 이슈와 연계한 연구가 필요하다.

본 논문은 2008년 금융위기의 시기에 파산을 겪고 타 완성차 업체에 비해 늦게 자율주행차 개발에 합류한 General Motors (GM)가 기술 및 실행력에 있어 앞서 나간 원인을 파악하기 위하여 기술개발 전략과 정책적 지원 요인을 분석하였다. 연구결과 다음과 같은 성공원인을 파악할 수 있었다. 첫째, GM은 상대적으로 짧은 기간 내 기술개발 성과를 달성하기 위하여 수익성이 낮은 해외사업의 축소와 더불어 자율주행차 관련부문에 집중 투자하고 공격적 M&A를 통해 상대적으로 미비한 기술을 보완할 수 있는 기업을 인수하였다. 둘째, 자율주행차 개발과 생산을 위한 기술뿐아니라, 부품, 솔루션, 서비스 및 판매에 이르기까지 수직적 계열화를 추진하여 실행력을 강화하였다. 셋째, 커넥티드카 프로젝트, M-City 및 NCHRP 프로그램과 같이 직접적 협업을 유도한 안정적인 제도와 정책적 지원이 신속한 기술개발의 배경이 되었다. 본 연구는 선진국에 비해 상대적으로 기술개발이 늦은 국내기업들의 향후 기술개발 전략 제고를 위한 실무적 시사점 및 제도 수립과 지원 측면에서의 정책적 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

시민의 안전을 위협하는 재난 재해 테러 등과 같은 긴급 상황이 발생할 경우 신속 하고 효과적인 재난안전관리체계가 구축 운영되기 위해서는 이에 맞는 적절한 대응이 필요하다. 각 재난관리 및 대응에 관련된 중앙부처뿐만 아니라 지방자치단체, 시민단체, 개인 등 모두가 상호 명확한 역할분담 하에 신속하게 대응하고 복구를 위한 통합업무 수행체계가 이행되어야 할 것이다. 서울시의 경우 기후변화에 따른 자연재난의 증가 가능성과, 테러위협의 확대, 도심의 노후화 및 산업고도화에 의한 대형재난 발생 위험성이 점점 높아지고 있어 재난 예방과 대응을 위한 효과적인 재난관리체계 구축이 시급한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 거버넌스 관점을 적용하여 서울시의 부처간 조직체계 및 실행과정, 대응단계의 체계화를 중심으로 재난 대응체계와 재난현장에서의 지휘체계 등의 대응방안을 모색하였다.

200만호 주택건설로 폭발된 1980년대 주택건설 시장의 활성화는 수도권 및 신도시를 중심으로 많은 APT를 양산하였고 그 과정에서 품질수준은 물량 공급 위주의 주택정책으로 소비자의 욕구를 충족시키지 못하였고 준공된 건물에서는 예상치 못한 많은 하자를 발생시켰다. 이에 따라 $1980\~1990$년대 공동주택의 하자 예방을 위한 연구가 수행되어 하자 다발 공종과 분야별 빈도 및 하자 발생으로 인한 손실추정 등 여러 연구 성과가 축적되었으나 하자 발생율을 줄이고 하자로 인한 소비자의 불만족을 해소시키는데는 크게 기여하지 못하고 있다. 이는 하자 관련 연구가 실제 공사를 수행하는 시점에 적절히 관리하고 통제하는 SYSTEM과 연계되지 못하고, 제대로 적용되지 못하기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 건설공사 중에서 공통주택에서 발생하는 하자에 관한 정보와 현황에 대한 분석을 실시하고, 그 유형별 특성에 따른 분류를 실시한 뒤 이를 종합하여 체계적인 정보의 확보 및 활용을 위한 WEB 기반 FEED-BACK 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

본 사례연구는 KDI국제정책대학원이 체계적인 기록물의 관리를 위하여 적용했던 기록관리학의 원칙 및 방법론, 그리고 이를 실제로 적용해 나가는 과정을 기술하는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이 사례연구는 그 이전의 사례연구들과 달리 모형개발부터 시스템 구축까지 전 과정을 다루었다는 점에서 포괄적이라 할 수 있다. KDI대학원에서는 오랜 기간 동안 특별한 체계 없이 방치되어 왔던 기록물과 아카이브즈를 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 포괄적인 개념의 기록관을 구축하였다. KDI대학원에서 기록관리의 도입은 행정정보화 및 지식정보화를 지원하고 대학원의 성과와 역사적 면모를 유지 전승할 수 있는 지침을 마련하는 토대가 되었다. 아울러 이번 사례연구는 타 대학 또는 기관에서 기록관리 체계 구축사업을 할 때 유용한 가이드가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
