  • This study was to investigate the undergraduates in Gyeongsan city, an area heavily populated with students, on their awareness of and their satisfaction with the local traditional food to suggest an effective marketing direction to town restaurants and to provide them with useful information to activate their business. The samples were taken by the convenience sampling method and the measurement was done by 5 points-Likert. The result was as follows. The students recognized that cleanliness(4.69 points), food texture(4,57 points), the freshness of food materials(4,56 points) and food price(4.20 points) were important. However, they considered the legitimacy of local traditional foods(3.59 points), the supplementary explanation of food(3.58 points) and the quantity of food(3.34 points) as less important. On the level of satisfaction with the food, they were highly satisfied with food taste(3.55 points), food flavor(3.47 points) and quantity(3.39 points), while showing relatively low satisfaction with food creativity(2.94 points), food originality(2.75 points) and the explanation of food(2.61 points). The result of IPA indicated that the food texture, food cleanliness, the freshness of food materials, food flavor, food taste and food nutrients were thought to be important among customers, to be kept well by the restaurants and to be shown as the items to be maintained further. The customers took other items like menu price and the creativity of menu to be important, but their satisfaction with these items were low due to lack of practice. Therefore, those items should be managed intensively.

  • Generally, the objectives of the geodetic network adjustments are for solving the configuration of geodetic net-works and the problem of observation plans. In this study, assuming that the configuration is fixed, for improving the accuracy of geodetic networks, we focus on choosing adjustment control points and adjustment methods. By choosing adjustment control points and adjustment methods, the adjustment result accuracy of national geodetic networks can be different. So, in this study, we introduce the algorithm that use free network adjustment concept to minimize the displacements of new station points but fixing existing control points. Then, us-ing adjustment results, we can check the errors of existing control points. After checking the errors of existing control point, in case of severe error points in existing control points, we change those points into unknown station points and repeat the algorithm to optimize the coordinates of new station points. As applying this algorithm to simulation network, we can check the errors of existing control points. And changing severe error points into unknown station points, we can decrease the errors of network and optimize the coordinates of new station points. From the results of simulation network adjustment, we think that, as applying this algorithms to sequential adjustment of geodetic network and public surveying that using national geodetic network, the accuracy of network adjustments can be improved.

  • Objectives : Five transport points are often used in acupuncture treatment. However, there is no clear explanation about the reason why the five transport points are matched five phases in this manner. Therefore, we reviewed the literatures and theses about the principal of matching and researched a new way to understand the reason. Methods : We found 8 theses and 3 literatures related to the matching of five transport points to five phases by searching the web sites. And, we reviewed the principal of matching and researched another new way to understand the reason why they are matched so. Results and Conclusions : In the viewpoint of the natural state and function of five phases, the start points arising in yin- and yang-meridian are matched to wood and metal respectively. Therefore, well point matches the wood and metal in yin- and yang-meridian respectively. And by following the flow of five transport points, the other points match with fire, earth, metal, water in yin-meridian and water, wood, fire, and earth in yang-meridian.

  • Refuse collection, one of important elements in reverse logistics, is an activity rendering recyclables or wastes and moving them to some points where further treatment is required. Among various decisions in the collection activity, we focus on network design, which is the problem of locating collection points as well as allocating refuses at demand points to collection points while satisfying the capacity restriction at each collection point. Here, the collection point is the place where recyclables or wastes near the point are gathered, and locating the collection points is done by selecting them from a given set of potential sites. The objective is to minimize the sum of fixed costs to open collection points and transportation costs to move refuses from demand points to collection points. An integer programming model is developed to represent the problem mathematically and due to the complexity of the problem, two types of heuristics, one with simultaneous and the others with separate location and allocation, are suggested. Computational experiments were done on test problems up to 500 potential sites, and the results are reported. In particular, some heuristics gave near optimal solutions for small-size test problems, i.e., 2% gaps in average from the optimal solution values.

  • The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the number of occlusal contacts in centric occlusion. The 50 strictly selected subjects, who have good natural dentition and occlusion, were impressioned with Alginate Impression material, and dental stone models were madel. After transfering the models from mouth to Hanau Articulator Model H2 by means of SM type Face-Bow, condylar guidances were registered, red articulating papers($13{\mu}$ in thickness) were inserted between upper and lower posterior teeth, and the red marked points and lines were counted as occlusal contact points. 1. The number of occlusal contact points in centric occlusion were 1st Molars 2nd Molars, 2nd Premolars and 1st Premolars in order. 2. The number of occlusal contact points of right side showed comparatively much more than those of left side. 3. The number of occlusal contact points of upper in Premolar area were much more than those of lower, and in Molar area were the reverse. 4. The total number of occlusal contact points in centric occlusion were approximately 105 points.

  • Objectives : The aim of this study was to show the rationale of point-selection on the methods of acupuncture and moxibustion in the Qi section(in the Naegyeong chapter) of the Donguibogam. Methods : First, We summarized the cause of each disease in the Qi section(in the Naegyeong chapter) of the Donguibogam. Then, We explained the rationale of acupuncture point-selection referring to the cause of disease, physiology of the Oriental medicine, other uses of each acupuncture points in the Donguibogam, character of each acupuncture points, flow of meridian pathways and specific acupuncture points etc. Results and Conclusions : Total 37 acupuncture points were used in the Qi section(in the Naegyeong chapter) of the Donguibogam. Most of acupuncture points were specific acupuncture points. but, some rationale of acupuncture point-selection were explained by the cause of disease, physiology of the Oriental medicine, other uses of each acupuncture points in the Donguibogam, flow of meridian pathways etc.

  • The purpose of this study was to provide basic data and information for the improvement of school foodservice and efficient management of cooks by surveying the working conditions and the job satisfaction of cooks at schools located in Chungbuk province. The questionnaires of 311 cooks were available for this study. 26.3% of respondents worked at elementary schools, 34.2% of respondents worked at middle schools, and 39.5% of respondents worked at high schools. 72.3% of them were in their forties, 24.4% worked during five to seven years, and 63.0% had qualification certificates. Their job satisfaction was examined from ten dimensions. Respondents were not satisfied with the wage system and working environment which scored 2 points out of 5 points(not satisfied). They gave 1 point out of 5 points to the promotion dimension(not satisfied at all) while organizational committment area received relatively high points. The overall job satisfaction level was 3.06 points. The evaluation of the factors that made their job unsatisfactory were evaluated and the bonus system, treatment system and the wage system were 3.80 points, 3.69 points, and 3.62 points, respectively. In order to improve the job satisfaction of school foodservice employees, a change of the wage system and welfare system are needed.

  • This study was to select the measurement points for the brassier and the waist-nipper. 15 subjects (ages 30-40) were chosen by % body fat to represent various physical types. Subjects put on each garment, brassier and a waist-nipper, in turns. Measurement points in the underwear were selected according to the parts of human body. The characteristics and surface area of each garment was considered carefully when the measurement points were selected. Selected measurement points on a brassier and a waist-nipper were chosen from the anterior midsagittal line, the side-seam line, and the posterior midsagittal line. Three points on the brassier and three points on the waist-nipper were selected as the measurement points. There was a highly significant correlation between % body fat and mean garment pressure. There were no significant relationships between thickness of subcutaneous fat and mean garment pressure by measured parts.
