A Study on Young Children′s Video and Computer Game Uses (유아의 전자 게임 실태에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate actual trends of young children's video and computer-based game uses. Four hundred and eighty parents of 4-6 year-old children were questioned about children's game uses and their attitude toward them and 180 of their children were interviewed. As the results of this study, most of children have been playing video and computer games. Boys played them more frequently than girls and the olders than the youngers. The majority of children liked video and computer games. The first reason to play games was 'interesting'. The most parents considerably tolerated to their children playing games except the arcade games. Many parents limited their children's time of playing games. They occasionally played with their children or observed them playing games.

  • In this research, among thermoplasticity plastic raw material that recycling is possible polyolefine(TPO) and polyvinyl chloride(PVC) as target recycling plan examine wish to.   • In the event of a medical conflict in South Korea, civil lawsuits can be very complicated, time-consuming, and costly. Under the Medical Conflict Conciliation Act, the mediation system has expanded its function to coordinate disputes between individuals and medical institutions in a more efficient manner prior to litigation. Currently, conflict mediation organizations and legal systems are established in each sector, and the Healthcare Dispute Settlement Commission will also play an important role in the public sector. In this study, the characteristics of the evaluation system of the Korea Institute of Medical Conflict Arbitration are examined; and, by looking at the case of medical examinations, it is proposed to show the mediation system and the manner and role of the examinations. Medical expertise is a very important area of the qualitative standards and expertise of participants because the participants must play a role in medical consultation and appraisal in connection with medical experts.

  • This study focused on situational simularity of psychedelic expressed in the mid-1960s with culture including costume in the end of 20th century. So this study is composed of psychedelic concept and the comparision of temporal background and general characteristics of psychedelia in the 1960s and 1990s and relationship with Art-Nouveau which has originated psychedelia and psycheelic image including mysticism play illusionism and narcissism. The New psychedelic revival of the early 1980s came at a time when as in the mid-1960s the world's attentions were firmly focused on British youth. The same could be said of the mid-1990s when 'BriPop' once again has international appeal and the result has been a kind of New New Psychedelic revival with all manner of British youth styles from the 1960s blended together. The swirling patterns hallucinogenic colors and space-aged designs of the psychedelics have become a symbolic representation of cocktail of youth sex and optimism

  • Many system devices for fluoroscopic and general X-ray studies in diagnostic radiographic system have been being changed from analog mode to digital mode. In addition, among diagnostic imaging and radiologic examinations, fluoroscopic studies that requires functional diagnosis is being widely used. The video recording method of fluoroscopic studies has been useful in functional image diagnosis and dynamic image observation, but the utility of its image quality is being reduced because of limitation in setting play segments of the video player, inconvenience of play, difficulties in preserving reproduced images, the change of image quality, etc. In order to complement these shortages, it is necessary to facilitate access to patient diagnosis information such as storing, editing and sharing functional diagnosis images in response to the trend of the digitalization of digital radiographic & fluoroscopic system(DRF). Thus this study designed and implemented a device of storing functional dynamic images real time using a computer rather than existing video recording, aiming at contribution to functional image diagnosis.

Electronic Music Glove using Sound Card

  • We developed an electronic music glove (EMG) system that could play musical scores in real time processing. The EMG system interfaces with the signal coming from the controller to the sound card in the computer. The computer, according to the status of the finger and foot switches, generates the signals to the speaker systems using the application C++ program by making use of MIDI message. The EMG systems can control up to several octave notes and duration of sound, and several musical performance expressions such as chorus, reverberation, rhythm, and volume. Finally, our EMG could play the performance of simple music depending on the choice of any kind of musical instruments in the sound card in computer systems.

Universal Composability Notion for Functional Encryption Schemes

  • We have developed an ideal functionality for security requirement of functional encryption schemes. The functionality is needed when we want to show the security of a functional encryption scheme in universal composable (UC) framework. A functionality $F_{fe}$ was developed to represent ideal respond of a functional encryption scheme against any polynomial time active attacker. We show that UC security notion of functional encryption scheme $F_{fe}$ is as strong as fully secure functional encryption in an indistinguishable game with chosen cipher text attack. The proof used a method that showing for any environment algorithm, it can not distinguish ideal world where the attacker play with ideal functionality $F_{fe}$ and real world where the attacker play a fully secure functional encryption scheme.

  • 소프트웨어 개발 기술은 컴포넌트의 재사용에 기반한 소프트웨어 개발 방법으로 발전하고 있다. 컴포넌트는 재사용 및 가변성을 족친시키며, 시스템의 전반적인 복잡도를 감소시켜 준다. 그러나 컴포넌트 조립정보는 디자인시점(design-time)에서 결정되고 특정 컴포넌트 모델과 컴포넌트 실행환경(Component Execution Environment)에 따라 소스코드에 반영되기 때문에, 시스템의 변경 관리 및 동적인 구성등의 소프트웨어 컴포넌트의 장점을 반영하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 사용되고 있는 컴포넌트 컴포지션의 문제점을 제시하고, 이를 해결하기 위하여 컴포넌트 컴포지션시 필수적 정보들인 컴포넌트간의 상호작용, 컨텍스트 상의 종속성, 메시지 전달 및 호출상의 제약 조건 등의 기본 컴포지션 정도들을 표현하는 컴포지셔널 컨트랙트를 정의한다. 컴포지셔널 컨트랙트는 모든 정보를 컴포닌트 모델 및 환경에 의존적이지 않도록 XML 문서로 정의되므로, 각종 컴포지셔널 컨트랙트를 이용하여 컴포넌트 기술의 가장 큰 장점인 플러그-앤드-플레이(Plug-and-Play)방식의 지원 및 동적 바인딩, 동적 컴포넌트 컴포지션을 지원하는프레임워크를 제시한다.

  • 실시간 영상회의 시스템은 네트워크 및 버퍼링의 지연으로 사용자 정보의 전달이 시스템 간에 효율적으로 이루어지지 않고 있어 실시간성이 완벽하게 보장되지 않고 있는 것이 현실이다. 하지만, 네트워크 인프라의 보강과 지터 지연에 대한 연구는 활발하지만, 버퍼링에 대한 연구는 미흡한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 버퍼링 지연에 따른 문제 해결을 위한 FRCB(Frame-Rate Control Buffer) 관리 기법을 제안하고자 한다. FRCB는 버퍼의 Overflow와 Underflow를 방지하기 위한 FTH(Fist-play THreshold)와 STH(Slow-play THreshold)로 구성되며, CPU 부하가 높은 상황에서도 좋은 성능을 보여 고품질의 실시간 영상회의에 적합함을 보였다.

A Study on Improvement of Electronic Library Services Using User Review Data in Mobile App Market

  • This study aims to analyze users' assessment of electronic libraries in the mobile app market and promote service improvement based on this. To this end, the basic background and purpose of the research, research method, and research scope were first set, and the relevant literature and empirical prior studies were analyzed. Next, users' evaluations of electronic libraries were collected and analyzed from Google Play Store. Based on the results analyzed, measures to improve the quality of electronic libraries were discussed. Based on the results of the study, the following improvement measures are proposed. Need for systemic improvement and stabilization. Provision of applications suitable for multi-device environments. Resumption of services after systematic inspection after updating. Simplification of sign up, log in, and authentication procedures. User support through real-time chat. Introduction of a detailed assessment of reviews. Provision of guidance and user manual for electronic libraries. Improvements to expand user convenience, and Securing differentiation from other similar services.
