The purpose of this study is to explore the supporting scenario to promote vocational training in North Korea in terms of cooperation level. To this end, we have embarked on a regional and industry based vocational training program by predicting the political and social situation of North Korea and staging three scenarios systematically. These scenarios were designed originally based on the Futures Group methodology. The first scenario is to establish a technical training center in one area, focusing on the electrical, electronics, and clothing sectors. The second scenario is to set up a pilot campus of vocational training college in one region by selecting the electric, electronic, and automobile industries as its main industries. The third scenario is to establish five vocational training college campuses in North Korea, focusing on electricity and electronics, IT manufacturing, telecommunications, heavy industry, and women-specialized industries. We suggested the followings: First, establishing goals and strategies for North Korean vocational training and establishing road maps. Second, the North Korean vocational training governance system needs to be established. Third, R & D infrastructure for vocational training needs to be established. Fourth, HRD and HRM system in North Korea vocational training field needs to be established. In addition, the role of public and private employment services centers to provide them should be strengthening.

The fourth industrial revolution based on the intelligent revolution has revolutionized the society as a whole, and it has also affected the defense sector. Various aspects of the war have been changing with the development of technology. In particular, various strategies such as research and development of core technology related to defense unmanned system field and infrastructure are being established based on the fourth industrial revolution technology. In this paper, we have conducted a study to select the technology required for maritime unmanned systems, which can be considered as a priority consideration for the future development of the core technology to be secured prior to the development of the weapon system. First, the core technology prioritization model for the marine unmanned system was established, and the technology fields of the unmanned robot were reclassified and integrated in the related literature such as the classification of the defense technology standard. For the empirical analysis, a questionnaire survey was conducted for 12 specialists who are engaged in the planning of weapons systems, and the importance of technical fields that require development in the development of marine unmanned systems was analyzed. As a result, it was possible to identify the key technology areas that should be considered in selecting the key technologies proposed by the military groups, research institutes, and companies. This could contribute to the establishment of the technology roadmap to develop the marine unmanned system from the future point of view.
The purpose of this study is to test the mediating effect of coping plan and action plan in the relation between leisure-time physical activity(LTPA) intention and exercise behavior and to extend the literature in theory of planned behavior. We examined the mediating role of implementation plan-namely coping plan and action plan in the effect of intention to physical activity on exercise behavior. To attain the goal of study, we asked collegiate students (n=253; male=118, female=105) report their intention toward LTPA, coping plan, action plan, and self-reported exercise behavior. Collected data was analyzed using statistical program software (i.e., SPSS, AMOS) for SEM and mediation analyses. The results revealed that intention toward LTPA was positively related to implementation plan (coping plan and action plan) and exercise behavior. Collegiate students' intention toward LTPA positively predicted their exercise behavior mediated by implementation plans. Specifically, LTPA intention among collegiate students predicted their exercise behavior via coping plan and action plan. The findings showed that coping plan and action plan partially mediated in the relation between LTPA intention and exercise behavior. In conclusion, students' intention to be getting physical active in leisure-time physical activity explains lifetime physical activity or the level of recent exercise behavior possibly via coping plan (e.g., how to overcome barriers to exercise) and action plan (e.g., when and where I exercise and get physically active). The conceptualization of coping plan and action plan in implementation plans and test of its model better to explain the intention-behavior gap would help exercise instructors or practitioners effectively develop their plans and strategies toward targeted exercise behavior.
This study examines the effects of job stress on fire-fighters' job performance on negative job factors, job burnout, and positive job factors, job satisfaction, respectively, and by examining whether resilience has a modulating effect in these influence relationships. This was done to provide useful information for planning management strategies. The analysis was done by regression analysis of data collected through a structured survey of 239 fire-fighters, and the moderating effect was confirmed by calculating and applying the interaction term. For the analysis, a structured questionnaire survey was conducted on 239 fire-fighters. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that job stress and job burnout of fire-fighters were low, job satisfaction was normal, and resilience was above average. Also, there was no significant difference in resilience according to demographic characteristics, and it was found that job stress had a positive(+) influence on job burnout at a statistically meaningful level, and a negative(-) influence on job satisfaction. In addition, it was found that impulse control power and cause analysis power had a moderating effect in the influence relationship between job stress and job burnout, and impulse control power had a moderating effect in the influence relationship between job stress and job satisfaction. Based on these results, it was proposed to preemptively apply various resilience programs suitable for the situation of fire-fighters, enhance emotional competence, and introduce coaching personnel to help self-reflection.
This study aimed to investigate the effects a strengths-based group counselling program had on self-esteem and career maturity of adolescents under probation. The subjects of the study were female adolescents under probation in Gwangju and were categorized into two groups: experiment group and control group consisting of 15 respectively. As a result, it was discovered that the strengths-based group counselling program had positive effects on enhancement of general and social self-esteem in the subjects while it did not have statistically significant effects on enhancement of family self-esteem. It indicates that positive relationship with parents and recovery of family functions should be encouraged to enhance the family self-esteem. Also, the strengths-based group counselling program had positive effects on planning, self-understanding, career knowledge and career preparation areas relating to career maturity while it did not have statistically significant effects on independence. It shows that to encourage the subjects to be independently prepared for career, family and society should provide more specific support for career guidance. Based on the results above, it was suggested that the strengths-based group counselling program had significant effects on self-esteem and career maturity of the subjects under probation. In conclusion, to encourage adolescents under probation to respect themselves and others, specifically plan their career and grow to be reliable and mature adults, further research on the strengths-based group counselling program is needed and diverse strategies including specific support through mentor service of college students should be developed.

Since 2014, the quality level survey of the defense industry has been carried out annually. The need for this was felt as the quality control policy was inadequately reflected in the survey results. In this study, to secure valid and reliable data, the quality level survey measurement indicators and questionnaires used previously were analyzed and developed as customized papers according to the size of the company. The questionnaire index was simplified through the elimination of unnecessary and redundant items to improve the response rate and reliability. In addition, a comprehensive score was computed based on the improvement index so that the result of the quantitative quality level survey could be calculated. Through this, it was possible to determine the quality level attained by the defense industry. Through the quality level survey, we intend to secure data that can analyze the quality management environment to maintain quality levels of the defense industry and identify ways to establish mid-to-long-term quality management strategies and improve systems to enhance the quality level of the defense industry in the future.

In this study, we analyzed the types of rebuttals in the argument structure of learning contents in lesson plans constructed by Earth science preservice teachers, and then we explored examples of how they responded to resolving the rebuttal. As a result of analyzing preservice teachers' assignments, discussions, and interviews collected during a total of 20 hours of classes and group discussions for 5 weeks, all 5 types of rebuttals suggested by Verheij (2005) were identified. Through the data analysis, a total of 18 rebuttal cases derived, and these cases were classified into 3 types according to how preservice teachers solve the rebuttals in class. The conclusions and implications based on the results are as follows: First, this study provided empirical data that the thinking process of validating core elements of argumentation and processes of argumentation is actively taking place in preservice teachers' lesson planning using the argument structure, and expanded the scope of application of argumentation in science education research. Second, the argument structure of learning contents should be used to help teachers to come up with strategies to induce students' curiosity and devotion to learn science contents. Third, preservice teachers should have the opportunity to think about the nature of science, including the variability and uncertainty of scientific knowledge when they discover rebuttals and develop solutions to them. Based on these conclusions, implications and suggestions for science education and further research were suggested.
Canine babesiosis has been scarcely investigated in the Republic of Korea (ROK). Although it is known that Babesia gibsoni is its primary causative agent, its clinical presentation has not been completely clarified in the ROK. Consequently, the aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical appearance of this parasitic infection based on the anamnesis of the patient and compare of hematological and biochemical test results. Four hundred whole blood samples from patients with a presumptive diagnosis of tick-borne disease were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to amplify the Babesia spp. 18S rRNA gene and by a rapid diagnostic test kit (VetAll Laboratories®) to detect B. gibsoni seroreactive animals. Thirty-six (9.0%) dogs were PCR-positive but only 24 (6.0%) were seropositive. The investigation revealed that all the courses of the disease are present in the ROK, with the acute course being predominant. The acute course tends to consist of inappetence, lethargy, pyrexia, gastrointestinal symptoms, and occasionally hematuria. It also occurs with common hematological abnormalities, such as thrombocytopenia and anemia, and to a lesser extent biochemical abnormalities, such as hyperbilirubinemia, hypoalbuminemia, and elevated liver enzymes. This research shows that B. gibsoni is an endemic hemoparasite capable of producing a variety of clinical manifestations in dogs. For its accurate diagnosis, a descriptive history of the clinical signs, hematology, and biochemical profile of the patient, along with a well-performing PCR assay, are essential. These findings will help in planning pragmatic preventive strategies against this potent threat in the ROK.
This research aims to present effective influencer marketing strategies against a heavy blow in Korean influencer marketing industry because of the paid advertisement controversy and the reinforcement of regulations for online advertisement. By investigating the effects of influencer reputation, which is composed of communication skills, influence, authenticity and professionalism on marketing effect, as well as the mediating effect of parasocial relationship, the study provides some implications for influencer selecting. The effect of economic interests is examined under 4 experimental conditions of paid advertisements, brand collaboration, brand gifts and organic review to figure out how to arrange an appropriate sponsorship plan. According to results of PLS structural equation analysis, it shows that the influence and authenticity of an influencer have a significant positive effect on marketing effect and the mediating effect of parasocial relationship is partially proved. It seems that the effect of influencer reputation on marketing effect is significantly differentiated in different contexts, which confirms the moderating effect of economic interest. Distinguish from previous studies, this study focuses on types of economic interest rather than a simple comparison between sponsorship disclosure versus no disclosure and makes contributions to expanding reputation research. Meanwhile, findings of this study could give some practical implications for marketing practitioners in planning influencer marketing.

This article is devoted to the study of the process of formation of the digital generation in a distance learning environment. With the introduction of quarantine due to the spread of COVID-19, opponents of digital technologies were forced to turn to relevant resources, while supporters identified new opportunities for the development of didactics and education in general. The irreversibility of the former educational reality became apparent and only the scale of the vision of potential change by interested and disinterested groups differed. Using a comprehensive approach, the authors consider the issues related to the direct and indirect impact of distance learning on children and young people born after the beginning of the XXI century. The article reveals the prerequisites and implications of distance education for the interaction of participants in the educational process. IC technologies during the educational process in the primary grades, in addition to identifying the student's learning deficit, should provide the transmission of non-verbal signals, which are important for children of this age. At the same time in the secondary school IR-technologies are designed to replace frontal learning during the assimilation of knowledge and at the same time not to worsen the quality of the educational process. Formation of students in the HEI takes place in the political science format, constant discussion of problem situations, so the task of introducing IC technology in this process is the accurate transfer of the content of the discussions. Individualization and autonomization of the educational process, its dependence on the results of the choice of educational content, and the use of pedagogical management tools change the philosophy of education for children and youth. The authors conclude that the formation of a digital generation, characterized by an increased level of digital literacy of children and youth, the possession of a certain level of digital capacity requires the use of strategies aimed at optimizing the learning process in a digital educational environment.
