금강 참게목장화 사업의 사회-경제 통합모델링 (Incorporating Social & Economic Factors for the Pasture Project in Kum River)

  • This article deals with an economic evalutation of the 'Pasture Project of Kum River', which is the farming plan of mitten crabs in a stream of it. An augmented model of social capital is based on the past ecological-economic system dynamics model and elaborated further with suggestions of social capital literature. During the modeling process a chain diagram of causal relations and its relevant mathematical equations are presented for simulating the project performance, and the simulation results are provided to contrast the dynamic behaviors of the former ecological-economic model with ones of the new model incorporating social capital. The results indicate that an increase in the economic benefit of the project could happen in case of considering the process of social capital accumulation around the case area, which can be regarded as a remarkable trial to approve the common confidence in the role of social capital to enhance an economic achievement.

  • In general, forecast tsunami heights announced for tsunami warning are computed by using a linear tsunami model with coarse grids which leads the underestimation of inundation area. Thus, an accurate tsunami inundation map corresponding to the forecast tsunami height is indispensible for an emergency evacuation plan. A practical way to construct a relatively accurate tsunami inundation map was proposed in this study for the quantitative forecast of inundation area. This procedure can be introduced as in the followings: The fault dislocations of potential tsunami sources generating a specific tsunami height near an interested area are found by using a linear tsunami model. Based on these fault dislocations, maximum inundation envelops of the interested area are computed and illustrated by using nonlinear inundation numerical model. In this study, the tsunami inundation map for Imwon area was constructed according to 11 potential tsunami sources, and the validity of this process was examined.

Prototyping a Student Model for Educational Games

  • When a pedagogical agent system aims to provide students with interactive help, it needs to know what knowledge the student has and what goals the student is currently trying to achieve. That is, it must do both assessment and plan recognition. These modeling tasks involve a high level of uncertainty when students are allowed to follow various lines of reasoning and are not required to show all their reasoning explicitly. In this paper, the student model for interactive edutainment applications is proposed. This model is based on Bayesian Networks to expose constructs and parameters of rules and propositions pertaining to game and problem solving activities. This student model could be utilized as the emotion generation model for student and agent as well.

  • 경상남도 N군에서는 군지역이면서도 군민의 건강한 삶의 증진을 위해 2005년도에 건강도시에 가입한 후 지속적으로 건강도시 사업을 실시하고 있다. 그동안 상당한 성과를 거둔 것으로 평가되지만, 한편으로 N군을 둘러싼 제반 환경이 급변함에 따라 질적인 측면에서 보다 진전된 새로운 형태의 건강도시 사업을 실시할 필요성이 커지고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 경상남도 N군의 사례분석을 통해 건강도시 사업의 발전적인 모델을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이러한 연구목적을 위하여 건강도시 사업과 관련된 국내 외의 문헌과 자료가 광범위하게 수집 고찰되었으며, 이를 바탕으로 BSC(Balanced Scorecard) 기법을 활용한 N군의 건강도시 발전계획 을 수립 하였다. 본 연구의 주된 기여사항과 시사점은 기존의 많은 건강도시 사업이 직면하고 있는 문제점들을 체계적으로 평가하고 이러한 평가 위에서 사업계획이 개발되는 보다 효과적인 방법을 적용할 수 있는 모델을 제시하였다는 점이다. 특히, BSC 기법은 앞으로 건강도시 계획을 수립하는 데 매우 유용한 분석틀이 될 것으로 기대된다.

고등학교 가정교과 가족관계 영역을 중심으로한 역할놀이 수업모형의 개발 및 적용 (The Development of the Teaching-Learning Model Applying Role Play to High School Home Economics Education)

  • The objectives of the unit ‘Family Relations’in high school Home Economics Education is to help the students cultivating proper values and self-esteem, maintaining harmonious personal relations not only by understanding human relationships in family, but also by acquiring role play, and is to wisely cope with many problems occurring in social life, which are indispensable for those living in modern society. But at present it is hard for the students to gain those abilities mentioned above, for the present unit ‘Family Relations’lays special emphasis only on memorizing specific knowledge about the understanding of a family. To improve the present educational situation, this study develops a new teaching-learning method based on the role play model concerning the ‘Family Relation’area of high school Home Economics Education curriculum. This study is theoretically based on the literature and previous studies on present problems of our various family relations, and solving its problems, and suggests lesson model of role play and its effect. This study was performed as following procedures: the ‘Family Relation’unit of the present high school Home Economics Education curriculum was analyzed, and surveyed students to discover the conflicts and their solutions the high school students are now experiencing in their family relations. Accordingly, a new lesson model of the ‘Family Relation’area, applying role play was developed. Based on the developed lesson plan, two-hour classes were experimented and positive evaluation was given by students.

서비스 중심의 국가 공간정보 플랫폼 연계 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Construction of Service-oriented Connection Model among National GeoSpatial Information Platforms)

  • 본 연구는 공간정보 서비스 중심의 국가 공간정보 플랫폼 연계 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 공간정보 플랫폼 연계의 필요성에 대해 분석하고, 산 학 연 전문가를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 국가 공간정보 플랫폼 연계에 대한 문제점을 파악하였다. 이를 토대로 효율적인 공간정보 서비스 제공을 위한 Single Point Access 플랫폼 연계 모델과 이를 구현하기 위한 기술과 정책 방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 공간정보 중심의 플랫폼 정부 구현, 국가 공간정보 플랫폼 개발에 대한 정책 방향 수립 및 국가 정보화 계획에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

구조물의 회복탄력성 기반 성능평가법에 대한 고찰 및 적용 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Resilience-Based Performance Evaluation Method of Structures and Their Application Plan)

  • The resilience performance evaluation method of a structure can evaluate the ability to recover after an earthquake disaster, and this study deals with the consideration and introduction of the resilience performance evaluation method. The resilience evaluation method can be expressed as a quantified number by constructing a loss estimation model and a recovery evaluation model. The recovery evaluation model should consider downtime in addition to the repair time, and the loss estimation model should consider not only direct loss to structures and non-structures, but also indirect loss due to functional loss of the building. In addition, to build a loss estimation model, the structure should be simplified to perform an efficient analysis. Therefore, in this study, the equivalent terminal induction system proposed cantilever-type and rahmen-type SDOF, and it is evaluated somewhat conservatively compared to the example structure, and it is judged that there is a need to improve the hysteresis characteristics by applying the stiffness reduction factor of the SDOF model.

The Performance Analysis to Identify the Reuse and Assembly Impact of Temporary Equipment

  • Temporary work that utilizes temporary equipment (e.g., system scaffold and system pipe support) in construction work is one of the most vulnerable work from a safety perspective in South Korea. Typically, temporary equipment is reused at construction sites. The Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency announced guidelines regarding the performance standards for reusable temporary equipment to prevent the accidental collapse of temporary facilities. Nevertheless, temporary facilities' collapse still occurs, which could be attributed to a degradation in the performance due to the reuse of temporary equipment. Therefore, this study investigated the performance of simple temporary structures assembled with new and reused equipment. To this end, an experimental module was designed based on previous research cases, and two experimental models were constructed, in which one was assembled using new equipment (Model A), and the other was built using reused equipment (Model B). To determine the performance of each model, a load test was conducted to measure the maximum load that each model could withstand. The experimental results revealed that the maximum load of Model B was 15% lower than that of Model A. This indicates that there is a meaningful performance difference between those two models. Based on this result, the authors decided to perform additional tests with more realistic models than previous ones. The new experimental module was designed to ensure compliance with the Korean design guidelines. In this presentation, the authors show details of the first tests and their results and plan for the additional test.

곡운구곡 관광자원화 계획 (The Planning of Tourism Resource in Gokun-gugok)

  • Tourism and recreation spots in Korea have been developed metropolitan cities-oriented that facility construction has too much importance in local tourist site development more than satisfaction and experience. Tourism hardly seems to play its role as a motive power even in locals where tourism occupies much in their economic development. Therefore, the ministry of culture & tourism has introduced a plan to discover cultural and tourism resources as a development alternative which handles theme-ability and specialization. However, most projects of local tourism resources developed since 1999 have resulted similar features comparing to previous and existing tourist spots. And the main objectives of this paper have not been realized very well. This research hence forth suggests a program-based model development in tourism resources, with a case study of Gokun-gugok, one of the historical and cultural sites and is located in Hwachon-gun, Gangwon Province. Main points include: Since the Gokun-gugok landscape has been undermined and been loosed the traditional cultural value due to the road development, this study intends to plan to make the adventure of tourism destination including restoring the site as a cultural place. The Gokun-gugok site needs to develop combining various types of tours and adventures with instructive and educational programs to meet the visitors' needs. This research also intends to precede a development plan based on harmonizing natural, historical and cultural assets of the Gokun-gugok with facility maintains and tourism development. Meanwhile, the study stresses on realizing development of tourism resources categorizing programs by seasonality, visitor's economic class, and visit duration. Asa consequence, the research presents a "Culture & Tourism Academy" which deals with these types of adventure programs and informative educations. To assess feasibility of the development plan in terms of economy, environment and policy, the research conducted the site inspection and examined the site's surroundings, land properties and inundation. 145,000 square meters have been extracted as a feasible development area out of total 392,500 square meters. Finally, the study segmentizes target markets basedon the result of the survey on visitors and local residents. The more segmentized markets employ facilities according to their traditional characters.

대학신입생의 진로·학습 역량 강화 프로그램 콘텐츠 설계 및 개발 방안 연구 - H대학의 사례를 중심으로- (A Study on Design and Development Plan of Program Content for Enhancing the Career·Learning Competency of University Freshmen -Focusing on H university case-)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 신입생의 성공적인 대학생활 적응을 돕기 위하여 진로 학습 프로그램 콘텐츠를 설계하고 개발 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 첫째, 신입생이 처한 상황과 문제 그리고 신입생 대상 교육 프로그램에 대한 선행연구 검토 및 H대학 신입생을 대상으로 프로그램 요구도 분석을 실시하였다. 둘째, 프로그램 관련 선행연구와 요구도 분석 결과에 기초하여 진로 학습 프로그램 개념모형을 개발하였다. 셋째, 맞춤형 콘텐츠, 정서적 지원, 온오프라인 융합 프로그램 등을 중심축으로 하여 진로 학습 역량강화 프로그램 콘텐츠를 설계하고 개발방안을 제시하였다. 전공별 진로 학습 트랙, 빅 데이터 분석, 액션 플랜 등을 주요 콘텐츠로 제안하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 신입생을 위한 역량기반 맞춤형 진로 학습 프로그램의 개발과 실행의 기초자료로써 활용되어 프로그램의 질적 내실화와 신입생들의 대학적응력 향상에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.
