다 축면 하지 보조기가 외반슬 교정에 미주는 효과 (A Correction Effect of Multiaxial Lower Extremity Orthosis in Patients with Genu Valgum)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of multiaxial lower extremity orthosis on correction of genu valgum. 20 volunteers among people visited department of Rehabilitation Medicine, chungnam national university hospital, who had been diagnosed as genu valgum without other musculoskeletal problems were included. 10 individuals(mean age: 9.gyrs) who had been taken multiaxial lower extremity orthosis at least 12month were included in experimental group and the other 10 individuals(mean age: 11.7yrs) refused taking this orthosis in the control group. We measured the Q-angle & femorotibial angle using plain roentgenogram images at visiting day and repeat same test after 1year follow up. Multiaxial lower extremity orthosis consist of proximal horizontal bar with both thigh cuff, central vertical bar and distal horizontal bar with both shoes. we narrowed inter-shoes distance from start to 6th month and inter-thigh cuff distance together with above correction for next 6month in the frontal plane and from 10th month, dorsiflexed both shoes in sagittal plane. Also, we rotate the both shoes externally and retract the proximal vertical bar every month. This orthosis have to be taken at least 4 hours during sleep. The result were as follows 1. There were no statistical significant difference in each parameter between the right and left Q-angle before multiaxial lower extremity orthosis. 2. The left Q angle reduced $-11^{\circ}$ between 1st day and after 1year follow up showed statistical significant difference between multiaxial lower extremity orthosis taking group and non-taking(p<0.001). 3. The right Q angle reduced $-13^{\circ}$ between 1st day and after 1year follow up showed statistical significant difference between multiaxial lower extremity orthosis taking group and non-taking(p<0.001). 4. There were no statistical significant difference in each parameter between the right and left femorotibial angle before multiaxial lower extremity orthosis. 5. The left femorotibial angle reduced $-10.1^{\circ}$ between 1st day and after lyear follow up showed statistical significant difference between multiaxial lower extremity orthosis taking group and non-taking(p<0.001). 6. The right femorotibial angle reduced $-11.2^{\circ}$ between 1st day and after 1year follow up showed statistical significant difference between multiaxial lower extremity orthosis taking group and non-taking(p<0.001).

  • 충돌 또는 폭발 하중 하의 콘크리트는 정적 하중에서 가지는 재료물성과 다른 거동을 보이게 된다. 즉, 고변형율 하의 콘크리트의 재료물성은 크게 변화하게 되며, 이를 시험평가하기 위한 방법 중 압축강도와 관련된 시험법으로는 SHPB(Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar) Test가 있다. 그러나, SHPB Test는 금속과 같은 인성재료를 위해 개발된 시험방법으로서 취성재료인 콘크리트에 적용이 가능한지에 대한 검토가 추가적으로 필요하며, UHPC와 같은 섬유보강 초고성능 콘크리트에 대한 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 콘크리트 시험체를 위해 제작된 SHPB Test 장비를 사용하여 일반 콘크리트 및 UHPC 시험체에 대한 시험평가를 수행하였으며, SHPB Test의 적용 적정성을 파악하기 위하여 초고속카메라를 활용한 변위영상 분석을 통한 검증을 수행하였다.

폴리에틸렌 기반 자기강화복합재료의 성형성 및 기계적 특성에 따른 최적 제직형상 수치해석적 연구 (Study of Optimal Weaving Shape according to Formability and Mechanical Properties of Polyethylene-based Self-reinforced Composite)

  • In this study, self-reinforced composite(SRC) was prepared using HDPE(High density polyethylene) fabric(2×2 plain) and LDPE(Low density polyethylene) film. The optimal conditions were derived by manufacturing specimens according to the temperature of 100 ~ 140℃ using a hot stamping at a pressure of 100bar for 10 minutes in order to find the optimal conditions for the SRC. The manufactured SRC was analyzed for tensile properties, compressive strength and shear strength through a universal testing machine(UTM). As a result of the measurement, the P3 specimen prepared by hot stamping at a temperature of 130℃ and a pressure of 100bar for 10 minutes was found to be higher than other specimens with tensile strength and tensile modulus of 210MPa and 19GPa, compressive strength 69MPa and shear strength 13MPa and it was considered to be optimal condition. Finally, the composite material according to the fabric structure was modeled using experimental values and the physical properties of the composite material according to the fabric structure were predicted using GeoDict and Digimat.

우유(牛乳)와 유제품(乳製品)의 Riboflavin 함량(含量) 및 일광(日光) 노출시의 파괴율에 관한 연구 (Riboflavin in milk and milk products and the destructive effect of sunlight)

  • 국내(國內)에서 생산(生産)되는 시유(市乳)와 유제품(乳製品)의 riboflavin함량(含量)을 분석(分析)하고 병우유와 폴리팩우유, 흰우유와 초코렛색의 우유를 대비(對比)시켜 일광(日光)에 예민한 riboflavin의 함량변화(含量變化)를 추적한 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. (1) Riboflavin의 함량(含量)은 시료 100g당 병우유 흰것 $62.4{\mu}g$, 폴리팩우유 $62.4{\mu}g$, 초코렛우유 $61.5{\mu}g$, 커피우유 $62.5{\mu}g$, 바나나우유 $87.7{\mu}g$, 딸기우유 $89.3{\mu}g$, 발효유 $36.2{\mu}g$, Hard ice cream bar $130.4{\mu}g$, vanilla soft ice cream $195.9{\mu}g$이었다. (2) 한시간 일광(日光)노출후 병우유 72.4%, 폴리팩우유 77,7%, 두시간 경과후 병우유가 92.0%, 폴리팩우유가 91.4%로서 폴리팩우유가 riboflavin이 약간 빨리 파괴되는 경향(傾向)을 보였으나, 두시간 경과후의 파괴율은 서로 비슷하였다. (3) 1시간 일광(日光)노출후 초코렛색 우유는 36.1%, 흰우유는 72.4%, 두시간 후에는 초코렛색 우유 46.3%, 흰우유는 92.0%의 riboflavin의 파괴율을 보여 초코렛우유가 훨씬 파괴율이 적었다. 이상의 결과(結果)로 미루어 특히 여름철의 일광(日光) 노출은 riboflavin의 막대한 손실이 올 수 있음을 알 수 있었고 초콜렛색의 우유가 흰우유 보다 일광(日光)노출에 대한 riboflavin의 보존(保存)에 효과적이었다.

Multi-Criteria Topology Design of Truss Structures

  • This paper presents a novel design approach that could generate structural design alternatives having different topologies and then, select the optimum structure from them with simulataneously determining its optimum design variables related to geometry and the member size subjected to the multiple objective design environments. For this purpose, a specialized genetic algorithm, called StrGA_DeAl + MOGA, which can handle the design alternatives and multi-criteria problems very effectively, is developed for the optimal structural design. To validate the developed method, method, plain truss design problems are considered as illustrative example. To begin with, some possible topological of the truss structure are suggested based on the stability criterion that should be satisfied under the given loading condition. Then, with the consideration of the given multi-criteria, several different topology forms are selected as design alternatives for the second step of the conceptual design process. Based on the chosen topolgy of truss structures, the sizing or shaping optimization process starts to determine the optimum design parameters. Ten-bar truss problems are given in the paper to confirm the above concept and methodology.

절삭유 냉각용 낮은 핀관의 응축 및 비등 열전달 성능에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Performance of the Condensation and the Boiling Heat Transfer of Low Fin Tubes Used in Cooling of the Cutting Oil)

  • Heat transfer performance is studied for boiling and condensation of R-11 on integral-fin tubes. Nine tubes with trapezoidal integral-fins having fin densities from 748 to 1654fpm and 10,30 grooves and finned tubes with caves of 0.55 and 0.64 mm height respectively are tested. in case of condensation CFC-11 condensates at saturation stat of 32$^{\circ}C$ on the outside surface cooled by inside cooling water flows. And in case of boiling the refrigerant evaporates at a saturation state of 1 bar on the outside tube surface and heat is supplied by hot water which circulates inside of the tube,. The tube having fin transfer coefficient concerns fin tubes with caves show higher valve than low fin tube having find density of 1299fpm and 30grooves. The overall heat transfer coefficient of fin tube with caves is about 5155 W/mK at 2.8m/s of water velocity, The value is abuot 2.7 times higher than plain tube and 1.3 times higher than low fin tube having fin density of 1299fpm and 30 grooves.

평면 변형 조건에서 일축 인장력을 받는 금속 재료의 불연속 변위 각에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Angle of Localization of a Metal Specimen under Uniaxial Tension with Plane Strain Condition)

  • 일반적으로 인장 시험에 주로 사용되는 납작한 형태의 금속 재료에 천천히 인장력을 가하고 그 힘을 증가시키면 어느 순간에 루더스 밴드(Luders band)라고 불리는 소성 변형의 띠가 갑자기 발생한다. 이 띠들은 일정 각도를 가지고 평행하게 발생하며, 여러 연구자들에 의해 특정 경계조건에 대하여 이 띠가 발생하는 조건과 그 각도에 대한 많은 연구가 선행되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 평면 응력 조건에서 이루어진 Thomas(1961)의 연구를 기반으로 하고 $J_2$ 소성 변형 조건, 힘의 평형방정식, 그리고 구성방정식을 이용하여 평면 변형 조건에서 발생하는 밴드의 각도를 해석적으로 유도하였다. 이 결과는 음향텐서를 이용한 기존의 연구 결과와 일치함을 확인하였다.

지하구조물의 열화방지를 위한 수밀성 콘크리트의 개발 (Development of Low Permeable Concrete for the Control of Deterioration in Underground Structures)

  • In underground reinforced concrete structures, such as drainage structure, water and chloride ion penetrated into concrete through the cracks of concrete and its permeable property, cause the corrosion of reinforcing steel bar, which accelerates the expansive cracks and deterioration of concrete. It is necessary to control those deterioration of underground structure by improving its permeability and durability through the reasonable solutions in design, construction and materials. In the present study, fly ash concrete, which has good material properties in long-term period, is compared and studied with plain concrete using ordinary portland cement in terms of fundamental mechanical properties, permeability, drying shrinkage and durability. Also, the mix design and its properties of low permeable concrete using fly ash are reviewed. From this study, fly ash concrete can conctrol the penetration of water and chloride ion effectively by forming dense microstructure of concrete. Therefore, fly ash concrete may increase the long-term function, performance and serviceability of underground structures.

In case of condensation CFC-11 condensates at saturation state of 32$^{\circ}C$ on the outside surface cooled by inside cooling water flows. And in case of boiling the refrigerant evaporates at a saturation state of 1bar on the outside tube surface and heat is supplied by hot water which circulates inside of the tube. The tube having fin density of 1299fpm and 30grooves has the best condensation overall heat transfer coefficient. However, as far as boiling heat transfer coefficient concerns, fin tubes with cave show higher value than low fin tube having fin density of 1299fpm and 30 grooves.
