계류수의 이화학성에 미치는 동결융해침식토사의 영향 (Influences of the Solifluction Soil on the Physicochemistry of Stream Water Quality)

  • This research was conducted to investigate the influences caused by solifluction soil on the physicochemistry of stream water quality at the riparian area four points in the northeastern part of the Bughansan National Park from March to May of 2001. The average pH of stream water was higher than those in the caused by solifluction soil. The average electrical conductivity of upstream water was about 0.8~1.7 times lower than those in the caused by solifluction soil, but the average electrical conductivity of downstream water was about 1.6~3.8 times higher than those in the caused by solifluction soil. Therefore, these results showed that the water quality of downstream was worse than that of upstream. Twelve factors including the physicochemistry on the stream water and caused by solifluction soil were analyzed by spss/pc+ for the data collected from during March to May of 2001. pH of stream water was very significantly correlated with pH and electrical conductivity at the caused by solifluction soil. And the electrical conductivity of stream water was very significantly correlated with electrical conductivity and the amount of cation($Na^+$, ${NH_4}^+$, $Mg^{2+}$) at the caused by solifluction soil.

  • 본 연구는 북한산국립공원 북동사면 일대에서 계류수질에 미치는 동결융해침식토사의 영향을 파악함으로써 국립공원내 계류수질 보전을 위한 과학적 기초 자료를 제공하기 위하여 2002년 3월부터 5월까지 수행하였다. 조사기간 동안 계류수의 평균 pH는 동결융해침식토사의 평균 pH보다 높았으며, 계류수의 평균 전기전도도는 상류유역이 하류유역보다 약 2.1${\sim}$2.8배 낮은 값을 나타내었다. 또한, 직선회귀분석결과 동결융해침식된 토사와 계류수에서의 pH와 음이온량 ($Cl^-,\;N0_3\;^-, So_4\;^{2-}$)은 정의 상관관계를 나타내었다.

  • This study the effects of the application of organic farming materials on the soil Physicochemistry property and plant growth, yield and components of Tomato were compared with conventional culture. The results obtained from the experiment are summarized as follows : 1. The effect of soil chemical properties after application organic farming materials, The amounts of pH and O.M. in N, P, K treated plot were few of change, To the contrary, fermentation compost and microorganisms fermentation compost treated plot were some increase, Amount of $P_2$$O_{5}$, Ca and K increase in comparison with the N, P, K treated plot. 2. Changes of soil microbial after application organic farming materials, The number of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi in N, P, K treated plot were appeared definite direction. to the contrary, The number of bacteria and actimycetes in fermentation compost and microorganisms fermentation compost treated plot showed the increased tendency, The number of fungi showed the decreased tendency. 3. Effect of organic farming materials application on the growth and yield of tomato was superior in order of microorganisms fermentation compost plot〉 chemical fertilizers plot〉 fermentation compost plot. especially, chicken manure + microorganisms fermentation compost treated plot was the highest. 4. Effect of organic farming materials application on the components of tomato were not different.

Water Quality Assessment and Turbidity Prediction Using Multivariate Statistical Techniques: A Case Study of the Cheurfa Dam in Northwestern Algeria

  • This work aimed to develop a new equation for turbidity (Turb) simulation and prediction using statistical methods based on principal component analysis (PCA) and multiple linear regression (MLR). For this purpose, water samples were collected monthly over a five year period from Cheurfa dam, an important reservoir in Northwestern Algeria, and analyzed for 12 parameters, including temperature (T°), pH, electrical conductivity (EC), turbidity (Turb), dissolved oxygen (DO), ammonium (NH4+), nitrate (NO3-), nitrite (NO2-), phosphate (PO43-), total suspended solids (TSS), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5) and chemical oxygen demand (COD). The results revealed a strong mineralization of the water and low dissolved oxygen (DO) content during the summer period. High levels of TSS and Turb were recorded during rainy periods. In addition, water was charged with phosphate (PO43-) in the whole period of study. The PCA results revealed ten factors, three of which were significant (eigenvalues >1) and explained 75.5% of the total variance. The F1 and F2 factors explained 36.5% and 26.7% of the total variance, respectively and indicated anthropogenic pollution of domestic agricultural and industrial origin. The MLR turbidity simulation model exhibited a high coefficient of determination (R2 = 92.20%), indicating that 92.20% of the data variability can be explained by the model. TSS, DO, EC, NO3-, NO2-, and COD were the most significant contributing parameters (p values << 0.05) in turbidity prediction. The present study can help with decision-making on the management and monitoring of the water quality of the dam, which is the primary source of drinking water in this region.

  • 다공성 탄성체는 기름유출과 같은 상황에서 적용 가능한 선택적 흡수재로 각광을 받고 있다. 다공성 탄성체의 선택적 흡수효율은 표면 거칠기, 물리화학적 처리기법, 수압안정성 등의 영향을 받는다. 본 연구에서는 PDMS(polydimethylsiloxane), 미소 소금입자 및 계면활성제(silwet L-77)를 이용하여 다공성 PDMS를 제작하는 방법에 대해 설명한 후, 제작과정 중 물리화학적 처리를 통해 상기 다공성 PDMS의 소수성을 강화하거나 혹은 그 특성을 친수성으로 만드는 방법에 대해 기술한다. 물리적 처리방법으로는 소금입자의 크기조절을 통해 공극 크기(혹은 표면 거칠기)를 조절하고 화학적 처리방법으로는 계면활성제의 혼합비를 조절하여 표면 에너지를 변화시킨다. 제작된 다공성 PDMS를 이용하여 접촉각 및 흡수율을 측정함으로써 소금입자의 직경과 계면활성제의 혼합비가 다공성 PDMS의 접촉각과 흡수율에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 측정한다.

유기농 자재의 시용이 토양의 이화학적 특성과 배추의 생육 및 체내성분에 미치는 영향 (Effect of the Soil Physicochemistry Property and Plant Growth and Components of Chinese Cabbage after Application Organic Farming Materials)

  • 화학비료와 농약의 대용으로 가축분의 발효퇴비 및 미생물 발효퇴비를 시용하여 토양의 이화학적 성질 변화와 배추의 생육 및 체내 성분변화을 알아보기 위하여 본 시험을 수행하였던바 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 유기농 자재를 시용한 토양의 화학적 성질을 보면 pH 및 유기물함량은 화학비료 처리구에서는 거의 변화가 없었던 반면 발효퇴비 및 미생물 발효퇴비 처리구에서는 약간 증가하였고, 인산, 칼슘 및 칼리 성분은 발효퇴비 및 미생물 발효퇴비 처리구에서 화학비료 처리구보다 증가하였으며, 특히 계분+미생물 발효퇴비 처리구에서 가장 높았다. 2. 유기농 자재를 시용한 토양의 미생물상의 변화는 화학비료 처리구에서는 세균 및 방선균수는 거의 일정한 경향을 보였고 사상균수는 약간 감소하는 경향을 보인 반면 발효퇴비 및 미생물 발효퇴비 처리구에서는 세균, 방선균 및 사상균수가 모두 증가하는 경향을 보였으며, 특히 미생물 발효퇴비 처리구에서는 세균수가 상당히 증가하였다. 3, 유기농 자재의 시용에 따른 배추의 생육은 화학비료 처리구> 미생물 발효퇴비 처리구> 발효퇴비 처리구순으로 높았고, 체내 NO$_3$$^{-}$ 함량은 내엽보다 외엽에서 많았고, 처리간에는 화학비료 처리구에서 내.외엽 모두 가장 많았으며, 미생물 발효퇴비 처리구에서 다소 적었다. 4. 유기농 자재의 시용에 따른 배추의 체내성분은 처리간 뚜렷한 차이는 나타나지 않았다.

  • Quantifications of fish farm influences on stream water quality may provide basic informations on watershed management to reduce environmental impact due to fish farm development and to conserve stream water quality in forested watershed area. In this research stream water qualities around Mt. Paekun area were monitored seasonally and the following results were obtained. Due to the increase of pH in effluent water from the fish farm it was believed that alkalization of stream water can be accelerated by large scale development of fish farms in the forested watershed area. Negative effects on stream water quality were observed by indications of increase in electrical conductivity and temperature of effluent water from the fish farm. Decreases in physicochemical indices such as the amount of dissolved oxygen, percentage of dissolved oxygen, total amount of cation, total amount of anion and total amount of ion in effluent water from the fish farm were also negative aspects in downstream ecology. It is recommended that water purification system as well as eco-friendly fish farm design should be incorporated to large scale fish farm development plan in forested watershed area.

栽培地域 差異에 따른 微생物 발효퇴비의 施용效果 (Effect of Microbial Fermentation Compost by Cultivating Area)

  • 本 試驗은 정해지역의 慣行栽培 土壤과 부산지역의 신개간지 土壤에 微生物 발효퇴비를 각각 90kg/10a, 180kg/10a, 270kg/10a을 施用하여 土壤 微生物相 變化와 알타리 무의 生育, 收量 및 體內咸分에 미치는 影響을 究明하고자 試驗한 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 栽培地域을 달리하여 미생물상를 調査하였던 바 신개간지 土壤에서 微生物數가 많았으며, 處理間 微生物數 變化는 化學肥料 處理區에서는 微生物數가 약간 減少하는 傾向을 보였으나 微生物 발효퇴비 處理區에서는 施用量이 增加할수록 綱菌數 및 放線菌數는 增加한 반면 絲狀菌數는 약간 減少하였다. 2. 栽培地域을 달리하여 알타리무를 栽培한 結果 김해지역의 慣行栽培 土壤에서 栽培한 알타리 무가 生育 및 收量이 높았으며, 微生物 발효비료 施用量에 따른 알타리 무의 生育 및 收量은 微生物 戀靜繼肥 施用量이 增加할수록 높았고, 특히 10a3당 270kg 處理區에서 가장 높았다. 3. 알타리무를 體內咸分을 분석한 結果 栽培地域 및 施用量間 뚜렷한 差異는 나타나지 않았다.

  • Analysis of fish farm influences on stream water quality may provide basic informations on watershed management to reduce environmental impact due to fish farm development and to conserve stream water quality in forested watershed area. In this research stream water qualities around Mt. Baegun area were monitored seasonally for three years. Due to the increase of pH in effluent water from the fish farm it was believed that alkalization of stream water can be accelerated by large scale development of fish farms in the forested watershed area. As a result of regression analyses, the linear equation of pH of influent and effluent water of fish farm was, pH of effluent water of fish farm = $0.6234{\times}pH$ of influent water of fish farm + 2.6263. Also, the linear equation of electrical conductivity of influent and effluent water of fish farm was electrical conductivity of effluent water of fish farm = $1.7275{\times}$electrical conductivity of influent water of fish farm - 14.007. Negative effects on stream water quality were observed by indications of increase in electrical conductivity and water temperature of effluent water from the fish farm. Decreases in physicochemical indices such as the amount of dissolved oxygen, total amount of cation and total amount of anion in effluent water from the fish farm were also negative aspects in downstream ecology. It is recommended that water purification system as well as environmentally-friendly fish farm design should be incorporated to large scale fish farm development plan in forested watershed area.
