매여동 연습림 삼림토양의 이화학적 성질 (Physico-chemical Properties of Maeye-Dong Experiment Forest soils)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the Physico-chemical Properties of Maeye-Dong Experiment Forest Soils. It is important to get fundmental information for establishment of economic and enviromental forest stands. The results obtained from this study were as follows: 1. The range of soil texture was in loamy sand and sandy loam. 2. The pH of Maeye-Dong Experiment forest soils found to be lower than that of Korean brown forests. 3. Most of investigated areas were known to be lack of exchangeable cation and nitrogen. 4. Fertilizer application should be advanced for establishment of economic and enviromental forest stand.

지속적 농업을 위한 고성능 토양의 개발 연구-I. 계분 및 돈분퇴비의 연용이 방울토마토(Lycopersicum esculentum var. cerasiforme)의 생육 및 토양의 이화학성에 미치는 영향 (Study on the Improvement of Soil for High Efficient and Sustainable Agriculture-I.   • 지속적농업을 위한 고성능토양을 개발하기 위하여 방울토마토를 공시작물로 계분 및 돈분퇴비를 3년간 연용하면서 방울토마토의 생육 및 수량, 그리고 연용후 토양이화학성을 조사하였다. 계분 및 돈분퇴비의 사용량과 시용 횟수가 증가할수록 토마토의 생육량 및 과실수량은 유의성 있게 증가하였으며, 뚜렷한 경향은 없으나 대체로 과실의 당도와 과실 개체당 중량 역시 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 그러나 계분 및 돈분퇴비만 사용할 경우 가비중과 경도는 현저히 낮고 공극율은 높았으며, 유기물과 치환성 칼륨의 함량은 높은 반면 치환성 칼슘의 함량이 낮아 일부 토양의 물리성과 화학성이 적정범위에 미달하거나 초과하는 불균형이 나타났다. 결론적으로 퇴비와 화학비료의 조화있는 활용을 통한 지력증진이 필요하다.

  • A new physico-chemical method for identifying botanical drugs was investigated. Fifty drugs were chosen from the presently exported botanical drugs and were classified into 12 groups chemotaxonomically. Various extract(either, 50% ethanol and water) of each group were developed with same solvent system by using chromatographic method(TLC) and observed a characteristic pattern of each drugs. This method, therefore, can be applicable to identify each botanical drug out of the combined phyto-preparations.

  • Purpose To investigate the physico-chemical properties of CB-ph [2-benzoyloxycinnamaldehyde], an anticancer drug obtained from Cinnamomum cassia using methylenechloride. and its stability in various aqueous solutions. Results CB-ph was rarely soluble in water but soluble in methanol and very soluble in ether. Kinetic salt effect on degradation of CB-ph in buffer solutions at pH 4.0 and 6$0^{\circ}C$ showed a linear relationship having a positive slope that means reactions between hydronium ions and protonated substrates. 저유황-고유황 혼합연료유의 물리화학적 특성연구 (A Study on Physico-Chemical Properties on Mixed Fuel Oil of Very Low Sulfur Fuel Oil-High Sulfur Fuel Oil (VLSFO-HSFO))

  • 국제해사기구(IMO)의 황함유량 규제에 따르는 저유황연료유는 생산 공정에 따라 다양한 물리화학적 특성을 가지게 된다. 본 연구는 저유황연료유 및 저유황-고유황 혼합연료유의 물리화학적 특성연구 결과를 해양오염 방제대응의 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. 연구에 사용된 혼합연료유는 황함유량이 0.46 mass%인 저유황연료유와 0.36 mass%인 저유황연료유에 고유황연료유를 25, 50, 75 mass% 혼합하여 제조하였다. 이 혼합연료유에 대해 동점도, 유동점 및 Saturates, Aromatics, Resins, Asphaltenes(SARA)분포 등 물리화학적 특성에 대해 실험실 연구를 하였다. 동점도가 높고 유동점이 낮은 특징의 고유황연료유가 75 mass% 혼합함에 따라, 혼합연료유의 동점도는 350.2 %까지 증가 하였으며, 유동점이 23℃와 -11℃의 저유황연료유는 각각 -3℃ 및 -6℃까지 유동점이 내려가거나 올라갔다. Asphaltenes 분포가 적은 저유황연료유에 고유황연료유를 혼합함에 따라, Saturates분포는 68.8 %까지 감소하고, Asphaltenes분포는 1,417 %까지 크게 증가하였다.

저장기간에 따른 $CO_2$ 팽화처리 원료잎담배의 이화학적 특성 변화 (Changes in physico-chemical properties of expanded tobacco leaves by $CO_2$ process according to the storage periods)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the effect of storage period on the physico-chemical properties of tobacco leaves expanded by $CO_2$. The flue-cured and burley tobacco leaves produced from 1996 to 1999 were processed, and stored for that year or 3 years in processing plant. As compared with 1996 crop, the expanded rate of flue-cured tobacco leaves in 1999 crop was higher approximately 18%, while that of burley was higher about 10%. The filling capacity of cigarettes was decreased as storage time became shorter, but the combustibility was improved. The rate of large particles (over 3.36mm) of expanded tobacco showed decreasing tendency as the storage period became longer. The change rate of chemical contents in tobacco leaves between before and after expansion had no significant difference among corp years. The tar and CO contents of cigarettes smoke were reduced in the case of flue-cured tobacco leaves as storage time became shorter, while they were slightly increased in the case of burley tobacco leaves. The ammonia content of burley leaves was decreased remarkably in 1996 and 1999 crop.

고추씨 기름의 저장 및 가열에 따른 이화학적 변화에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Variation of Physico-Chemical Characteristics During Storage and Frying)

  • To observe the propability as the frying oil and oxidative stability of red pepper seed oil, some physico-chemical tests of the oil were examined during 21 days storage period at 5$^{\circ}C$, 15$^{\circ}C$ and 30$^{\circ}C$, and AOM value determined and after heating the oil at 180${\pm}$5$^{\circ}C$ for 40 hours with or without antioxidants. The analysis storage stability of red pepper seed oil showed that the quality of storage group at 5$^{\circ}C$ was almost as good as fresh oil, and the storage group at 30$^{\circ}C$ showed certain degree of rancidity. Change of physico-chemical characteristic during storage were so small so that storage stability of red pepper seed oil was found to be good. AOM stability of red pepper seed oil was 7 hours which is lower than other vegetable oil, but the degree of stability grew greatly after adding phenolic antioxidants, such on TBHQ or PG. As for the chemical change after heating continuously for 40 hours, acid value, peroxide value and refractive index increased, but iodine value decreased as the heating processed. The fatty acid composition also showed the remarkable reduction of linoleic acid. The addition of antioxidants resulted in the delay of oxidation, the degree of which was greater in TBHQ than in PG.

하수슬러지의 물리화학적인 조건에 따른 탈수 특성 (Dewatering Characteristics for Physico-chemical Properties with Sewage Sludge)

  • In this study, we found that dewatering properties were related with physico-chemical properties such as sludge concentration, pH, and zeta potential with sewage sludge, Ionic contents in digested sludge were in the order of $Ca^{2+}$ (14.2 mg/g) > $Mg^{2+}$ (1.9 mg/g) > $Na^+$ (1.4 mg/g) > $K^+$ (1.0 mg/g). Divalent ion more than monovalent have influenced on physico-chemical and dewatering properties. Floc size distribution in activated (AS) and digested sludge (DS) increased on lower pH range to be near isoelectric point and than specific resistance to filtration (SRF) decreased. A linear increase in SRF ($5.25\times10^{13}\sim2.86\times10^{14}$ m/kg in AS and $6.89\times10^{14}\sim1.09\times10^{15}$ m/kg in DS) was observed throughout low concentration range of 1230~9960 mg/L in AS and 2700~5400 mg/L in DS.

  • 인삼 엽록차의 위생화를 위한 화학 훈증제 처리 및 감마선 조사가 시료의 몇가지 이화학적 특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 녹차의 품질에 관련된 가용성분, 사포닌 및 탄닌성분은 상업적 조건 ethylene oxide 처리와 10kGy 까지의 감마선 조사에 대하여 안정하였다. 그러나 비타민 C 및 클로로필은 5kGy 이상 조사와 훈증 처리시에 유의적으로 감소되었고, 녹차의 휘발성 성분, 추출액의 색도 및 pH는 살균선량 범위인 5kGy 조사군에 비해 훈증처리군에서 변화가 심하게 나타났다 .
