We have few assessment tool in physical therapy. Recently, there is increasingly a concern of electrophysiologic examinations. They includes electomyography; needle and surface, evoked potentials; somatosensory evoked potentials; brainstem auditory evoked potentials; visual evoked potentials, nerve conduction velocity, blink reflex, H-reflex, and F-wave. The purpose of this study is understanding of electrophysiologic examinations. So we hope many physical therapist to use electrophysiologic examinations in research.

To observe the anatomical structures which cause a cervicogenic headache it reports, from viewpoint of physical therapist in treatment multiple to observe method which approaches, the reporter it does. With the manipulation the vertebral manipulation effected an affirmative effect to cervicogenic headache(Niels Nilsson et al,1997). The manipulation, soft the tissue massage, postural education/advice, muscular elongation, the traction, and postural exercises initially came to be used with that technique which the upper cervical vertebra(0-C3) passive accessory intervertebral movement comes to be used with a cervicogenic headache treatment technique(Grant T & Niere K., 2000). Also, it relates with the diagnosis standard about a cervicogenic headache when the body function over of the cervical vertebra is discovered, the Muscle energy technique was proposed in the treatment which is safety and effect(Bogduk N,2001). The TENS and the Mange gave a reduction effect of pain often.

Purpose : To determined the effect of self-stretching and manual therapy on ankle joint about ROM and persisting effect. Method : Twenty participants(6 male, 14 female) ramdomly divided into self-stretching and manual therapy group. Each participant started with lunge test then self-stretching and manual therapy intervention was performed. After intervention lunge test was performed again. Last lunge test was performed after 30 minute break. Result : Result of lunge test showed both self-stretching and manual therapy group have significant difference in immediate increase of ROM and persistence effect(p<0.05). However, persistence effect of each group did not show significant difference(p>0.05). Conclusion : Manual therapy and well-designed self-stretching by therapist showed the effect in increase ROM.

Objective : This single-subject study explored the effect of short-term intensive sensory integration therapy program which was provided in a 2006 sensory integration treatment course on adaptive response of a four-year-girl with sensory modulation disorder(mixed pattern). Method : Based on results of the assessment to the child, her therapist offers an organized sensory integration program during four days. Results : Improvement of child's movement quality and variety in physical environment in therapy rooms and interaction with her therapist were observed. Conclusions : This report of the case will be helpful for occupational therapists who plan to intervent with a short-term intensive sensory integration therapy program. In addition, the need for consideration of consultation with the child's parents is discussed.

We are approaches various painful diseases in clinic. Although same disease, it is different to acute, subacute and chronic stage of disease. Therefore, to understanding of tissue anatomy, pathology and physiology is necessary to under-standing pattern of diseases. It is duty work that choice of hot or ice, electrotherapy, choice of adaptable frequency and mathod of exercise therapy etc. During treatment it is important method to choose to treat the client. As treating the client by exercising or treating when the client is resting and seeing if anything else is a problem etc. So what I have approached some of the treatment that a physical therapist could miss during treatment.

Low back pain is one of the moot common human diseases, striking $70\~80$ percent of the population. Many of the causes of low back pain are unknown. Yet, degenerative and mechanical changes are regarded by some as the most common cause of low back pain is physical therapy using various types of modalities and exercise. Therefore physical therapist must understand not only structure of intervertebral disk but also biomechanics of the lumbar intervertebral disk for prevent accourance of low back pain and treat patients with low back pain. The purpose of this article was to study biomechanices of the lumbar intervertebral disk and its intradiscal pressure in various position.

Lateral epicondylitis is characterized by pain at the lateral aspect of the elbow, commonly associated with resisted wrist or finger extension and gripping activities. Lateral epicondylitis is also known such as lateral epicondylosis, tennis elbow, or tendonitis of the wrist extensor muscles, especially extensor carpi radialis brevis. Lateral epicondylitis is a common musculoskeletal lesion in the clinical states, so physical therapist usually meet a patients who has the lateral epicondylitis. But many of physical therapists are treating patients based on a self know-how, so I want to describe a systematically about lateral epicondylitis and give a objective information on the lateral epicondylitis. And now I want that they will be treat patients with lateral epicondylitis not a self-experience but based on a objective information.

The following analysis is conducted to the 108 employed physical therapist males 46, female 62 in Taegu and Kyung-Pook for the purpose of research on their present status from August in to September 17 in 1994. The percentage of the female polled is 57.4 % and the age of 21 to 30 is 79.7 %. The number of people who have worked over five years in general hospital is 8(7.4 %) and in local clinic 5(4.6 %). This report is researched in to the proportion of the males to females, age, career period, job classification, and salary range.

Purpose : This study aims to analyze the effect of abdominal respiration on back pain of an Elementary Schoolchild. Methods : The data was collected from April 9 to April 27. We analyzed the descriptive statistics and paired t-test by SPSS 12.0 for windows. Results : The results of the study were as follow : The comparison of change in visual analogue scale showed effective differences before and after diaphragmatic breathing exercise. Conclusion : Thus, this study indicates that have a positive effect on Back Pain of an Elementary Schoolchild. Further trials, which give attention to these parts, are needed before any firm conclusions may be made.

The objective of research provides the physical therapy of good quality to the patients to search for the problem pant against a physical therapy accident and it simultaneously respects physical therapy company law, the possibility of preparing a system defensive ability in order to be. The data were collected from 2000 October 1 to December 30th, and analyzed by a frequency and a percentage, oneway ANOVA, Scheffe method, $x^2$ official approvals. Conclusion (1) the accident where the patient falls from inside the treatment 'room is many and occasionally' 29.3% (63 people) with was many most. (2) Because of a mistake by a part-time therapist in holiday or a colleague therapist to do, the fracture or bum accident happens 12.5% (27 people), by a assist nurse due to more showed 12.1% (26 people) experience degree in the patient. (3) From physical therapy process breakdown of the medical treatment machinery and tools or it is in malfunction to do and the experience which has a failure to physical therapy is one enemy 68.1% (147 people) was in item.
