We researched the previous study about the restaurant's physical environment and had made up questionnaires. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of physical facilities of family restaurants on customers' satisfaction. The result was as follows: First, customers visited with friends or family irrespective of days $2{\sim}3$ times a month. Second, the physical environment factors of family restaurants were interior design, interior, making atmosphere and exterior. Third, it was the interior factor(0.268), making atmosphere factor(0.353) and exterior factor(0.244) that affected customers' satisfaction in family restaurants(p<0.001). $R^2$ change was 0.659 and the regression model was suited to our study(F=56.475). To increase customers' satisfaction, the physical environment of family restaurants needs remodeling in proper time.
Objectives: The objective of this study was to investigate factor analysis of low back pain patients. Methods: The data were collected from hospital located in Daegu. Observation was made on 40 low back pain patients and factor analysis study was also performed in terms of their abnormal physical findings. Results: The low back pain patients occupied 20% of all clinical patients in male group and 20% in female group. The occurrence of acute low back pain in the first factor tended to be higher among in male group than among in female group. While it was significantly higher muscle weakness of the back in female group. The most prevailing abnormal finding among low back pain patients in the first factor were tender point on the back, While it was significantly lower Decreased tendon reflex in both sexes Conclusions: The factor pattern of abnormal physical findings in low back pain patients was much different between male and female patients, suggesting the different pattern of etiology. Although low back pain is one of the most common symptoms causing limitation activity, as yet there is no known specific effective treatment.
Purpose: The aim of the study was to survey satisfaction with physical therapy. Methods: After the physical therapy consultation, patients filled in a Korean-language version of the 20-tiem version of the MedRisk Instrument developed for measuring Patient Satisfaction with physical therapy. Items are scored on a five-point Likert scale ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The last two items are general satisfaction and future return to the clinic. Age and gender information was also collected anonymously. Exploratory factor analysis based on principal components analysis with varimax rotation was performed on the first 18 items of the MedRisk Instrument using SPSS v.20. Results: Four factors emerged with eigenvalues greater than 1, and these cumulatively explained 55% of the total variance in item scores. The factors were labelled: Internal, External Positives, External Negatives, and Clinic Presentation. Correlations of the factor scores with the two global items ranged from 0.29 to 0.70 (both p<0.001). Gender differences were only found on the last factor, with male Korean patients rating Clinic Presentation significantly higher than females (p=0.001). Conclusion: Using factor analysis, the proposed factor structure was revealed using the positive and negative components of the external aspects of the physical therapy and by identifying a clinic presentation which contributes to patients' satisfaction. The largest proportion of the variance in Patient Satisfaction was related to clinicians' attention and behaviour. The results of the analysis provide guidelines as to the dimensions of professional physical therapy care and the implications for service delivery and patient experience.
Objective : The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between physical factors (X-factor, X-factor stretch) and club factors (club speed, ball speed, club path, smash factor, vertical launch angle, spin rate, flight time, total length) during impact and it affect on the total distance of the ball during a golf driver swing. Background : There were not enough studies that analyzed the correlation between physical factors(X-factor, X-factor stretch) and club factors(club speed, ball speed, club path, smash factor, launch angle, spin rate, flight time, total length) during a purpose swing to increase total distance. Method : For this study, 9 right handed professional male golfers (KPGA) were chosen. The test subject group used their own drivers and each took a total of 10 swings. These swings consisted of 5 purpose swings to increase total distance and 5 normal swings. Results : The purpose swing to increase total distance showed larger physical factors(X-factor, X-factor stretch) compared to a normal swing however the results were not statistically significant. Total distance increased during a purpose swing as a result of ball and club speed. Conclusion : The results showed that club factors, ball speed and club speed contributed the most in affecting the total distance of the ball during a purpose swing.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the home-stay disability's activity, as well as the participation domains and the environment factor domains of international classification of functioning (ICF), in order to examine the effect of the home visiting physical therapy and the disability's activity. Methods: A total of 211 home-stay disabled subjects with brain lesions or crippled disorder, living in 5 cities and districts of Jeollanam-do, underwent 90 minutes of home visiting physical therapy per week during a 6-month period, and using the ICF checklist, evaluated the subject's activity and participation domains and environmental factor domains. Results: The performance qualifier showed a significant statistical change in the movement, self-care, domestic life, interpersonal interactions and relationships, community, society and civic life domains (p<0.05); and the capacity qualifier showed a significant change only in the mobility domains in the before and after of the home visiting physical therapy (p<0.05). The barrier factor in the order of services, systems and policies domains, product and technology domains, and attitude domains it influenced significantly in the performance (p<0.05), and in the facilitator factor in the order of product and technology domains, support and relationships domains, services, systems and policies domains it influenced significantly in the performance of the disabled (p<0.05). Conclusion: The visiting physical therapy can help in the improvement of the activity and participation of the home-stay disabled subjects, and for the accurate evaluation of the home-stay disabled subjects, it is considered that an evaluation including various environmental factors, such as ICF, must be fulfilled.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relation between the exterior environmental factors and sensibility responses in apartment housing estates. The finding of the study may be summerized as follow: 1) The method of analysis was that the adequacy of 214 sensibility vocabularies primarily drawn were analyzed by the evaluation group through questionnaire. As a result of factor analysis on them, 36 sensibility vocabularies were finally drawn and used as a tool for evaluation. 2) 22 elements were drawn as physical elements that shows sensibility responses according to residential complexes and classified roughly into five factors; the architectural factor, the rest space, the horizontal system, the design factor, and the annexed facilities. 3) The average score for sensibility items by complexes suggested that the sensibility contents would vary depending on the physical conditions of facilities by complexes. 4) It was shown that the percentages of sensibility responses by physical structural elements were 50.7% for the rest space, 24.1% for the design factor, 13.7% for the architectural factor, 8.1% for the annexed facilities, and 3.2% for the horizontal system. 5) The analysis of relation between the physical elements and the sensibility contents showed that the sensibility contents such as 'emotions', 'comfortable', 'luxury', 'symbolic', and 'intimate', had a positive relation with the physical elements such as the entrance of a complex, design element, artistic structures, and kindergarten facilities but a negative relation with the physical elements such as the shape of buildings, walkways, and separate garbage collection yards.
The principal objective of this study was to determine the influence of physical evidence's performance on perception of value at family restaurants in Seoul. Frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, reliability analysis, factor analysis, multiregression analysis were employed to analyze the data. The physical evidence was divided into 3 factors. Factor 1, 'matters related to appearances and decoration'; and Factor 3, matters related to atmosphere' differed significantly with monthly pocket money. However, all factors differed significantly by partner. Additionally, all factors positively(+) influenced customer's perception of value. In particular, factor 1, 'matters related to appearances and decoration' was the most positive factor. As a result, physical evidence can be regarded as efficient marketing tactic by which the intangible factors of restaurant-business may be removed. Therefore, food-service companies should endeavor to manage physical evidence ideally as a means of reducing the negative characteristics of service toward customers and inducing customers perceptions of value at family restaurants.
Normal balance is defined as state in which the body is equlilibrium. It is complex motor control task, requring integration of sensory information, neural processing, and biomechanical factors. There are major two factors contribute to balance control, the neurological and the musculoskeletal. The neurological factor provides the sensory processing and motor output mechanisms that are the neurophysiological basis for response. The musculoskeletal factor provides the mechanical structure for response. When all components of two factors are operating effectively, the postural response should be appropriate and effective for good balance control. Therfore, balance can be influenced by above all factors. In addition, balance can be also influenced by muscle tone, hearing, physiological factors, and environmental factors. Physical therapists must understand factors of balance control so that we can accurately assess balance. Therefore, physical therapists have to develop useful balance measurement tools to evaluate balance.
The purpose of this study was specifically focused on the lower garment sizing system of adolescent apparel, especially on trousers for adolescent boys. Research Method was performed by using the physical measurements of adolescent boys ($14\sim19$ years old, n=1,344) based on the 'he fifth Korean national physical standard reports' surveyed by SIZEKOREA. The basic materials for this study are obtained from the observations of physical characteristics and classification of physical figures based on the characteristics from waist down. The results from this study are as follows. 1) according to the analyses of physical changes, most items including height, circumference, length, breadth and depth were increased at the age of $14\sim18$ and gradually reduced at the age of 19. 2) The factors which compose the lower body resulted were appeared that the first factor was vertical factor, the second factor was horizontal factor, the third factor was hip length, and the last factor was buttlock-popliteal length. 3) Formalization of physical figures for adolescent boy's lower body analyzed from factors grouped three types. 4) The basic parts that we used to propose the apparel sizing system distinguished by physical figures were Waist Circumference (Omphalion) (every 3cm regular gap) and Hip Circumference (irregular gap). Physical figures assigned 5 to Type T, and 4 to type M. The reference measurement items were divided into 7 items which are correlated with apparel manufacture.
This study was performed to investigate the effect of therapeutic exercise on brain-derived neurotrophic factor manifestation after global brain ischemia in rats. Nine rats with global ischemia were divided at random into two group. In the control group, three rats remained in cage. But, in the end, two rats were alive. In the therapeutic exercise group, six rats remained. The five rats of this group was swam for 30 minutes everyday for a week. The brain-derived neurotrophic factor expression was identified from immunohistochemistry. The results of this study were as follows : 1. In the control group, a little expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor was observed at cortex and hippocampus layer, but cell body and axon was observed obscurely. 2. In the experimental group, a much expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor was observed at cortex and hippocampus layer, and cell body and axon was observed clearly. In the neurological examination(beam-walking test). experimental group was obtained higher 1.4 points than control group. BDNF expression was increased by swimming for 30 minutes everyday for a week. Therefore, therapeutic exercise contribute to brain plasticity after brain ischemia.
