  • In order to observe physical properties of rice depending on reheating, the study cooked rice developed for high quality cooked rice and analyzed physical properties of rice depending on reheating following 24 hr refrigeration. As a result of palatability of cooked rice, Samgkwang had the lowest hardness, while Daebo and Haiami had the highest one. With respect to adhesiveness, toughness and stickiness, Sindongjin exhibited lowest properties. After cooking each rice by cultivars, the study observed their color, texture properties, and microstructure immediately after cooking, after 24 hr of refrigeration and further on. Lightness of cooked rice tended to drop because of refrigeration and reheating. Analysis of texture properties after cooking revealed that Haiami marked the highest points in all categories. When stored for 24 hr after cooking, hardness, viscosity and chewiness increased in cooked rice followed by a decrease after reheating. Observation of the microstructure of cooked rice using a scanning electron microscope revealed that Haiami had its particles in the center as closely condensed. It was apparent that all the cultivars formed stoma in an obvious manner because of refrigeration and reheating. The results of the present study show that physical properties of cooked rice varied according to reheating after cooking and storage depending on the inherent characteristics of rice cultivars.

  • When developing a CPS, since it is nature of CPS to interact with a physical system, CPS should be verified during its development process by real-time simulation supporting timely interactions between the simulator and existing implemented hardwares. Furthermore, when a part of a simulated system is implemented to real hardwares, i.e., incremental development, the simulator should aware changes of the simulated system and apply it automatically without manual description of the changes for effective development. For this, we suggest a real-time simulation framework including the concept of 'port' which abstracts communication details between the tasks, and a scheduling algorithm for guaranteeing 'real-time correctness' of the simulator.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the physical growth and developmental status of infants and children of married immigrant women. Methods: The participants were 92 infants and children aged from birth to 6 yr whose mothers were married immigrant women living in one rural area. Physical growth and developmental status were evaluated by using anthropometric assessment, and Korean Denver II developmental screening test. Results: Of the participants, 10.8% were below the 3rd percentile for weight, 13.0% for length, 5.4% for head circumference, and from 69.6% to 79.3% were distributed below the 50th percentile on growth charts. Further, 18.5% were classified as having questionable development. Factors related to low physical growth in infants and children were mother's weight and mother's level in Korean language classes. Conclusion: The physical growth and developmental status of children is vulnerable and serious. The study results suggest a need for regular growth and developmental evaluations. Political support is important for these mothers. In addition, there also is a need to develop early intervention strategies to promote growth and development of the infants and children of these married immigrant women.

  • Infrastructure capacities are essential elements and one of the sustainable lines to drive economic growth. Infrastructure development, both physical and social, is vital to sector-wise economic development. However, there is limited evidence of how infrastructure development in certain sectors benefits the economy as a whole. This study explains the relationships between infrastructure and economic growth in selected middle-income Asian countries, highlighting the essential criteria to benefit from both physical and social infrastructure, as well as sectoral (agriculture, industry, and services) economic output. The research uses the data from 1990 to 2020 for empirical estimations. The study used Levin, Lin, & Chu test, ADF- Fischer chi- Square, and PP- Fischer Chi-Square to test unit root and to observe the stationary nature of the panel. Padroni and Kao cointegration is applied to check the cointegration among different panes. A Fully Modified OLS was employed for checking the association between physical and social infrastructure and economic growth. Results show that physical and social infrastructure negatively impact sectoral output in Asia's middle-income countries. Apart from infrastructure the per capita GDP growth, tax to GDP ratio, and population growth shows a simultaneous relation between infrastructure and sectoral economic growth.

  • The purpose of this study is to categorize Commercial area by identifying characteristics of blocks and coding them in order to segment use zoning in Commercial area. The study was conducted as follows. Data from building register, cadastral map, statistics annual report are utilized to identify the physical environment of the block. four types used as code under the physical environment classification code which are classification code of physical environment, detail usage, volume ratio, and height type are set, and combine the classification codes sorted by the four types of code. Through the physical environment classification codes, there are currently 37 different block characteristics of the Old downtown Commercial area. Diversity is not reflected. There are only Central commercial area of regulations in Old downtown commercial areas that are uniformly managed. For the renewal, management and development that can occur in the near future, it is necessary to segment of use district in the commercial area. Consider the current situation and future development direction for the management of sustainable commercial areas. Management is required using physical environment classification codes. It is meaningful that it can be maintained, managed and developed in accordance with the characteristics of each block.

  • 21C's physical therapy in going to be changed by the new needs of medical demanders. Therefore we have to ready to treat these things. 1. The resolute alteration of curricula and scientific development of Korea physical therapy are urgent. 2. The levels of educational system have to be changed like developed country in short time and the master's, doctor's courses have to be formed in university. 3. The field of study has to be seperated by the needs and alterations of the times. And the association has to present vision for physical therapy's developing. 4. The university has to invest and support for training of great capacity's therapists.

  • Therapeutic exercise had developed with human being. It depend upon development of physiology, anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics. There are two categories in therapeutic exorcise. One is classical therapeutic exercise which is a activity of one muscle group, one axis and one plane motion. It is ROM, FRE. osteokinematics, arthrokinematics. Another is neurophysiological approach which is multi muscle group, multi axis and plane exercise. It is PNF and Bobath that start from 1940 to early 1950. Classical therapeutic exorcise develop from ROM to osteokinematics and arthrokinematics. It is foundation of the joint mobilization and orthopaedic manual physical therapy. Neurophysiological therapeutic approaching has more theory and skills than before. Bobath methods had changed from reflex-inhibiting posture to key points of control and added the theory of musculoskeletal, biomechanics, motor behaviour and cognition. We call it motor control.

  • Physical therapy for patients with Multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Spinal cord injury. Osteoporosis, CVA and Cerebral Palsy often includes the evaluating and teaching of rolling movements. Motor abilities such as rolling from a supine to a prone position, moving to sitting. getting up on all fours and ultimately standing up from a supine position. represents progression toward physical independence. Rolling is important functional abilities for need to dressing, decubit prevent. bed mobility, neck control, crawling, creeping, sitting, standing and walking. The purposes of this study were to describe motor development concept and rolling task patterns and to approach the therapeutic exercises.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of sexual abuse prevention education program linked to elementary physical and psychological development on sexual knowledge and attitude. Methods: The participants were the elementary school students of fifth and sixth grades in S city, South Korea (experimental, comparison, and control group=96, 96, and 74, respectively). The experimental group received sexual abuse prevention education linked physical and psychological development, 6 sessions (3 sessions are physical and psychological development educations and 3 other sessions are sexual abuse prevention educations). The comparison group received sexual abuse prevention educations, 3 sessions (the same curriculum of the experimental group). The control group didn't receive any sexual education. The data were analyzed by $x^2$ test and t-test, and ANOVA using the SPSS program. Results: The experimental group showed significantly better sexual knowledge and attitude than the comparison and control group. Conclusion: Sexual abuse prevention education program linked physical and psychological development is required for elementary school students, to improve the sexual knowledge and attitude.
