본 연구의 목적은 기업체의 정보보안 관리자가 모든 임직원들의 개인정보 보유 현황을 인지해야 하는 한계성을 해결하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 정보보안 관리자와 부서별 정보보안 담당자가 개인별, 부서별 개인정보 보유 현황을 최소화할 수 있도록 효율적인 개인정보 보유 현황 관리시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위해 개인정보 보유 현황의 대상이 되는 점검대상 컴퓨터와 개인정보 보유 현황의 결과를 확인할 수 있는 점검결과를 PVA 시스템으로부터 효율적인 개인정보 보유 현황 관리시스템으로 전송하는 방법에 대해 연구하고, 확인된 개인정보 보유 현황을 최소화할 수 있는 방법에 대해서도 연구한다. 기존 PVA 시스템을 정보보안 관리자가 관리하는 One channel 방식을 정보보안 관리자와 정보보안 담당자가 관리할 수 있도록 Two channel 방식으로 변경하여 개인정보 보유 현황을 최소화한다.

For advanced healthcare services, a variety of agents should maintain reliable connections with the manager and communicate personal health and medical information. The ISO/IEEE 11073 standards provide convenient interoperability and the optimized exchange protocol (OEP) supports efficient communication for devices. However, the standard does not specify secure communication, and sensitive personal information is easily exposed through attacks. Malicious attacks may lead to the worst results owing to service errors, service suspension, and deliberate delays. All possible attacks on the communication are analyzed in detail, and the damage is specifically identified. In this study, novel secure communication schemes over the 20601 OEP are proposed by introducing an authentication process while maintaining compatibility with existing devices. The agent performs a secure association with the manager for mutual authentication. However, communication with mutual authentication is not completely free from attacks. Message encryption schemes are proposed for concrete security. The authentication process and secure communication schemes between the secure registered agent (SRA) and the secure registered manager (SRM) are implemented and verified. The experimental analysis shows that the complexities of the SRA and SRM are not significantly different from those of the existing agent and manager.

비디오 정보를 사용자에게 서비스하기 위해서는 기존의 범용 파일 서버와는 다른 새로운 개념의 서버가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 재생 서비스를 제공하는 개인용 VOD(Video-On-Demand) 서버를 설계하고 이를 Windows NT환경에서 구현하였음을 보인다. 제안하는 개인용 VOD 시스템은 VCR(Video Cassette Recorder) 연산의 지연시간, 사용자 접속 승인 지연시간을 줄였으며 빠른 VCR 연산으로 VOD 시스템에 접속하는 사용자에게 좀더 빠른 데이타를 전송할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 사용자들의 접속을 원활히 하기 위하여 대화 형태의 인터페이스를 제공한다.

Purpose: This study was to identify the factors affecting utilization of clinical nurses' hospital information system. Method: Using a convenient sampling, 450 nurses from 9 secondary or tertiary university hospitals in B metropolitan city were selected. Results: The extent that nurses utilize the hospital information system was 3.22 point on average. The hospital information system utilization was positively correlated with personal information utilization skill, information-oriented education, attitude toward computer, and support of the chief manager, while as negatively correlated with the organizational atmosphere. The causal factors of influencing on the hospital information system utilization were personal information technology, education experience of the hospital information system, age, attitude toward computers, education level and support of the chief manager. The total eigenvalue of the variables was 38%. The major variables of influencing on the hospital information system utilization were the personal information technology and education experience of the hospital information system. Conclusions: Thus, nurse managers should provide training courses to improve personal information technology of nurses, and consistently promote them so that nurses can readily apply the hospital information system which have been recently introduced in various ways and thus improve the efficiency of nursing.

E-health services have provided interoperability between personal health devices in personal area network, based the ISO/IEEE 11073 standard. In the healthcare system, the manager handles most agents concurrently through wireless communication. However, due to the distance limitation and the increased number of agents, it may be difficult to provide continuous connectivity. Recently, body area devices have been equipped with various applicable agents, which can even handle agents on behalf of the manager. A BAD may act as an intermediary device to increase system efficiency and performance. In this study, a device called "proxy", which can be installed as software on BAD devices, is proposed. The data measured by an agent can be sent to the proxy first, and subsequently be sent to the manager again. Agents and the manager are not aware of the proxy existence and work normally without the proxy. Furthermore, a new smart proxy and modified manager are proposed. The smart proxy acts as one agent handling measurement data from several agents, which can transmit a significant amount of data at once. The proxy and smart proxy maintain compatibility with existing devices that conform to the 20601 standard. The proposed schemes are verified and the complexities of devices are analyzed. The analysis shows no significant difference among the proxy, smart proxy, and manager. Simulations exhibit that the proposed schemes can improve the system performance.

2011년 9월 30일부터 개인정보보호법 제29조 및 개인정보의 안전성 확보조치 기준 제7조 5항에 따라 공공 및 민간 기업의 개인 정보처리 자가 내부 망에 고유 식별 정보를 저장하는 경우, 위험도 분석 기준결과에 따른 암호화의 적용여부 및 적용범위를 정하여 시행할 수 있다. 2012년 12월 31일까지 암호화 기술의 적용 또는 이에 상응하는 조치를 완료해야한다. 행정안전부 및 한국인터넷진흥원에서 제공한 개인정보 위험도 분석 기준을 토대로 해당 시스템에서 개인정보 처리 시 위험도분석 기준을 제시 하는 지원 도구를 개발 및 연구 하였다.

사용자간 상호작용과 협업 기능을 바탕으로 한 소셜 네트워크 서비스 발달에 따라 이를 교수-학습에 활용하면서 개인 체험 중심의 구성주의와 접목되어 소셜 러닝으로 발전하고 있다. 이를 보다 잘 활용하기 위해서는 N-Screen웹, 스마트폰, IPTV)을 지원하는 커뮤니케이션 모델이 필요하다. 커뮤니케이션 모델은 학습자-교수자-시스템간의 상호작용을 지원하는 것이다. 하지만, 지금까지는 웹기반 이러닝 시스템 커뮤니케이션에 대한 연구가 주를 이루고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 소셜 러닝을 위한 서비스 환경을 N-Screen으로 확대하고, 끊김 없는 서비스를 위해 개인의 위치정보를 학습 활동에 활용할 수 있도록 지원하기 위한 커뮤니케이션 매니저를 설계하고 구현하고자 한다. 커뮤니케이션 매니저는 N-Screen 서비스를 위한 학습자의 유스케이스 도출 및 요구 기능을 정의하고, 이를 바탕으로, 커뮤니케이션 기능을 설계한다. 또한, 단말 각각의 서비스 특성을 고려하여, 개인화 위치정보를 반영 할 수 있도록 한다.

Frequent outbreak of intrusion of private information is occurring recently not only at portal sites but also in electronic information service of public agencies. Due to these intrusions, it is observed that the citizens tend to avoid providing their private information even to the service for public agencies. Therefore, the object of this research can be explained as demonstrating the influence of the intention of provision for private information to foster the selectronic information ervice of the public agencies. In order to achieve this, this research intends to demonstrate how the experience of the intrusion of the private information affects the concern about the privacy and how the information factor from the public electronic information service has influence on the reliability toward the public. The results showed that the experience of intrusion of privacy, awareness of the danger of privacy, and the sense protection of the information from the manager at public agencies have direct influence on the concern of privacy. Meanwhile, it has been verified that the awareness of information protection of a manager, the systemicity of information protection, and the surveillance and punishment of information protection have influence on the reliability of public agencies.

It is necessary for the park tree manager to have the current information about the status of trees, which can help him with right decisions. However, there are many problems in the existing management method such as huge amount of data, tedious work, and the difficult update work due to the lack of necessary data or the inappropriate data record and management method. The sole use of database management system(DBMS) cannot slove these problems because it cannot handle graphic data based on the locational information. So, it is imperative for the park manager to have locational data as well as attribute data of the park tree concerned. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop the personal computer-based, user friendly park tree management information system, which deals with attribute data(DBMS) and graphic data(using the CAD) together within the integrated environment. The park tree management information system developed in this study provides a complete operating environment for data input, update, query, delete, and retrieve. The major advantages of this system are as follows: 1) To search the location and distribution of trees. 2) To record, store, and manage data easily. 3) When the manager is changed, delivery of the park tree work is convenient. 4) The system can help the manager with the correct information for the efficient park tree management.

최근 개인정보를 취급하는 개인정보처리자의 비용절감, 전문성을 통한 업무효율성의 증대 및 서비스 품질 개선 등의 다양한 목적에 따라 개인정보의 처리 업무를 제3자에게 위탁하는 경우가 늘어나고 있다. 이렇듯, 정보주체의 개인정보가 개인정보처리자가 아닌 제3자에 의하여 이루어지는 위탁업무가 증가함에 따라 개인정보를 위탁받아 처리하는 수탁사에 대한 개인정보보호에 대한 관심과 노력 또한 당연히 증대되어야 할 것이다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 이러한 취지에 기반하여 개인정보 위수탁 업무 진행 시 수탁사를 위한 효율적인 관리방안 뿐만 아니라, 위탁사가 위수탁 업무 전반에 걸쳐 개인정보보호 프레임웍을 정립하고 이를 토대로 수탁 업체 선정 및 계약 단계에서부터 위수탁 업무 운영 및 관리, 위수탁 업무 계약 해지 및 종료에 이르는 각 단계에서 고려해야할 개인정보보호 요건들을 제안하고자 한다.
