This paper realizers expert system which is searched most suitable system of the fire facilities by regulating of fire operating order And so, the user finds the inference, heuristic knowledge of the expert who has a mastery of application of the fire code objected protection, warning or extinguishing of fire. Although some expert systems utilize artificial intelligence such as LISP or PROLOG, this study utilizes M.1 that is available expert system development tool running with personal computer.

Major approaches of Social epidemiology; 1)holistic, ecological approach, 2)population based approach, 3)development and life-course approach, 4)contextual multi-level approach, have stressed the importance of not only social context of health and illness, but also the population based strategy in the health interventions. Ultimately, it provides the conceptual guidelines and methodological tools to lead toward the healthy public policies; integrated efforts to improve condition which people live: secure, safe, adequate, and sustainable livelihoods, lifestyles, and environments, including housing, education, nutrition, information exchange, child care, transportation, and necessary community and personal social and health services.

In this paper, we propose a new framework based on negotiatory mobile multi agent system, and implement a mobile multi agent environment based on DECAF(Distributed Environment-Centered Agent Framework) which is one of the distributed agent development toolkit so as to implement a new PDS(Personal Digital Library System). The new framework has some optimality and higher performance in distributed environments.

개인 휴대형 이동위성통신/방송 기술은 2GHz대의 L 대역이나 S 대역의 주파수를 이용하여 이동하는 사용자에게 소형의 휴대형 단말기를 통하여 양방향의 통신 및 방송 서비스를 제공하는 기술이다. 본 고에서는 우선 현재까지의 개인 휴대형 이동위성통신/방송 기술의 발전에 대해서 살펴본 후, 국내외 기술개발 동향을 소개한다. 마지막으로 국내에서 연구가 진행중인 IMT-Advanced 위성접속기술에 대한 소개로 향후 개인 휴대형 이동위성통신/방송 기술의 발전 방향에 대해 전망해 보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the model and application for family life welfare service in Korea. In order to explore the characteristics of family life welfare service, the object, the extent and approach for family life welfare service is examined. The model for family life welfare service is constructed on the base of definition for family life welfare-subsistence of family life, personal formation and development, the creation of community culture-, family life cycle and demand for family life welfare service. Lastly, the contents and politic supports for family life welfare service are examined.

급변하는 경쟁환경에서 텔코 진영의 미디어서비스가 특정단말이나 특정 네트워크에 종속되어서는 더 이상 경쟁환경에서 차별화를 위한 서비스 제공이 어렵게 된다. KT 인프라연구소에서는 pCod(Portable/Personal Contents on Demand) 서비스라는 이름으로 차세대 미디어의 기본 컨셉이 될 Anywhere, Anytime, Any-work, Any-device를 위한 서비스 플랫폼을 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 KT인프라연구소에서 개발하여 광주 FTTH 시험사업에 적용한 pCod 서비스와 개인 맞춤 방송 서비스에 대하여 기술하였다.

As a result of the project 'Development of core technology for open LBS', we developed several solutions such as personal navigation system, mobile game, and emergency system. In this paper, we explain the approach and architecture of these solutions and consider their meaning on spatial information bases and expectation in the future computing environments. The final goal of this suggested solution is to test the efficiency of our open LBS system and verify the applicability and usability in real application environments. Our approaches will be headed to the future ubiquitous computing environments.

CNC Grinding Center is developed to improve the flexibility of grinding process and to obtain the high machine accuracy in grinding processes. It consists of a built-in type spindle with max. 25,000 rpm, ATC(automatic tool changer) for quick and reliable loading/unloading of tools, a rotary dresser for trueing, dressing, and personal computer based CNC controller, etc. This research concentrates on the machine structure, the evaluation of efficiency, and the machining technology of the developed prototype

The purpose of the research is to solve the problem of automating time & schedule management by the user in office or development environment. Maintaining timelog manually is difficult task for the users that are following the Personal Software Process (PSP). In this paper we have discussed the difficulties in automating this task and proposed a solution for this problem.
