어촌특화 역량강화사업의 성과 및 주민의식 변화분석 (Analysis of the Performance and Change of Resident Consciousness of the Fishing Village Specialization Capacity Enhancement Project through Surveys - Focusing on the Comparative Analysis of Consciousness of Inland Water and Coastal Residents -)

  • The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries has been promoting the 'Fishing Village Specialization Capacity Enhancement Project' to pursue sustainable development of villages such as income generation by using local tangible and intangible resources led by local residents at the village level since 2013. For the fishing village-Specialization capacity enhancement project, six training sessions (mainly in the village unit) are selected by the public offering method, and the project (income generating business, village development project, etc.) is developed for the selected village residents. It has a process of establishing a village project plan (a preliminary plan for village development or a sixth preliminary industrialization plan) based on the training of experts 5 times, practice or excursion 1 time). In this study, four villages in Gangwon-do fishing villages (two coastal villages and two inland water villages) were surveyed on the perception and satisfaction of fishing village development projects before and after training. The survey analysis was conducted by dividing the analysis of resident capacity and satisfaction into personal, interpersonal, and social dimensions. The survey was conducted by distributing a survey before and after training, and a 1:1 survey was conducted according to the residents' cognitive status. Based on the survey, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and analysis using the corresponding sample t-test showed an increase of 0.02 for Yangyang Mulchi fishing village, 0.11 for Samcheok Jangho fishing village, and 0.36 for Hongcheon River fishing industry, but Yanggu Jinmok fishing industry was -0.29, unlike other regions. As a result of this analysis, it has been empirically proven that provision of training projects through resident participation is a very important factor for the success of the fishing village project. Therefore, rather than fostering local leaders, training and community activities to strengthen personal capacities of residents participating in the project, it is necessary to operate the software business with a focus.

  • In the near future, robots will be used for the personal use. To provide useful services to humans, it will be necessary for robots to understand human intentions. Consequently, the development of emotional interfaces for robots is an important expansion of human-robot interactions. We designed and developed an intelligent emotional interface for the robot, and applied the interfaces to our humanoid robot, AMIET.   • In this paper, a smartphone-controlled personal mobility system (PMS) with semi-autonomous navigation is developed. The proposed PMS moves to waypoints and then reaches the destination where the waypoints and destination are selected by the user using Google maps in a smartphone. The hardware environment consists of a GPS (Global Positioning System) in the smartphone and a compass sensor. In addtion, while it is moving in autonomous mode, the user can intervene and change the direction and speed of the PMS in order to avoid obstacles that may be encountered accidentally in a dynamic environment. That is why it is called "semi-autonomous navigation". Experimental results showed that the proposed PMS is effectively able to migrate to the waypoints and destination in both autonomous and manual modes.

  • The study presents the development of a cost-effective CAD/CAM system for metal moulds by use of personal computer. In the personal CAD/CAM system named DKSYS, metal moulds are defined by the operations of basic elements such as prism, pyramid and sphere, plane, rotational body, and surface elements including curved surface. The internal expression of shape elements in the computer is based on the wire model, which is a set of cross-sectional curves of the shape elements. With the addition of OMS system to CAD/CAM system the optimum cutting condition can be selected automatically. After programming NC information with the form definition and the optimum cutting condition, the metallic mould can be formed by transferring cutting information to CNC machine through DNC system. Using a computer for the above process, it is possible to increase the productivity and reduce the cost.

  • The purpose of this study was to find out efficient control plan for productivity increase. To analyze the data, the measure of question a paper was used to 5 a point measure, statistics disposition was used to SPSS, the analyze method was used to frequency analyze, trust degree analyze, difference analyze useful average value, person's correlation analyze, revolution analyze. The results of this study could be explained as follow: First, find out high change separation propensity. Secondly, was subjected important for atmosphere composition and was required strategy consideration for stable job recognition. Third, was operated affirmative to recognition about separation and was increased to job satisfaction according as a colleague relation and team work. Fourth, was increased to comparative separation propensity in case that high job satisfaction. Therefore it is required interesting labor item and treatment development about personal evaluation.

  • 본 논문은 WBAN(Wireless Body Area Network) 환경에 기반한 스마트 오브젝트(Smart Object)의 개발에 대한 논문이다. 다양한 기능을 가진 컴퓨팅 디바이스를 장착한 스마트 오브젝트가 많이 개발되면서, 사용자에게 가중되는 소지품으로써의 수많은 기기, 도구들을 사용자가 하나하나 관리하기에는 역부족이므로, 이를 분류하고 관리함으로써 사용자는 단순히 자신들이 가진 스마트 오브젝트의 기능만을 활용하게 해주는 스마트 오브젝트의 개인 네트워크 화하는 기기의 필요성이 증대된 가운데, 이러한 형태의 오브젝트를 개발함에 있어 어떠한 기술들이 필요하고 어떠한 요소들을 갖춰 설계 해 나가야 할지에 대한 최적화된 설계 기준을 분석하고 개발 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

일상생활 중 건강모니터링을 위한 착용형 심전도계측 시스템 개발 (Development of the wearable ECG measurement system for health monitoring during daily life)

  • In this study, wearable ECG measurement system was implemented for health monitoring during daily life. A wearable belt-type ECG electrode worn around the chest by measuring the real-time ECG is produced in order to minimize the inconvenience in wearing. The measured ECG signal is transmitted via an ultra low power consumption wireless data communications unit to personal computer using Zigbee-compatible wireless sensor node. The ECG monitoring program is developed at end user which is personal computer. The measured ECG contains many noises mainly due to motion artifacts. For ECG signal processing, adaptive filtering process is proposed which can reduce motion artifacts efficiently and accurately than digital filter. The experimental results show that a reliable performance with high quality ECG signal can be achieved using this wearable ECG monitoring system.

  • With development of high display quality of TV and Monitor, personal audio system is arising great interest. In this study, we applied a method to make a good bright zone around the user and dark zone to other region by maximizing the ratio of sound energy between the bright and dark zone. We have attempted to use a line speaker array system to localize the sound in our listening zone. It depends on the size of the zone and array parameters, for example, array size, speaker spacing, wave length of sound.

PES 서비스 시스템 구조에 관한 연구 (A Study for the PES Service System Architecture)

  • 본 논문에서는 최근에 기본 개념이 창안된 개인 환경 서비스(Personal Environment Service: PES)의 시스템과 프로토콜 구조에 대해 확장된 방안이 제안되었다. PES는 스마트폰과 사용자 프로파일을 기반으로 하는 대표적인 모바일 컨버전스 서비스로 그 파급 효과가 매우 크다. 그러나 초기부터 시스템 구조에 대해 충분히 연구되지 않으면 효과적인 실용화 가능성이 낮아진다. 본 논문에서 제안된 PES 서비스 시스템과 프로토콜 구조는 향후 본격적인 연구개발 단계에서 좋은 참조 내용이 될 것이다.

심박변화율을 이용한 PC 기반 실시간 정신작업부하 측정시스템 개발 (Development of Real-Time Mental Work Load Measurement System using Heart Rate Variability base on Personal Computer)

  • The evaluation of mental workload is measured by subjective ratings, physiological signals. It takes long time to analysis the measured signals and is very tedious and time-consumming work. Therefore, to evaluate the affect of workload effectively, real-time measurement system is required. In this paper, real-time mental workload measurement system using cardiac autonomic indiced which reflect well the mental workload was developed and evaluated. Analyzed indices were HR, IBI, Lorentz plot, CSI, CVI, and LF/HF ratio of heart rate variability. The system was applied to evaluate the affect of arithmetic task and showed good results. This system was consisted of ECG amplifier, A/D converter, and personal computer, and algorithm was implemented using LabVIEW.
