Internet addiction, one of adverse effects of the informatization, has become a very serious social problem. The purpose of this study is to seek solutions for the adverse effects of the informatization by analyzing the causal factors of internet addiction to maximize prevention of the internet addiction for college students. The three causal factors of the internet addiction: personal factors, familial factors, and social environmental factors are defined as the second confirmatory factors, and the first confirmatory factors for the each second confirmatory factor are reviewed for influential factors of internet addiction. The study concluded that the personal factors are the most influential factors of internet addiction for college students; furthermore, self-control and self-efficacy are key variables of the personal factors. Therefore, it can be effective ways to prevent internet addiction if countermeasures on self-control and self-efficacy of the personal factors are presented.

Internet is becoming increasingly popular due to the rapid development of information and communication technology. There has been a convenient social activities such as the mutual exchange of information, e-commerce, internet banking, etc. through cyberspace on a computer. However, by using the convenience of the internet, the personal IDs(identity card, driving license, passport, student ID, etc.) represented by the electronic media are exposed on the internet frequently. Therefore, this study propose a feature extraction method to analyze the characteristics of image files containing personal information and a image retrieval method to find the images using the extracted features. The proposed method selects the feature information from color, texture, and shape of the images, and the images as searched by similarity analysis between feature information. The result which it experiments from the image which it acquires from the web-based image DB and correct image retrieval rate is 89%, the computing time per frame is 0.17 seconds. The proposed method can be efficiently apply a system to search the image files containing personal information and to determine the criteria of exposure of personal information.

In the field of public informatization maintenance business, the attacks of external illegal users such as unauthorized leakage, destruction, and alteration due to intentional or inadequate management of personal information are increasing. In order to prevent such security incidents in advance, it is necessary to develop and quantitatively manage SLA indicators. This study presents the privacy SLA indicators and suggests specific methods such as information collection method and timing of the privacy SLA indicators. In order to confirm the validity and reliability of the proposed SLA indicators, an online survey was conducted with a group of experts. As a result, it was evaluated that compliance rate of personal information destruction and compliance rate of personal information protection system would be effective when applied to new and revised SLA indicators in terms of importance and validity. In the future, using SLA indicators for personal information protection as a standard for public information maintenance will contribute to improving SW quality and securing safety.

The Personal Software Process(PSP) is a self-improvement process designed to help software engineers control, manage, and improve the way they work. It is a structured framework of forms, guidelines, and procedures for developing software. Properly used, the PSP provides the historical data you need to better make and meet commitments and it makes the routine elements of your job more predictable and more efficient. Then, PSP is the very useful tool to train the students in Programming Language Course. With the progress of portable appliances such as cell phone and handhold PC, the popularization of Personal Area Network (PAN) and the diversification of services that are based on Personal Mobile Gateway (PMG) . To use home services at any time regardless of their Position, it needs a virtual home network that a home network and outside networks are finally integrated. Although interoperability among home appliances reached their service stage, research for services and middleware for new small scale network such as PAN is at an early stage. Traditional home network service/connection methods, terminal control schemes, and middlewares must be extended to accommodate PMG-based PAM. In this paper, we propose an integrated virtual home network Platform that guarantees seamless connections between home network and PAM. We also analyze indispensable functions and presents functions that should be added existent home gateway or home sewer by function.
