The greenhouse control system for educational purpose is designed by personal computer. This system should observe and control the growth conditions for crops in both plastic film and glass greenhouses. In this contribution puts emphasis on construction of greenhouse control system by personal computer under the aim of creating safer, more effective and more economical services. This system is developed for the requirements of the intelligent greenhouse control system and is powered by solar energy. A photovoltaic system with sun tracking module is used for the greenhouse control system.

An acoustic ranging system was applied for reckoning the location of an agricultural vehicle in the field. The system has a number of fixed stations and a mobile station such as an agricultural vehicle. The purpose of this paper is to perform the engine driving well with controling the IAC(Idle Air Control) valve which controls the demand-air when the abrput increasing or decrasing and the idling, the fuel by controlling the injector, and the spark timing. This plant is the complex system because this should be controlled each other and each one affects other. We have controlled this system effectively by using Personal Computer in order to reduce the exhaust gas and improve the engine performance.

Measurement and control system of weld pool is comprised of optical devices, image processor, personal computer and welding machine. Combinations of ND and Infrared filters were used to block the intense arc light and to get the clearer image of weld pool. Smoothing operation and conversion to binary data were performed to eliminate the noises and to decrease the processing time. A simple algorithm for feedback control was developed and weld pool size is controlled by welding current which is adjusted automatically with personal computer.

인체의 운동은 많은 수의 자유도를 지닌 조인트(JOINT)와 링(LINK)의 복잡한 운동으로 표현될 수 있다. 이들 링크(LINK)의 회전 운동은 SINE, COSINE 자승 형태의 비선형 운동으로 이루어져있으나, 최근 PERSONAL COMPUTER의 발달로 복잡한 인체 운동의 수학적 모델에 대한 동력학적 DATA 계산이 가능해졌다. 본 연구에서는 5개의 링크(LINK)로 연결된 인체 움직임에 있어 링크(LINK)의 절대 운동(ABSOLUTE MOTION) 및 상대운동(RELATIVE MOTION)을 고려한 PLAGENHOEF의 운동 모델을 PERSONAL COMPUTER를 이용하여 인체 움직임의 동력학적 DATA를 얻을 수 있도록 BASIC 언어로 프로그램을 제기하였다.

A general ray tracing scheme has been developed for using a personal computer which trace finite rays through any non-rotationally symmetric system. This scheme may be used for the surface type such as conic section with or without aspherics, toric surfaces, sagittal and tangential cylindrical sections and axicons. Specially, any combinational of decentered, tilted and rotated surfaces has been considered. Before transfering to the next surfaces, the local coordinates are refered back to an initial reference coordinate system. We can get a mathmtical model of a non-rotationally symmetrical finite ray trace running on an inexpensive personal computer.

The purposes of this study were to examine: (1) the extent to which school-age children used computer games; (2) whether there were differences between children who played computer games to a greater extent and children who played computer games to a normal extent in their levels of depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and social anxiety; and (3) whether children's social withdrawal, aggression, and mothers' psychological control explained the extent of children's computer game playing. The subject were 270 children in the 6th grade. It was found that $55.6\%$ of the children were normal users, $39.3\%$ of the children were somewhat heavy users, and $5.2\%$ of the children were heavy users of computer games. There was a gender difference in the proportions of heavy computer game playing. That is, there were more heavy users among boys than among girls. It was also found that social withdrawal, aggression, and mothers' psychological control were significant predictors of the extent of children's computer game playing. That is, the levels of children's social withdrawal, aggression, and their perceptions of mothers' psychological control predicted the degree to which children played computer games.

Since 2009, Morocco has had a law governing the processing of personal data, the law 09-08, and a supervisory authority, the CNDP (National Commission for the Protection of Personal Data). Since May 2018, the European General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR) entered into force, which applies outside the EU in certain cases and therefore to certain Moroccan companies. The question of the protection of personal data is primarily addressed to the customer. The latter may not only be a victim of crime linked to ICT, but also have to face risks linked to the collection and abusive processing of his personal data by the private and public sectors. Often the customer does not really know how their data is stored, nor for how long and for what purpose. This fact raises the question of satisfying customer requirements, in particular for organizations that have adopted a quality approach based on ISO 9001 standard.In order to master these constraints, Moroccan companies have to adopt strategies based on modern quality management techniques, especially the adoption of principles issued from the international standard ISO 9001 while being confirmed by the law 09-08. It is through ISO 9001 and the law 09-08 that these companies can refer to recognized approaches in terms of quality and compliance. The major challenge for these companies is to have a Quality approach that allows the coexistence between the law 09-08 and ISO 9001 standard and this article deals within this specific context.

In recent years, since the continuing increase in the capacity in personal computer such as the optimal performance, high quality and high resolution image, the computer system's components produce large amounts of heat during operation. This study analyzes and investigates the ability and efficiency of a cooling system inside a computer by means of central processing unit (CPU) and power supply cooling fan. This research was conducted to enhancement of efficiency of the cooling system inside the computer by making a structure which produces different air pressures in an air inflow tube. Consequently, when temperatures of the CPU and room inside computer were compared with a general personal computer, temperatures of the tested CPU, the room and the heat sink were as low as $5^{\circ}C$, $2.5^{\circ}C$ and $7^{\circ}C$ respectively. In addition to, revolution per minute (RPM) was shown as low as 250 after 1 hour operation. This research explored the possibility of enhancing the effective cooling of high-performance computer systems.
