This paper focuses on detecting Alzheimer's Disease (AD). The most usual form of dementia is Alzheimer's disease, which causes permanent cause memory cell damage. Alzheimer's disease, a neurodegenerative disease, increases slowly over time. For this matter, early detection of Alzheimer's disease is important. The purpose of this work is using Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) to diagnose AD. A Convolution Neural Network (CNN) model, Reset, and VGG the pre-trained learning models are used. Performing analysis and validation of layers affects the effectiveness of the model. T1-weighted MRI images are taken for preprocessing from ADNI. The Dataset images are taken from the Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI). 3D MRI scans into 2D image slices shows the optimization method in the training process while achieving 96% and 94% accuracy in VGG 16 and ResNet 18 respectively. This study aims to classify AD from brain 3D MRI images and obtain better results.
Objective : To assess the feasibility, safety, and effectiveness of the balloon-assisted technique with HyperForm balloon in the endovascular treatment of wide-necked intracranial aneurysms. Methods : A total of 34 patients with 34 wide-necked intracranial aneurysms were treated with endovascular coil embolization using balloon-assisted technique with Hyperform balloon. Twenty-nine aneurysms (85.3%) were located in the anterior circulation. The group of patients was comprised of 16 men and 18 women, aged 33 to 72 years (mean : 60.6 years). The size of aneurysms was in the range of 2.0 to 22.0 mm (mean 5.5 mm) and one of neck was 2.0 to 11.9 mm (mean 3.8 mm). The dome to neck ratio was ranged from 0.83 to 1.43 (1.15). Sixteen patients were treated for unruptured aneurysms and the remaining 18 presented with a subarachnoid hemorrhage. Results : In the 34 aneurysms treated by the remodeling technique with HyperForm balloon, immediate angiographic results consisted of total occlusion in 31 cases (91.2%) and partial occlusion in three cases (8.8%). There were five procedure-related complications (14.7%), including two coil protrusions and three thromboembolisms; Except one patient, all were successfully resolved without permanent neurologic deficit. No new bleeding occurred during the follow-up. Twenty patients (59%) underwent angiographic follow-up from 2 to 33 months (mean 9.2 months) after treatment. Focal recanalization with coil compaction of the neck portion was observed in 5 cases (25%). Only one case showed major recanalization and underwent stent-assisted coil embolization. Conclusion : The balloon-assisted technique with Hyperform balloon is a feasible, safe, and effective endovascular treatment of wide-necked cerebral aneurysms.

Current fire design codes for determining the temperature within the structural elements that form part of a complete building are based on isolated member tests subjected to the standard fire. However, the standard time-temperature response bears little relation to real fires and doesn't include the effects of differing ventilation conditions or the influence of the thermal properties of compartment linings. The degree to which temperature uniformity is present in real compartments is not addressed and direct flame impingement may also have an influence, which is not considered. It is clear that the complex thermal environmental that occurs within a real building subject to a natural fire can only be addressed using realistic full-scale tests. To study global structural and thermal behaviour, a research project was conducted on the eight storey steel frame building at the Building Research Establishment's Cardington laboratory. The fire compartment was 11 m long by 7 m wide. A fire load of $40kg/m^2$ was applied together with 100% of the permanent actions and variable permanent actions and 56% of live actions. This paper summarises the experimental programme and presents the time-temperature development in the fire compartment and in the main supporting structural elements. Comparisons are also made between the test results and the temperatures predicted by the structural fire Eurocodes.

PMLSM is structurally simple and it have a lot of merits such high speed, high thrust force etc., but cogging force by slot-teeth structure of armature and cogging force by outlet edge effect occurs. This is the cause of thrust force ripple and generate the noise and vibration. Therefore, in this paper we proposed installation of an auxiliary pole to mover of the PMLSM in order to decrease cogging force by the outlet edge which came necessarily into being discontinuous arrangement of the armature. Also, outlet edge cogging force designed a form of the auxiliary pole which the minimum became, and we compared a outlet edge cogging force characteristic along a winding method of an armature as we used 2-D of finite element analysis.

Permanent neonatal diabetes(PND) is a rare form of diabetes characterized by insulin-requiring hyperglycemia that is diagnosed within the first 3 months of life. In most cases, the causes are not known. Recently, mutations in the gene KCNJ11 encoding the Kir6.2 subunit of the ATP-sensitive K+ charmel have been described in patients with PND. We report a child with PND due to a lysine-to-arginine substitution at position 170(K170R) of gene encoding Kir6.2 Our patient was diagnosed at 7 weeks of age and had been treated with subcutaneous insulin for 6.5 years. Recently, our patient has been changed from subcutaneous insulin to oral glibenclamide therapy at a daily dose of 7.5 mg 3 times a day(0.9 mg/kg/day) at the age of 6.5 years. Before glibenclamide therapy, c-peptide level was 0.1 ng/ml(normal 1.0-3.5 ng/ml) and hemoglobin HbA1c level was 7.8%(normal <6%). After 6 days of treatment, her c-peptide and insulin levels were 2.3 ng/ml and $9.6{\mu}U/ml$(normal $5-25{\mu}U/ml$), respectively. After 1 month later, the insulin and c-peptide levels were in the nonnal range without any episodes of hyper- or hypoglycemia. This case demonstrated that oral sulfonylurea may be the treatment of choice in PND patients with KCNJ11 mutation even at a young age.

Traumatic injuries to immature permanent teeth are common and the results can be destructive. Although Hertwig's epithelial root sheath is usually sensitive to trauma, it may resist damage from trauma thereby retaining its vitality and continuing to calcify a root under favorable conditions. This case report describes two cases of trauma to immature permanent incisors. The first case presents an avulsed maxillary central incisor which has been replanted. The other case shows completely avulsed mandibular central incisors which have not been replanted. However, both cases subsequently show continued growing roots separated from the main roots. This report highlights the ability of the immature pulp tissue to continue to form dentin and the robustness of Hertwig's epithelial root sheath to initiate root development despite a traumatic injury.
LB-DECK, a precast concrete panel type, is a permanent concrete deck form used as a formwork for cast-in-place concrete pouring at bridge construction site. LB-DECK consists of 60 mm thick concrete slab and 125 mm height Lattice-girders partly embedded in the concrete slab. These decks have been applied to the bridges, which girder spacings are short enough to resist longitudinal cracking caused by construction loads. This paper presents experimental research work conducted to evaluate the cracking load of LB-DECKs designed for long span bridge decks. Twenty four non-composite beams and four composite beams are fabricated considering three design variables of thickness of concrete slab, height of lattice-girder, and diameter of top-bar. Static loads controlled by displacements are applied to test beams to obtain cracking and ultimate loads. Vertical displacements at the center of beams, strains of top-bar, crack propagation in concrete slab, and final failure modes are carefully monitored. The obtained cracking loads are compared to the analytical results obtained by elastic analyses. Long-term analyses using age-adjusted effective modulus method (AEMM) are also conducted to investigate the effects of concrete shrinkage on the cracking loads. Based on the test results, the tensile strength and the design details of LB-DECKs are discussed to prevent longitudinal cracking of long span bridge decks.
The permanent disability benefit(PDB) system whose purpose lies in helping affected workers with their self-realization through compensating them for their work-related injury or disease and facilitating their timely return to work is very important in terms of social welfare. Actually, the portions of PDB's in all WCI expenditures have been on the sharp increase. In spite of its positive aspects like this, however, an excessive amount of PDB's may have negative impacts on the affected workers' will to work or return to work, and increasing trends in the amount of PDB's payable in annuity will remain in an aging or aged society a potentially risky factor posing a threat to the soundness of WCI budgets. In this respect, the author attempted herein to identify the long-term reality of trends in the number of claimants entitled to PDB's and the amount of PDB's payable to them through making the long-term budget projections of PDB's; address problems with PDB's payable in annuity, which are or will potentially be one of the gravest burdens in securing the soundness of WCI budgets; and discuss how to optimize the amount of PDB's through studying & analyzing overseas cases and income replacement rates and what kinds of improvements are thinkable. It's recommended to reduce the absolute amount of benefits payable in annuity in a phased way considering claimants' life-cycle instead of sticking to the current system, which takes the form of lifelong pension plan.
This study describes approaches to fisheries management that restrict access by fishers to an area in some way. When fishery closure is established as a technical conservation measure it is a form of input control as a Korea fisheries management system. There are many compelling reasons why a fisheries manager should seriously consider closed areas and/or time restrictions, either as a complement to other measures or as the primary facet of the Korean fisheries management strategy. Fishery closures have been shown to be effective in many fisheries and are an important tool in the management armoury. In many respects justifications for their use and the process of implementation are likely to be relatively straightforward compared to permanent area closures. From a Korean fisheries management perspective, the benefits that flow from fishery closures are usually less easy to predict than for other management measures. Moreover, even if one accepts that implementation of fisherg clossures will provide higher production levels in adjacent fished areas, the potential benefits may often be in danger of being largely dissipated. If, for example, the fishery remains open access, the increased production is likely to attract new entrants into the fishery, thereby driving it back towards bioeconomic equilibrium. From a Korean wider fisheries conservation perspective, however, fishery closures have important and clearly defensible roles to play and some form of zoning arrangement will often effectively serve conservation values. Given the increasing trend towards the establishment of national networks of fisherg closures, it seems likely that fisheries managers throughout the world will need to ensure that they are familiar with the issues surrounding these approaches. The importance of being explicit about the goals for fishery closures in Korea have been continually emphasised throughout this study. There may, of course, be multiple justifications for the measure, in which case it is important to try and specify them in order of priority.
In the relationship between post-modern feminism and the body. the body of women, which has been taken as 'other' by dominant arguments, has escaped from the fixed idea at post-modern times and the post-modern feminists tried to escape from the taste of the times about body image that was prevalent in the former times.'The taste of the times' here means the fixed physical form of ideal women's body by the educational custom, and it includes the educational prescription which establishes the docile body of women. This kind of educational custom aims at the perfect and permanent restriction on size, shape, desire, attitude and movement as well as on the overall demeanor and each part of the body. And the custom produces 'dependent and trained'. that is, inferiorized women's body. Hence, this paper points out that the feminity as a fixed Physical form should be overcome in order to move forward, and as one part of the effort, it attempts to analyze the designs which deformed and distorted women's body in 1990s. This research indicates that the work, which tries to deviate the fantasized and casted women's mystery, has been closely connected with the expression of 'non-separate bodies' and 'irregular body shapes' in 1990s, which aims at escaping from the fixation of women's body Image. Therefore, it is concluded that the target design trend of this research, which expressed the deformation and perversion of the body, provides the anti-these against the ideal body image of women and the these of feminity. which have been reproduced in various methods and patterns throughout the public and the culture on the whole by expressing the refusal and deviation of the existing women's body image through the post-fixation of the body pattern.
