In this paper, a kind of pest-predator model with impulsive effect and infinite delay is considered by the method of chain transform. By using Floquet's theorem, it is shown that there exists a globally asymptotically stable periodic pest eradication solution when the impulsive period is less than or equal to some critical value which is a directly proportional function with respect to the population of release. Furthermore, it is proved that the system is permanent if the impulsive period is larger than some critical value. Finally, the results of the corresponding systems are compared, those results obtained in this paper are confirmed by numerical simulation.

Korean Emission Trading Scheme entered into force on 1 January 2015. As other Emission Trading Systems, Korean Emission Trading System also have some deficiencies to be complemented and improved. Thus, the issues that are related to legal characteristics of emission allowance and its status as a financial instrument, terminology, requisites for the designation of the business entities eligible for allocation, banking and borrowing, and the non-permanence problems in the forestry offset mechanism are reviewed and the directions of the improvement are presented. The review of the Korean Emission Trading Scheme and its relevant act and the presidential decree at its early stage may be helpful for the Korean ETS to be firmly settled and to operate properly.

A new way to integrate various geophysical information for evaluation of RQD was developed. In this study, we does not directly define the RQD value where borehole data are not sampled. Instead, we infer the probability of RQD values with prior probability of data directly obtained from borehole, and secondary supporting probability from resistivity and seismic tomography data. First, we applied the geostatstical indicator kriging to get prior probability of RQD value, and indicator kriging with soft data to get the supporting probability from resistivity and seismic data. And we finally applied the permanence ratio rule to integrate these information. The finally obtained result was also analyzed to fully utilize the probabilistic features. For example, we showed the probability of wrongly classifying the RQD evaluation and vice versa. This kind of analytical result may be used for decision making process based on the geophysical exploration.

본 논문에서는 비주얼베이직을 이용하여 영구자석 전기기기의 제량을 자동으로 설계를 할 수 있는 소프트웨어를 개발하는데 필요한 이론을 제시하였다. 설계에 필요한 기본적인 기기의 용량과 정격전압, 회전속도 등의 값만 입력하여 전동기의 제량을 계산 할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하였다.

In this study, 1 investigated some properties on the special hyper-dimensional figures made by the principle of the performance of equivalent forms representation. I supposed 2 definitions on the making n-dimensional figure : a cone type(hypercube) and a pillar type(simplex). We can explain that there exists only 6 4-dimensional regular polytopes as there exists only 5 regular polygons. And there are many hyper-dimensional figures, they all have sufficient condition to show the general Euler' Characteristics. And especially, we could certificate that the simplest cone type and pillar types are fitted to Pascal's Triangle and Hasse's Diagram, each other.

E-Government is an administrative innovation that utilizes information technology and is the most powerful means to strengthen government competitiveness. At this moment, countries around the world are continuously improving government competitiveness by continuously implementing government innovation through the implementation of e-Government. Many scholars argue that e-Government should be changed in response to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Therefore, Korea adopted the government 3.0 instead of the e-Government and promoted the information policy. But the result was a failure. Korea was once a leading country in e-Government, but now it is falling due to government 3.0. The reason can be analyzed in various ways. First of all, over the past decade, Korea's e-Government has been neglected without obtaining the permanence of policy. And the Korea government pursued a new strategy under the name of disconnecting from the past and lost policy permanence. Therefore, future information policy, especially e-Government policies, should be pursued from a politically neutral point of view. The lesson of government 3.0 failure in Korea is clear. Regardless of the government's replacement & regime change, the information policy should be pursued with consistency.

This study was carried out to investigate the effect of artificial accelerated ageing treatment on the permanence of lining papers produced from Korea and Japan. As time gone by, organic cultural properties are affected by chemical and physical deterioration because of various factors including the conditions of preservation environment and their material properties. In the public historical storage or owned as private collections, are vulnerable to sever amages caused by poor preservation environment as well as by other natural factors. In this study, the deterioration behaviors of lining paper in optical & mechanical properties were discussed. Overall, lining papers produced from Korea showed lower reduction in mechanical strength properties compared to the lining papers produced from Japan.
