This study was based on a recognition that the married mens role of performing multiple roles should be redefined. Family and work roles were composed of four domains, such as marital, parental, homecare, and occupational roles. The data of this study had been collected from the married men, who had his spouse and his first child younger than twelve years old, and held a job in Seoul. The main findings of this study were as follows: First, as for family and work role salience perceptions, it showed that men relatively higher perceived four role saliences: marital role salience, parental role salience, homecare role salience, and occupational role salience. Second, among four salience perceptions of family and work roles, married men highest perceived homecare role salience while they lowest perceived occupational role salience. Third, regarding the married mens family and work role performances, the parental and homecare roles were equally performed and higher than the marital and occupational roles. In general, the degree of family and work role salience perceptions of the married men in Korean society was higher than that of family and work role performances.

On the basis of morphological and functional studies, it is now established that there exist multiple motor representation areas in the frontal lobe of subhuman primates. Recent development of analysis on cerebral critical organization in human subjects, utilizing novel techniques of PET and MRI, provides evidence of corresponding motor areas. Each area has its unique sources of inputs from the thalamus and from other parts of the cerebral cortex. To understand functional roles of these multiple motor areas, it is necessary to study neural activity while subjects are performing a variety of motor tasks. In view of high accuracy in spatial and temporal resolution, the analysis of single cells in relation to specific aspects of motor behavior remains to be a powerful research technique. It is with this technique that a number of novel concepts on functional roles of multiple motor areas have been proposed.

Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC) has low operating temperature and high efficiency. And PEMFC consists of many components as bipolar plate, gas diffusion layer, membrane etc.. Flow-field in bipolar plate roles path for transporting reactants to membrane. Therefore a design of flow-field has an effect on PEMFC's performance. In this study, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations were performed for comparing mixed multiple serpentine (MMS) flow-field and multiple serpentine (MS) flow-field. And we studied an effect according to change mixing region design in MMS flow-field. Finally the applicability of results is verified by performing CFD simulation about fixed MMS flow-field which is combined good designs.

이 연구에서는 다 개체 로봇에 의해 하나의 로봇을 자율적으로 포획하는 협업제어에 관한 연구를 제안한다. 제안된 방안은 각 로봇에 대한 작업역할을 지정하는 역할 분류기, 단일 로봇의 행동 선택기 그리고 복잡한 상황을 대처하는 협업관리기로 구성되어 있다. 이 연구에서는 주변의 다개체 로봇의 다양한 행동을 통하여 단위 로봇을 특정지역으로 몰아가는 결과를 시뮬레이션을 통하여 그 적절성을 검증하였다.

A time management strategy would reduce the time conflicts from competing time demands of family and business, and contribute to the quality of life of family members in family business. Data were collected on 259 families where one family member was both a household manager and business manager. Household time management strategies and business time management strategies were compared. The individual performing two roles used different time management strategies in household and in business, and they were more likely to use time management strategies in business than in the household. Multiple regression analyses suggested that time management strategy contributed to increased quality of life of dual managers.

본 연구에서는 내러티브 탐구를 통해 5명의 직장을 가진 기혼 중년 여성들의 박사 과정 수행 경험에 관한 어려움과 보람에 대해 탐색하였다. 직장을 가진 기혼 중년 여성들의 대학원 수행은 아내, 어머니, 직장인, 학생 등의 다중 역할이 요구됨으로써 더욱 어려움을 동반한다. 연구자는 박사 과정 수행을 경험한 기혼 중년 여성들의 이야기를 수집하고, 이를 '입문 동기, 박사 과정 수행 중의 어려움, 박사 과정수행 중의 보람'이라는 세 가지 범주로 나누어 기술하였다. 입문 동기는 차별에서 오는 부담감, 내적성장에 대한 갈망, 외적 보상에 대한 열망으로 분류하였고, 어려움은 학문적 성장에 대한 어려움, 학문 외적인 어려움, 보람은 학문적 보람과 학문 외적 보람으로 분류하여 박사 과정 수행 경험이 함의하는 의미와 시사점을 알아보는 것에 의의를 두었다. 이는 박사 과정에 다니는 기혼 중년 여성들을 지원하기 위한 구체적인 자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose: The role of registered nurses is expanding in scope as the healthcare paradigm shifts from acute, hospital-based care to community and population-based care. Given this paradigm shift, this study explores the legal aspects of the role of a registered nurse. Methods: We used document analysis for extracting laws and legal orders related to nursing from the entirety of Korean law. Using textualism approach, we examined the contents utilizing a framework that was developed based on the role classification of community nurses by Clark in this study. Results: A total of 119 items related to nursing were derived from 64 laws. Of these, 71.4 % can be performed by people in multiple types of occupations including nurses. As a result of analyzing required qualifications, 45.4% of 119 items required additional qualifications besides registered nurse license. Analysis of workplace and activity type demonstrated that 26.1% of the 119 items were related to medical institutions, with nurses performing mostly "Client-oriented role." More than half (68.9%) were non-medical institutions, with nurses performing mostly "Delivery-oriented role." Some, however, did not stipulate the nurse's roles clearly. Conclusion: Therefore, to match the enhanced scope and responsibilities of registered nurses and to appropriately recognize, guide, and hold these nurses accountable, laws and policy must reflect these changes. In doing so, these updated laws and policies will ultimately serve as a basis for improving the quality and safety of nursing services.

Objectives : Korean director Bong Joon-ho's movie 'Mother' is a story about a woman who struggles to save her son from an indictment of murder. This movie premiered at the 2009 Cannes film festival. The present study aimed to investigate the various roles of acupuncture in the plot from the perspective of movie professionals, including critics, writers and producers. Methods : We investigated the meaning of acupuncture as a subject matter in this movie. Participants who work in the film industry or are studying film were included. Survey questions were organized in a two part open-ended questionnaire and in multiple-choice form. The questionnaires were distributed via e-mail or the subjects were contacted directly. Results: In this movie, acupuncture serves at least three roles. The first role it serves is as a symbol of the mother role in her son's life and in her community. Acupuncture also works as a conduit for communication and a means of earning a living for the mother. She strives to clear her son's name by discovering the real murderer through performing acupuncture. Finally, the acupuncture box is crucial in the son's understanding of the mother's role in the crime. Seventy-nine percent of those surveyed responded that acupuncture was an important motif in this movie. Conclusions : These findings, in addition to those of previous studies, suggest that acupuncture can serve as a useful context for mass communication in media. The understanding of the meaning of acupuncture in the movie provides useful information on the perception of acupuncture modality today.

본 논문에서는 미디어 증강현실을 구현한 공연예술작품들의 분석을 통하여 공연예술에서의 영상이 갖는 역할을 확인했으며, 결과의 검증을 위하여 t-test를 통한 수용자 연구를 진행하였다. 그 결과 공연예술에 활용된 영상은 매체 간의 융합을 통해 관객과 상호작용을 이루며 높은 몰입감과 이해를 통해 공연에 대한 만족도를 이끌어 냈다. 하지만 일정부분에 있어서는 영상의 무분별한 사용으로 아직까지 전통공연예술에 익숙한 관객성향에 의해 미디어에 대한 반응이 배타적인면도 드러났다. 결국 새로운 변화를 시도하고자 하는 지금 시점에서 영상을 활용한 융합형 미디어공연예술이 앞으로 나아가야 할 방향성은 공연예술과 미디어의 조화를 통해 다양한 관객 모두가 쉽게 이해하고 즐길 수 있으며, 다양한 체험을 바탕으로 만족감을 가져갈 수 있도록 노력할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 제작자는 수용자의 인지 및 지각 심리적 특성까지 고려한 전문화되고 새로운 지식과 정보를 제공할 수 있는 전략적인 공연예술콘텐츠 생산에 힘을 기울여야 할 것이다.

The tyrosine-protein kinase Tec (TEC) is a member of non-receptor tyrosine kinases and has critical roles in cell signaling transmission, calcium mobilization, gene expression, and transformation. TEC is also involved in various immune responses, such as mast cell activation. Therefore, we hypothesized that TEC polymorphisms might be involved in aspirin-exacerbated respiratory disease (AERD) pathogenesis. We genotyped 38 TEC single nucleotide polymorphisms in a total of 592 subjects, which comprised 163 AERD cases and 429 aspirin-tolerant asthma controls. Logistic regression analysis was performed to examine the associations between TEC polymorphisms and the risk of AERD in a Korean population. The results revealed that TEC polymorphisms and major haplotypes were not associated with the risk of AERD. In another regression analysis for the fall rate of forced expiratory volume in 1 second ($FEV_1$) by aspirin provocation, two variations (rs7664091 and rs12500534) and one haplotype (TEC_BL2_ht4) showed nominal associations with $FEV_1$ decline (p=0.03-0.04). However, the association signals were not retained after performing corrections for multiple testing. Despite TEC playing an important role in immune responses, the results from the present study suggest that TEC polymorphisms do not affect AERD susceptibility. Findings from the present study might contribute to the genetic etiology of AERD pathogenesis.
